Stuff like that should be handled by the FEC. Some of that stuff goes all the way back to 2013. And none of it added up to $250,000 either. Everything in your article related to things his wife did. Maybe the Italy trip, was Duncan, but he paid back $60,000 worth of stuff and if that's not the right amount, then tell him the right amount and make him pay the adjustments. Obama misused far more than that during one of his campaign, over $300,000, and no one called or has called a grand jury on him. It was handled by the FEC not the DOJ. Every candidate or at least most of them have this stuff going on, so everyone needs to be treated the same, FEC should be handling it, not the DOJ. How did the DOJ get his personal bank records to report all those bank fees??!! DOJ spying, DOJ surveillance. It's campaign funds, not personal funds, the DOJ had no probable cause to invade the Hunter's bank records. If the use of funds was wrong, FEC has the appropriate means to handle this fairly without a political witch hunt. It's why we have an FEC to begin with.

THIS IS A WITCH HUNT!! Plain and simple, to try to steal the US House of Representatives from Republicans in favor of the DemoQuacks.

It's not the actions that got them indicted, it was the lying about it.

Right and wrong. Until the prosecution (DOJ) finishes their presentation, the GJ can't close the case. So is it not exclusively up to the GJ. A trial can be delayed. Look to O.J. Simpson. The Judge had a vacation coming, so, although OJ had demanded a speedy trial, they agreed to delay the trial so the judge could take his vacation.

Everybody who signs a filing that has a mistake in it is "lying in a federal filing" because there's a statement in the filing that says the filing you are filing and signing is accurate. That's how they get people on tax "fraud" when they make a mistake or interpret something differently than DOJ, they SIGNED the form they're required to sign to file the tax return they're required to file.

Obama "converted hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign funds and falsified campaign records". He got caught, paid the money back with a little fine and that was it. That is how it's handled by the FEC. If they misused campaign funds, they need to pay it back with a fine like everybody else does. Why pluck them out? Why call a grand jury on them? This is really small potatoes, so why do that? POLITICAL WITCH HUNT to try and sabotage an election. Same with Chris Collins all to try and flip these two seats to the DemoQuacks, same as they did with the Ted Stevens bull, the Republican Senator from Alaska who was exonerated ... totally .... AFTER the election that he lost because people thought he was a crook, when he wasn't.
