The AP reported on the raid in Chicago.[list]FBI agents in Chicago took a laptop and documents from the home of a Palestinian-American anti-war activist in an attempt to silence his advocacy, an attorney said Sunday.

The FBI on Friday searched eight addresses in Minneapolis and Chicago, including the home of Hatem Abudayyeh, who is the executive director of the Arab American Action Network, attorney Jim Fennerty told The Associated Press.

the following jurisdictions have still not sent absentee ballots to deployed military personnel:

The 2009 MOVE Act requires states to send military and overseas absentee ballots 45 days
before an election (in 2010, by Sept. 18th). But on Oct. 2, following two week extensions,
the Holder Justice Dept. did not bring suits to force these offices to fulfill their obligations.

Some Board of Elections officials apparently feel no pangs of conscience at disenfranchising
the service men and women who are in harm's way defending those officials' right to vote.

Deployed military can download and print an absentee ballot, fill it out, and mail it in, which
works well for those who are not on missions where they have no printer available.

The link is dead (hit-and-run?), so I can't verify that it says,

Did I miss something? Was the Kenyan BC officially debunked? Or is this more trash talk disguised as serious research?

The only potential problem I see with it is the embossed seal. I have not yet seen a seal on another verified authentic Kenyan BC with which to compare this one.

The other arguments are spurious:

• "unlike official Kenya BC's," but those are government records, and the Smith BC is a hospital record.
  
  "the zero in 47044 is actually the letter O" - false. Besides, that number is on the government record.

I honestly don't know what will happen.

There will not be a 2/3 majority in the Senate to convict an impeachment. So even if the House did impeach, that action would be just for show.

There has not been a Supreme Court hearing on any eligibility case. Chief Justice Roberts and Associate Justices Scalia and Thomas have indicated willingness to hear a case. But Justice Alito apparently won't be the fourth until Justice Kennedy shows some sign of amenability to consider the Constitutional merits of a case and to interpret the "natural born citizen" clause. It makes no sense for four Justices to bring a case for oral arguments if they know that it will not be justly and properly considered. Another "Dred Scott decision" could declare Mr. Obama eligible, dismiss any further criminal charges, and carve in stone an unjust interpretation of nbc.

There could be a "no confidence" vote in the House and possibly the Senate, to announce to Mr. Obama and to the nation a halt to his reign of terror.

There could be a recall of Atty. Gen. Eric Holder. That could scale back some of the intimidation and coercion of judges by the DOJ and U.S. Attorneys. Then an Obama eligibility case could proceed without prejudiced dismissal by a judge fearing his or her own impeachment.

If intimidation ceases, there could be a Quo Warranto brought before Chief Judge Royce Lamberth or another judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. That is the correct way to oust an ineligible official in D.C..

God forbid that a civil war erupt or that anyone make Mr. Obama a martyr. That is the wrong way. It must not happen.

Many have dismissed Lucas Smith's Kenyan Birth Certificate for Barack Obama II
by discrediting the messenger, who is a felony forger and a two-time ex-con.

Obviously, the path it has traveled makes it inadmissible in any court of law. However, it may be sufficient cause, if the judge is able to overrule the vociferous objections, to subpoena a certified copy directly from Coast Provincial General Hospital and the Royal Archives in London, and perhaps other documents such as school admission applications.

But on Jan. 26, 2010, he put himself in jeopardy of a "THIRD STRIKE" FELONY CONVICTION
by placing himself under oath in an affidavit that this Kenyan Certificate of Birth is genuine.
