Amid death threats, Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio is scratching his head over the major media's virtual silence about his decision to investigate Barack Obama's eligibility to run for re-election.

"Getting death threats is nothing new for me," Arpaio told WND, referring to his national reputation as a tough enforcer of immigration laws. "But why has the media has decided to black out all news of our Obama investigation? That's what I don't understand.

"I'm a controversial guy and usually the media is all over me," he continued, "but when I decided to investigate Obama, the media has suddenly gone missing in action."

Arpaio said that if the media's strategy is to minimize the impact of his investigation by ignoring it, it is not likely to work.

"If the mainstream media thinks our investigation will go away if it remains unreported, they're wrong. The investigation is proceeding, and I fully anticipate we will publish a report early next year."

He said his law enforcement investigation is being professionally conducted and is wide-ranging in scope. It includes an investigation into whether or not Barack Obama is using a fraudulent Social Security number, as WND has previously reported, as well as whether the birth certificate issued by the White House on April 27 is a forgery.

Arpaio said he was also surprised by how vile the threats he has gotten from Obama supporters turn out to be.

"I've got the drug cartels from Mexico sending me death threats," he said, "and now I have the Obama supporters sending me death threats. I'm not sure which are worse."

Arpaio told WND he turns over all threats to his office for investigation.

Speaking in Orlando Saturday

Undaunted by the lack of media attention, Arpaio is scheduled this Saturday to be the keynote speaker in Orlando, Fla., for the "Choose Liberty 2012" event held by the Eastern Orlando Tea Party and America Countdown to the 2012 Elections at the Orlando Airport Marriott, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

He said he plans in his Orlando presentation to cover his Obama investigation as well as the efforts his office is making to enforce immigration laws.

WND has previously reported Arpaio has demanded to see the original microfilm records of Obama's birth certificate held in the vault of the Hawaii Department of Health.

WND has also reported that on April 27, the White House released three versions of Obama's long-form birth certificate, each one of which appears fundamentally different from the other two:

• 1. An electronic PDF computer file that contained a green background clearly showing the green hash marks of Hawaii Department of Health security paper;
  
  2. A photo taken by the Associated Press and attributed to J. Scott Appleworth shows a blue background, with no hash marks and no green security paper background; and
  
  3. Two photographs the White House staff allowed NBC photographer Savannah Guthrie take on April 27 that show a gray background on which grey hash marks are clearly visible on the security paper background.

Arpaio has also suggested the White House should authorize the Hawaii Department of Health to release for independent court-authorized forensic examination any 1961 paper-and-ink original Obama birth records the department has on file.

The Maricopa County Cold Case Posse assigned by Arpaio to investigate Obama's eligibility has now assembled some 2,000 pages of evidence in the case and is preparing to conduct interviews.

The posse is also currently in the process of briefing various Arizona state officials about the progress of the investigation to date.

Barack Obama campaigned during the 2008 presidential race on hope and change, and while change has been delivered, hope has vanished, according to groups of veterans who staged a protest in Washington to emphasize their demands that Obama and his entourage of "czars" resign.

Portraying Patrick Henry, Harry McKay spoke the famous words of that notable patriot, who expressed his frustration at trying to deal with a monarchy then.

He said, "We have done everything that could be done, to avert the storm which is now coming on. We have petitioned; we have remonstrated; we have supplicated; we have prostrated ourselves before the throne, and have implored its interposition to arrest the tyrannical hands of the ministry and parliament. Our petitions have been slighted; our remonstrances have produced additional violence and insult; our supplications have been disregarded; and we have been spurned, with contempt, from the foot of the throne. In vain, after these things, may we indulge the fond hope of peace and reconciliation. There is no longer any room for hope."

There were, observers said, at most a couple hundred attending the rally assembled for the Declaration to Restore the Constitutional Republic by the Veteran Defenders of America and its parent organization, The United States Patriots Union.

But during McKay's reading, literally dozens of passersby stopped to listen to the oration that once called on Americans to stand firm in their resistance to the tyranny of England. Today, it was meant as a call for patriots to stand firm in support of America, and in resistance to what the organizations have described as a Washington government run amok.

Henry's rousing revolutionary cry came in 1775 at St. John's Church in Richmond, Va. At today's rally, applause and cheers interrupted key passages of the oration.

"It is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope," McKay exclaimed, but, "If we wish to be free; if we mean to preserve inviolate those inestimable privileges for which we have been so long contending; if we mean not basely to abandon the noble struggle in which we have been so long engaged, and which we have pledged ourselves never to abandon until the glorious object of our contest shall be obtained, we must fight!"

It is in the conclusion of Henry's address that he uttered the famous, "I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!"


Declaration to Restore the Constitutional Republic
Veteran's Day TEA Party Rally on the Mall in Washington, D.C.

JB Williams, one of the event's key contributors, told WND, "I'm impressed and grateful for those who came. Some of the people I've met today came despite great challenges – some financial, some health, some otherwise."

Indeed, some of those in attendance were disabled veterans who arrived in their wheelchairs.

"These are true patriots and we are just beginning to defend our country," he said.

Rev. Edward Anthony, a Baptist minister and missionary, gave the benediction and told WND why he came from his hometown of Pensacola, Fla.

"Anything worth having is always going to be expensive. Our freedom is bought at the price of blood and that's what it will cost to keep us free."

Col. Harry Riley, who served more than three decades in the military, said in a statement, "The rally is primarily focused on restoration of our constitutional government. The Obama administration and a weak Congress have allowed our nation to be on path of destruction because the Constitution is being ignored. We are asking for the resignation of President Obama, Secretary Clinton, Secretary Panetta, the entire cabinet, agency heads, selected members of Congress – mainly Speaker Boehner, Rep. Pelosi as well as Sen. Reid and Sen. McConnell.

"The nation is in such a struggle that we want everyone who is failing to obey their oath to resign," he said.

Barbara Ketay, a founder of the United States Patriots Union, told WND she composed the group's Declaration to Restore the Constitutional Republic with Williams.

"America was founded as a Christian nation and I believe that unless we turn back to a godly nation, nothing will change," she said.

Alan Horton, an Army veteran and member of the Indianapolis TEA Party, drove out from the Midwest and picked up fellow patriots on his way. He told WND that there are hundreds of thousands of TEA party members in his home state. He said if more Americans paid attention to what their government is doing, they'd demand justice and everything would change for the better.

"I just wish the average Joe would pay attention," he said.

Army veteran Eric Stricchiola and his friend Martin Reilly, a former Marine, stood back from the crowd taking in the speeches and watching fellow patriots. When asked why they came from New Jersey, both smiled said simply: "It's Veterans Day."

Timothy Harrington, co-founder of the Patriots Union, told WND in advance, "We have to start somewhere. We are hoping to show D.C. insiders that the people have had enough. That the time for talking has passed and the time for serious action to save this nation has arrived."

This job should already have been accomplished, the organizers point out.



"Every member of every branch of government has taken an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution and the people of the United States and it's high time we see which of them is ready to live up to that oath."

The crux of the issue is the still-unresolved dispute over whether Obama is eligible for the office of president, or whether he's been usurping the authority of an office for which he fails to qualify. Following closely are the actions he's taken while in office, from strong-arming private companies into doing what he wants to imposing amnesty by fiat on the American public.

There have been lawsuits over his eligibility, as the Constitution requires a president to be a "natural-born citizen." The Constitution does not define the term, but texts consulted by the Founders and U.S. Supreme Court decisions indicate it refers to the offspring of two citizen parents.

Obama's father never was a U.S. citizen, and critics argue that made him unqualified under the Constitution.

The event is calling upon all freedom-loving citizens "fed up with the corruption and tyranny in D.C. to take a stand."

There should be no shortage of people willing to abide by the oaths they've taken to ensure the Constitution and the republic is protected, according to Williams, who is integral to the operations of the organizing units and a key leader in the protest planning. He says military personnel, officers, members of Congress and the judiciary, and employees of the federal government all make such an affirmation when they take their posts.

The enlisted service members oath requires obedience to orders of the president and the "constitutional" orders of "officers appointed over me," but the oaths for officers, the judiciary, members of Congress and federal employees simply require support for the Constitution.

For example, the officers' oath states, "Having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States … [ I] do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic … So help me God."

"Amid an endless stream of conspiracy theories, a real conspiracy was under way and well-founded concerns for the true state of our union led many to one question surfacing repeatedly with increasing anxiety – 'Why are our soldiers allegedly fighting for freedom and liberty abroad while we are being stripped of our freedom and liberty at home?" Williams said.

He said there are more than 21 million federal employees, and all of them have submitted to an oath affirming their loyalty to the Constitution.

"Violating their oath is not just cause for immediate dismissal and removal from office, it is a federal crime," he explained.

The list of charges which Obama and his team of government managers are being called to provide an account of includes dozens, from amnesty for illegal aliens in America, spending U.S. taxpayer money to restore Muslim mosques overseas, plans to tax contributions to U.S. churches, creating "targeted assassinations" of U.S. citizens, disgracing America by bowing for foreign tyrants and assembling a team of "czars" to dictate what happens.

The Call-to-Action cites violations of the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, unlawful use of military force, violation of international treaties, violations of the public trust and misuse of resources, bankrupting the nation, taxation without representation, confiscation of people's goods and abuse of judicial power.

The declaration states, "No longer will we sit idly by and tolerate the utter destruction of our country, at the hands of anti-American elitists in Washington, D.C., who have mistaken the people's peaceful tolerance for acceptance of their ill-advised behaviors. The time for all good and decent Americans to stand together, in defense of the Constitution, the republic, freedom and liberty, has arrived. The rule of constitutional law must prevail. We call upon all who have taken an oath to protect and defend, to take appropriate measures now."

Demanded are resignations from Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, the Obama cabinet, staff and the unelected czars, as well [as] Supreme Court justices given lifetime appointments by Obama[,] and some members of Congress.

Why only some members of Congress? Every member of Congress and every state Elector was complicit in the ongoing treason of surrendering the Constitutional U.S. government to a dictatorship led by an enemy of the United States, who is guilty of sedition for overturning Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5, of the U.S. Constitution, and who has given aid to ideological groups, drug cartels, and sovereignties which are at war against the U.S.. Some did second guess their confirmation votes, however so belatedly.

Patrick Henry made, one after another, many stirring patriotic calls to liberty.

Obama Sr. bio reworks nativity fraud

Following the lead of the New Yorker's David Remnick and the New York Times' Janny Scott, the Boston Globe's Sally Jacobs chooses to duck the truth about President Obama's origins in her new biography, "The Other Barack: The Bold and Reckless Life of President Obama's Father."

Like her fellow biographers, Jacobs labors to protect the foundational myth of President Obama's political ascendancy, in Remnick's words, "his own life as a reflection of a kind of multicultural ideal."

As the president tells the story, he was the product of an "improbable love" between a girl from Kansas and a goatherd from Kenya who shared a "faith in the possibilities of this nation."

Last month on the eve of Father's Day, Obama buttressed the myth once more by claiming that Obama Sr. "left when I was 2 years old." This implies, of course, that there was a home and family to leave.

There was not, but like Scott in her new biography of Obama's mother, "A Singular Woman," Jacobs helps sustain the fraud by both omission and commission.

About the courtship of Ann Dunham and Obama Sr., Jacobs rehashes old information. As she relates, Obama "said nothing of his new girlfriend to most of his friends on campus." Jacobs attributes this to Obama Sr.'s discretion on personal matters.

Obama Sr., however, was less discreet about other women. Jacobs tells of his courtship of a blonde co-ed, whom he often took out in public, including a night of dancing at a tourist hot spot in Honolulu.

Later Jacobs relates the tale of future Obama Sr. spouse Ruth Baker. Writes Jacobs of the couple, "They went dancing at the hottest clubs around Cambridge." No such luck for Ann Dunham. No one even knew they were an item.

As to the wedding between Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham, Jacobs says only, "The couple apparently had a quiet civil ceremony." In "A Singular Woman," Scott writes that the wedding took place "reportedly on the island of Maui."

Apparently? Reportedly? The only fact that justifies a biography about Dunham or Obama Sr. is that they married and had a baby six months later.

Yet their respective biographers can tell us next nothing about their courtship or their marriage and express no skepticism about either.

Indeed, Jacobs entertains the idea that the Maui trip was "endearingly romantic" in that the couple "would have had to spend on costly airline tickets and a hotel at time when neither of them had much money."

Like Scott, Jacobs tells the reader not one word about Dunham's whereabouts for the next six months. The only exception is the bombshell Jacobs dropped last week. This she gleaned from an INS document dated April 12, 1961, four months before the birth:

"Subject [Obama] got his USC [United States citizen] wife 'Hapai' [pregnant] and although they were married they do not live together and Miss Dunham is making arrangements with the Salvation Army to give the baby away."

As I reported on Friday, the Department of Homeland Security, which absorbed the INS in 2003, redacted the above sentence from the documents it later sent to Heather Smathers of the Arizona Independent.

DHS did not redact this newsworthy bit of information from the documents it sent to Jacobs, but that is a separate scandal.

Unlike Dunham, who dropped out of the University of Hawaii, Obama Sr. continued to attend classes during the period of Dunham's pregnancy.

Reports Jacobs, "To the Stardust crowd, at least, he remained a single, unencumbered guy with dazzling prospects." This does not sound like the kind of guy who would spend the little money he had on a romantic Maui getaway.

As to the Aug. 4, 1961, birth of Barack Obama II in Honolulu, Jacobs cites as her information source the "certification of live birth" released by the Obama campaign.

That's it. At least Jacobs gets the terminology right. But like Scott again, she provides no details about the birth other than what can be found on that document. Nor does she acknowledge any controversy about it.

It is in the months that follow the birth that Jacobs, like Scott and Remnick before her, gets creative, but Jacobs has even less excuse for her mischief.

The INS documents in her possession confirm that both on April 12, 1961, and on Aug. 31, 1961, the couple was not living together. The Aug. 31 document notes that Dunham is heading for Washington state.

Still, Jacobs feels obliged to create a married life for this couple. To accomplish this, she turns to current Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie, whose serial lies about his relationship to baby Obama were exposed at the beginning of 2011.

Knowing this, Jacobs would have had time to rewrite the Abercrombie section but did not. She takes him at this word that "every now and then" Obama Sr. took his wife and baby out to meet friends. This is nonsense.

In reality, the baby's first confirmed sighting was in Seattle in late August 1961, when Obama was roughly three weeks old. The witness to this is Dunham's childhood friend, Susan Botkin Blake.

On this point, Blake seems reliable. She has been telling this part of the story consistently for the last three years. Another friend, Maxine Box, confirmed it. Dunham showed up in Seattle with baby in tow in August 1961.

As all records indicate, Dunham and the baby stayed in Seattle for about a year with Ann enrolling at the University of Washington for the fall quarter and re-enrolling through the spring. As early as August 2009, WND was posting Dunham's transcript.

This same information was available to all Obama biographers. Conservative activist Michael Patrick Leahy was reporting Dunham's Seattle sojourn as early as the summer of 2008.

The mainstream media turned a blind eye. Not one of the four book-length biographies I consulted for "Deconstructing Obama" places Dunham anywhere other than Hawaii during Obama's first two years.

The same holds true for the magazine bios I researched including a lengthy one by the Washington Post's Pulitzer Prize-winning David Maraniss.

This is not an incidental detail. The mother's exile to Washington means no less than that the famed multicultural marriage, the rock on which Obama built his political career, was pure sand.

Remnick was the first of the orthodox scribes to break the silence with the spring 2010 publication of his Obama bio, "The Bridge." He mentions the Washington exile casually as if to suggest that it was common knowledge.

Remnick buffers the news further by claiming that Ann took "extension courses" in the fall and implies that she did not arrive until the spring semester.

Scott too concedes Dunham did go to Seattle but, like Remnick, she plays games with the timeline. "In the spring quarter of 1962, as Obama was embarking on his final semester in Hawaii, Ann was enrolled at the University of Washington in Seattle," Scott writes.

As in Remnick's case, this is borderline fraud. Scott conceals the larger truth that Ann had already been at the university for months.

Jacobs does much the same. "Dunham would, in fact, enroll at U-Dub [the University of Washington] the following spring," writes Jacobs, temporarily ignoring Dunham's attendance in the fall.

However, all four of these biographers, Maraniss included, acknowledge Dunham's visit with Blake, a visit that causes everyone problems.

Maraniss solves his problem by pushing the Blake-Dunham encounter back to August 1962, two months after Obama Sr. had left for Harvard.

"She was on her way from her mother's house to Boston to be with her husband," Blake reportedly told Maraniss. "[She said] he had transferred to grad school and she was going to join him."

To sustain the Obama family mythology, Remnick claims that in fall 1962 "Ann went with the baby to Cambridge briefly to visit her husband, but that trip was a failure and she returned to Hawaii." He seems to be building on Maraniss' misreporting of the Blake interview. There is no other source.

Scott also cites Blake but correctly pulls the encounter back to "late in the summer of 1961." Scott does not tell us why Dunham happened to fly her three-week old in for a quick visit with a friend whom she would never see again.

Knowing what the INS documents revealed, Jacobs has to be the most imaginative. Citing Blake as her source, Jacobs traces the visit to August 1961 but claims that Dunham "was coming through Seattle on her way to Boston to look into job possibilities for herself."

Why Boston? Obama Sr. "had been accepted into graduate school there and they would likely move the following year." Jacobs reports this absurdity with a straight face.

Jacobs was just getting warmed up. Apparently after returning to Hawaii from her Boston visit, "just months" after the baby was born, Dunham moved back to Seattle with her baby.

Jacobs places this move in "the fall of 1961" and now claims Dunham "enrolled at U-Dub." On Page 125, Jacobs said that Dunham enrolled in the spring quarter of 1962. On Page 126, Jacobs implies it was the fall quarter of 1961. This is just half-... reporting.

To rescue the multicultural ideal in the face of all facts to the contrary, Jacobs quotes Blake at great length about how wildly in love Dunham was with "the African."

Although this recollection was based on a single conversation from 50 years ago with a woman Blake would never see again, Jacobs accepts it as gospel.

And these people make fun of "birthers"?

435 U.S. Representatives, 100 U.S. Senators, and Pres. of the Senate Dick Cheney;

Pres. George W. Bush, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Attorney General Michael Mukasey and certain U.S. Attorneys;

Federal Election Commissioners Cynthia L. Bauerly, Caroline C. Hunter, Donald F. McGahn II,
Matthew S. Petersen, Steven T. Walther, and Ellen L. Weintraub - they pleaded out for lack of jurisdiction;

U.S. Supreme Court Justices John G. Roberts, Jr., Antonin Scalia, Samuel A. Alito, Anthony M. Kennedy,
Stephen G. Breyer, John Paul Stevens, David H. Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Clarence Thomas,
who said, "We're evading that one" [the Obama ineligibility issue]; along with about 50 lower U.S. Court Judges.

We were prohibited from ex parte communication with the Justices and Judges, so we can only assume that they understood Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5, of the Constitution, the "No person except a natural born Citizen shall be eligible" clause. We contacted the rest by Certified Mail with Return Receipt. If they were ignorant, it is because they ignored the truth and the facts. They are legally liable for their actions, and they are all guilty, so they must stick together, with no one breaking ranks, lest they all fall together. Any doubter is immediately frozen out, excommunicated, or perhaps worse.

On May 2, 2011 undersigned conducted oral argument in the above
captioned case in front of Honorable Justices Berzon, Fisher and
Pregerson. Please, see below additional information per FRAP 28 (j).

On June 16, 2011 Supreme Court of the United States issued a decision in Bond v
United States #09-1227 Argued February 22, 2011, decision 16, 2011.

This decision declares, that individuals have a right to enforce the 10th
amendment state rights. This decision is relevant to the case at hand for following
reasons:

a. In the United States of America presidential elections are conducted by
individual states, through state ballots and the states are the ones vetting
eligibility of different candidates to be on respective state ballots. Presidential
candidate has to be a Natural born citizen based on Article 2, section 1 of the
Constitution. Legitimacy of the state ballot and state elections is a right and a
function guaranteed to the individual states based on the 10th amendment, as it
is not one of enumerated powers reserved for the Federal government. No
decision by Congress, no ratification by Congress can usurp such powers.

b. Plaintiffs are stating, that 2008 election was not legitimate, as Mr. Obama is not
a Natural born citizen, being a child of a foreign national and not having any valid
US vital records. Recent disclosure of Mr. Obama's purported long form birth
certificate shows it to be a forgery, CT Social Security number 042-68-xxxx, that he
is using, was never assigned to him and there is evidence of fraud and/or forgery
in his Selective Service certificate and his educational records. The Plaintiffs were
denied standing and the case was dismissed. Current decision by Bond v United
States gives the Plaintiffs standing to proceed. In an unanimous decision the court
stated "The limitations that federalism entails are not therefore a matter of rights
belonging only to the states. States are not the sole intended beneficiaries of
Federalism. See New York, supra, at 181. An individual has a direct interest in
objecting to laws that upset the constitutional balance between the National
government and the states..."
