I was going to give them the five letter thing but decided to give them the middle finger thing instead.

Double post. Sorry. Something went sideways.

BetsyRoss, I wish you hadn't identified your location. I trust W to keep our identities secret no matter what, but we still have to do our part in being discreet. I'm not any more afraid of the FBI, Interpol, the CIA, or DHS than of burglars, but neither am I hanging a sign on my mailbox, "Here I am, come and get me."

Things are getting worse month by month, and I don't want to log on one day only to find that BetsyRoss is POW/MIA. Be certain that if the socialists in power can confiscate General Motors, they will certainly confiscate the homes and properties of dissenters whom they incarcerate. I wouldn't want that to happen even to one of the Obots that pay us nuisance calls now and then.

If we wake up four months from today and, by any miracle of Providence, have a new hope for change back to a Constitutionally legitimate government, may God the Father and the Lord Jesus be praised. But if continued election fraud thwarts the will of the people, the deterioration of the situation will accelerate. In that event, there will be no meaningful elections on Nov. 5, 2012, courtesy of amnesty, ACORN, and the Chicago way. Neither will there remain any public dissent against the totalitarian state. By then I anticipate that - if the state can locate us - none of us here will be free to come and go... not even you, BetsyRoss. Please don't make yourself a target for bad cops who say, "I'm sorry I have to do this - I'm just doing my job."

If Tennessee law enforcement can tase a handicapped older gentleman for attempting to carry an American flag into a public outdoor meeting in Monroe, Tenn., then anything can happen where you live too.

No matter how hard W and his crew try to keep our identities private, you can't assume anything in this day and age especially if you donate.

I remember the last big job-loss recession, the one that targetted mostly tech workers. It was like in the Bible, two in a field, one taken and the other one left. This mess is much bigger than that one was.

Did you see the book about IBMs role in the Holocaust? I was surprised at the thought of that technology being applied back then. Do people understand that if you're carrying a modern cell phone, you're carrying a tracking device? Even if you don't call anyone?

People are always amazed at how forensic investigations can determine a case based on things like fibers or skin flakes people leave around. People leave around many more digital traces than biological ones. I am in the computer field and you would not believe the recoveries I have been called upon - and was able - to do.

The coming months are going to be very weird, in a bad way, I'm sure. Interesting though, that Obama is being vilified in the press anymore. The detractors are now drowning out the cheering section by quite a bit, or so it seems to me.

PS - I don't live in the city I mention, but in one of its many sprawling suburbs.

I think one of my Scribd postings may have introduced Mario Apuzo to David Ramsay ( http://www.scribd.com/doc/28533750/Davi ... olution-V1 and http://www.scribd.com/doc/28533979/Davi ... olution-V2 ), and like all good researchers, Mario found another Ramsay document that is apparently part of his legal submissions in Kerchner case, and quite on point regarding citizenship.

"The Character and Privileges of a Citizen of the United States"

    http://www.scribd.com/doc/33807636/A-Di ... amsay-1789

    Regarding David Ramsay:

David Ramsay, a physician, was born in Lancaster county, Pennsylvania, 2 April, 1749; and died in Charleston, South Carolina, 8 May, 1815. He was graduated at Princeton in 1765, at the medical department of the University of Pennsylvania in 1773, meanwhile teaching for several years. Settling in Charleston, he soon acquired celebrity as a physician, and also was active with his pen in behalf of colonial rights.

At the beginning of the Revolutionary war he took the field as a surgeon, and served during the siege of Savannah. He was an active member of the South Carolina legislature in 1776-'83, and a member of the council of safety, in which capacity he became so obnoxious to the British that, on the capture of Charleston in May, 1780, he was included among the forty inhabitants of that place that were held in close confinement at St. Augustine for eleven months as hostages.

Dr. Ramsay was a delegate to the Continental congress in 1782-'6, long a member of the South Carolina senate, and its president for seven years. His death was the result of wounds that he received from the pistol of a maniac, concerning whose mental unsoundness he had testified. During the progress of the Revolution, Doctor Ramsay collected materials for its history, and his great impartiality, his fine memory, and his acquaintance with many of the actors in the contest, eminently qualified him for the task.

His occasional papers relating to the times had considerable popularity. Among these was a " Sermon on Tea," from the text "Touch not, taste not, handle not," and an "Oration on American Independence" (177. His other works include "History of the Revolution of South Carolina from a British Province to an Independent State " (Trenton, 1785); " History of the American Revolution" (Philadelphia, 1789); " On the Means of Preserving Health in Charleston and its Vicinity " (Charleston, 1790) ; "Review of the improvements, Progress, and State of Medicine in the Eighteenth Century" (1802) ; " Life of George Washington" (New York, 1807); "History of South Carolina from its Settlement in 1670 to the Year 1808" (Charleston, 1809) ; "Memoirs of Mrs. Martha Laurens Ramsay, with Extracts from her Diary" (1811) ; "Eulogium on Dr. Benjamin Rush " (Philadelphia, 1813); "History of the United States, 1607-1808," continued to the treaty of Ghent by Samuel S. Smith and others (Philadelphia, 1816-'17), forming the first three volumes of "Universal History Americanized, or an Historical View of the World from the Earliest Records to the Nineteenth Century, with a Particular Reference to the State of Society, Literature, Religion, and Form of Government of the United States of America" (12 vols., 1819).

    Citizen has Standing!

Well, we have an interesting article and interview by Sharon Rondeau in the Post & Email from yesterday regarding 'Standing.' It seems there is a humble citizen in Illinois who has found 'standing.' What wonders never cease! Good reading for all. This article is downloadable from Scribd.com.

    http://www.scribd.com/doc/33882229/Shar ... s-Standing

Sharon Ann Meroni gave her first exclusive interview on her petition to The Post & Email and discussed the ramifications it could have on future elections in her state and throughout the country in regard to determining candidate's eligibility for office.

On December 6, 2008, third party and reform group leaders from across Florida met to discuss how to reform our government and restore liberty and justice. Concerns were expressed about the dangers of counting votes in secret, about the economic crisis, about abuses by government agents, and about the inability of victims to obtain justice. This video addresses these issues, and includes comments and speeches by Attorney Mark Adams and Patrick Henry.

Patrick Henry's written speech is found here and is as appropriate today as it was in 1775:

This line made me shudder from the Henry speech
it is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to
shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she
    transforms us into beasts.

HELLO WORLD. BetsyRoss broadcasting location; home address, place of employment, phone number, Social Security Number, driver's license number, mother's maiden name, family doctor's name, account number and PIN, hospital URN, URL, VIN, shoe size, and children's school address to follow...

I guess that if you live outside the city limits, BR, you're safe from the totalitariat. They lack arresting authority in the 'burbs, right?

But hey, if you steadfastly refuse to be paranoid, I can be paranoid for you...
