I guess I can't do any more than I have. Congress did not need to follow constitutinal rules for the election because of the "war power" laws. We are not and have not been a contitutional society since 1933.

Of course I would love to see a call for resignation. But there needs to be a real and just cause. Obviously voter fraud and self misrepresentation does not have enough standing in court.

I know everyone will get sick of me stuck on this...but usurpation of the Emergency Power Act to illegitimately "legalize" signing bills that have nothing to do with the emergency act is in my opinion manipulation of law or a "stratagem" which is illegal. When you manipulate law to cover up an illegal act or legalize an act it is prosecutable.

I think that most people will recognize that article one decrees that "only congress" can enact law. So how is it that "EO's" are being passed without so much as a question being raised in unheard of numbers? It is the job of congress to also protect us from usurpation. They also shoud be held accountable.

I think this legal argument hold teeth far and beyond the usurpation of eligibility. IMHO I truly feel this argument has true legal teeth.

Our courts turned agaist us and created a dictatorship.

The courts in 1937 decreed that treaties, known as executive agreements, signed by presidents do not require consensus or approval by either the legislative (Congress) or judicial (U.S. Supreme Court) branches of the government.

Mr. Obama signed this document attesting that he is a natural born citizen, eligible for the Presidency.

The recall petition on WorldNetDaily has over half a million signatures. Certainly it has not escaped the notice of the usurpation, but the illegal squatters have yet to call the moving vans to the White House.

If you think that ACORN is going to let a little bump in the road like the 2010/2012 elections end the usurpation, you won't do battle in earnest.

If you think this is an ideological battle against Barack Obama II or against George Soros, against single-payer health care or against Cap-and-Tax, against atheistic communism or even against slavery to Is|am, you won't be waging war against our actual enemies.

The only action that terrifies the enemies is

I have never seen these documents. I thought only the forged DNC's were issued. Being a supposed "constitutional attorney" the eligibility issue stands as an even greater threat of falsifying information and perjury against the country to defraud them by means of payment for services while in office.

This is not going away...it grows each and every day.
