Steve Malzberg interview with Jeff Kuhner on the legitimacy of Barrack Obama, potential for civil war in the United States and other happy thoughts for a Monday morning

I listened to this interview during my drive home from work last week and was physically impacted by the conversation concerning religion, Barrack Obama, his birth certificate, his very expensive battle to keep it suppressed, concerns over his presidential legitimacy, fears within the Democrat Party and liberal media that these concerns may be real, potential for a Constitutional crisis, civil war and more.

My feelings derived from several directions. The first was from the adrenaline rush I get when something I am listening to is really very disturbing.

The second was the sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach when realizing that something may be brewing that could have explosive ramifications and consequences.

The final emotion was one of anger. Anger that the mainstream media and the voting public allowed a candidate for President of the United States to skate through a campaign untouched, unquestioned and with a total pass given on every issue and episode from his past.

I Would Like To Thank 68Truthseeker‬‎ for the heads up on this interview, It was nice for a change to hear some honest truth of why Obama has been allowed to continue as the undocumented community organizer and chief, I triple dog dare anyone to dispute what Jeff Kuhner is saying.

From what I see the issue is this.

§ 1401. Nationals and citizens of United States at birth

g) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years: Provided, That any periods of honorable service in the Armed Forces of the United States, or periods of employment with the United States Government or with an international organization as that term is defined in section 288 of title 22 by such citizen parent, or any periods during which such citizen parent is physically present abroad as the dependent unmarried son or daughter and a member of the household of a person"

So to me the question would be:

1. Was he born "in" the US
2. Did his mother live in the US for at least 5 years prior to his birth at least 2 years after the age of 14.
3. Does this 5 year rule apply only to mother or father as well. As its worded by the grammar police it would suggest it applies to the mother only ( who, prior to the birth) would equate to meaning only the mother or it would be ",who prior to the birth" to equate both.

Only one likely to apply is place of birth and I just don't see any way to disprove as its an easy cover up. Fake birth certifcate destroyed by flood or pick random disaster with only remaining copy digital or whatever nonsense. I just don't see this ever comming to a real conclusion and likely go down in the books as just a mystery.

Welcome to the "Barack Obama's Constitutional ineligibility" topic, Syanis. May I encourage you to read from the beginning of the thread, as many issues have been thoroughly hashed out in the past 26 months and don't need to be revisited. The evidence and the arguments are here in plain sight, fully disclosed for anyone willing to read them.

In my mind, the issue is this: Mr. Obama is verifiably ineligible for the Presidency, but the rule of law is abrogated. All government officials ignore and refuse to enforce provisions of the Constitution and the U.S. Code which rule against the usurper. In effect, he is above the law, a ruler above the Constitution and not subject to it.

Barack Obama II is foreign born, as his step-grandmother, "Mama Sarah" Onyango Obama, has testified repeatedly. At a time when she had never been outside of Kenya, she said (twice) that she was in the delivery room when he was born. Barack Obama II's half-brother and half-sister in Kenya corroborate her testimony and state that Barack Obama II was born in Kenya. Likewise, Members of Kenya's Parliament, in session, on the record; Kenya's Ambassador to the U.S., Peter Ogego, on WRIF radio, Detroit; great multitudes of Kenyans and Ugandans; the (Eastern) Standard, Nairobi, Kenya, Aug. 24, 2006; Modern Ghana reporting on Mr. Obama's July, 2009, visit to Ghana; and the MSM in general until July 27, 2004, when Mr. Obama's keynote address to the DNC made him a front runner in the 2008 Presidential race.

From 1952 to 1986, the relevant portion of 8 USC 12 § 1401(g) read,
"...for a period or periods totaling not less than ten years, at least five of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years:"

When Anna (Dunham) Obama gave birth, at age 18 years, 8 months, and 1 week, she was 16 weeks too young to confer her U.S. citizenship to her foreign-born child. Therefore, Barack Obama II was not a U.S. citizen when he was born in Kenya, even if U.S. citizenship was later conferred for the years from 1952 to 1986, applied retroactively. However, this proviso is irrelevant to natural born citizenship, because being foreign born voids Mr. Obama's claim to natural born citizenship - except as an nbc of Kenya!

The "who... was physically present" clause is singular and refers only to the citizen parent, not the alien parent.

However, and forgive me for repeating myself, the problem is not the law (which plainly excludes Mr. Obama), but the lack of law enforcement (which is within the putative President's de facto jurisdiction).

Mr. Obama is not a natural born citizen or a lawfully elected President. He is a usurper, a fraud, an impostor, and an outlaw. He is guilty of sedition for the overthrow of the U.S. Constitution, Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5, and arguably of treason for his collusion with numerous socialist, communist, globalist, and Islamist enemies of the United States, giving them aid and comfort, and perhaps even loyalty and fealty.

Patrimony, not matrimony, is the state relevant to Barack Obama II's citizenship status at birth. If Barrack Hussain Obama, Snr., was indeed the birth father, he is the father of record for birth certificate purposes. No one checks marriage licenses in Labor & Delivery: it's a little late for that, then.

Birth within U.S. jurisdiction to parents who are U.S. citizens makes one a natural born citizen, not just one long-delayed forgery.
