Astoundingly, it would appear that Soebarkah could be in two places at the same time.

Re-acquaint yourselves, if you will, with the Soebarkah version stamped May 3, 1990. On that date, as reflected by the Illinois Daily Herald, we have Soebarkah in his typical, comfortable, "Barack Obama" uniform.

He's talking, of course, about stopping "racism" at its core and how bored he is with the suburbs, but we also hear:

Obama moved to Southeast Asia at age 2 [actually, 5] when his parents divorced and his mother married an Indonesian. Until the fifth grade, Obama attended Indonesian schools, where most of his friends were the sons of servants, street peddlers, and farmers (emphasis added)

Got that "until the fifth grade" part?

Now the LA Times, March 19, 1990 (prepare yourself; it's another tear-jerker):

Born in Hawaii, where his parents met in college, Obama was named Barack (blessed in Arabic) after his father. The elder Obama was among a generation of young Africans who came to the United States to study engineering, finance and medicine, skills that could be taken back home to build a new, strong Africa. In Hawaii, he married Obama's mother, a white American from Wichita, Kan[sas].

Two years later, Obama's parents separated and he moved to a small village outside Jakarta, Indonesia, with his mother, an anthropologist. There, he spent his boyhood playing with the sons and daughters of rice farmers and rickshaw drivers, attending an Indonesian-speaking school, where he had little contact with Americans.

Every morning at 5, his mother would wake him to take correspondence classes for fear he would forget his English.

It was in Indonesia, Obama said, where he first became aware of abject poverty and despair...

After six years in Indonesia [actually, four or four and a half years], Obama was sent back to the United States to live with his maternal grandparents in Hawaii in preparation for college. It was then that he began to correspond with his father, a senior economist for the Kenyan finance ministry who recounted intriguing tales of an African heritage that Obama knew little about (emphases added.)

So, after six [4 to 4½] years in Indonesia preceded by two Hawaiian years before the separation of BHO I and Stanley Ann Dunham divorce (but click here for an interesting perspective on the BHO I//Dunham "marriage"), Soebarkah returns to the states to "prepare for college."

OK, let's just leave aside the "prepare for college" at what must have been a very early age nonsense -- or, was it such an early age?

Dr. Jason Kissner's satirical account notwithstanding, Mr. Obama's seeming violation of laws of physics (as if piling on Mr. Obama's violations of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. Code of Laws, and the Law of Moses,) only merits a false (penalty) flag. A false (penalty) flag would seem to be congruent with other false flag operations the Executive Branch, under the aegis of the CIA, has perpetrated under the banner of "the Arab spring" — deceptions which amount to aiding, arming, adhering to and allying with "Arab rebels" a.k.a. al Qaeda, Hamas, and other jihadis under the black flag.

But Newton's laws of motion, space and time don't include the same penalty as Art. 3, § 3, of the Constitution of the United States, and in this case, Newton's laws only appear to be violated. Being in two places thousands of miles apart at precisely the same time would be a gross violation indeed, not to be swept under some already dusty Heisenberg rug. So let's see how K-5 at Noelani Elementary School in Honolulu could have fitted into the same calendar year or school year with grade 1 at Fransiskus Assisi (Catholic) Elementary School in Jakarta. Then we will see that they didn't, not really.

At that time, his name was changed to "Barry Soetoro," with citizenship: "Indonesian", and religion: "Is1am".
Thus acknowledged as belonging to Indonesian citizen Lolo Soetoro, Barry started grade 1 at the Assisi School in January of 1967, at age 5.

Because you are paying attention, you have noticed that there are chronological contradictions in both scenarios. In the first, moving to Jakarta during the summer of 1967 assumes that the move revolved around 5-year-old Barry's kindergarten schedule. Anna Soetoro was beginning a government job in Jakarta, the kind which most often begins on Jan. 1, concurrent with government appropriations for a calendar year. Her job surely had more influence upon their move date than Barry's kindergarten did.

The second scenario, except for the last few words, best accommodates the facts on the ground. If Barry had actually entered grade 1 early, in January of 1967, it would have been necessary for him to have failed grade 1, 2, 3, or 4 for him to be in grade 4 for the 1970-71 school year. It doesn't make sense that a child deemed bright enough to start school early would thereafter fail an early primary grade. Therefore, whatever he did or didn't do in the spring of 1967 (home school?), he probably did not start the first grade in Jakarta until that September.

In 1971, Anna Dunham Soetoro took Barry to Honolulu to live with her parents, either at the beginning of the year, when Barry was in the fourth grade, or in the summer, after he completed the fourth grade. The Punahou School, if granted permission (and if it mattered), could clarify from school records whether Barry returned to Hawaii in January of 1971 and entered Punahou in the middle of the 4th grade, or he returned in the summer of 1971 and entered Punahou in the 5th grade in September. Not an issue.

The following calendar is a meld of scenarios 1 and 2. It fits the known events, seems reasonable, sounds natural, and does not outrage common sense.

Barry Obama attended K-5 at Noelani Elementary School in Honolulu from September of 1966 through December of 1966. He had his picture taken then with the Noelani kindergarten class of 1967.
Around the end of December of 1966, he moved with his mother to Jakarta, Indonesia.
At that time, his name was changed to "Barry Soetoro," with citizenship: "Indonesian", and religion: "Is1am", in recognition of Lolo Soetoro becoming his stepfather.
Thus officially acknowledged by an Indonesian citizen (legally? as a stepson? as adopted?), Barry entered grade 1 of the Assisi School in September of 1967, at age 6. Barry may or may not have attended kindergarten in Jakarta earlier in 1967.
In 1971, Anna Dunham Soetoro took Barry to Honolulu to live with her parents, while she returned to Jakarta for a year before beginning her graduate work in anthropology at the Univ. of Hawaii in Manoa.
Barry may have continued under the name "Barry Soetoro" at least until Nov. 6, 1980, when his mother's divorce from Lolo Soetoro became final.

The following was observed and posted on July 21, 2013, by Dr. Eowyn of Fellowship of the Minds, who is an impeccable source. But however valid the source of reportage (I've been wanting to use that word all day), I'm calling "HOAX" on its origin. There is absolutely no reason for Barack Obama, registered to vote in Chicago, to also register as Barry Soetoro to vote in WDC, and every reason to not stir up a hornet's nest by doing so. My guess is that an enemy of Mr. Obama registered Barry Soetoro in WDC, and I don't consider the prank worthy of any further investigation.

Barack Hussein Obama is registered to vote in Washington, D.C., not as Barack Hussein Obama, but as Barry Soetoro.

The latter was his name when he was adopted by Obama’s mother’s (Stanley Ann Dunham) second husband, the Indonesian Lolo Soetoro. (Please note, however, that there are questions as to whether Obama’s mother and his supposed biological father, Barack Hussein Obama Sr., were ever married, there being no trace of either a marriage or divorce certificate.)

Lolo Soetoro and Stanley Ann Dunham were married on March 15, 1965, when little Barry was 4 years old. In 1967, when Barry was 6 years old, he and his mother joined Lolo in Indonesia. Barry lived in Indonesia from ages 6 to 10. In 1971, 10-year-old Barry was sent back to Honolulu to live with his maternal grandparents; Barry’s mom remained in Indonesia. You can verify [no longer working] Barry Soetoro’s voter registration for yourself. Here’s how:

1. Go to the website of the District of Columbia Board of Elections. Click here or go to: https://www.dcboee.org/voter_info/reg_status/.

2. Type in the first name: Barry; and the last name: Soetoro.

3. Type in the birth date of August 4, 1961 — Barack Obama’s birthdate,according to the White House’s website.

4. Type in the zip code 20500, the zip code for the White House at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington, DC, according to whitehouse.gov.

You will then see this (this is a screenshot I took from the D.C. Board of Elections site):

As you can see for yourself, according to the District of Columbia Board of Elections:

Barry Soetoro, who resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20500, had registered to vote, as a Democrat, on October 15, 2012.

That means Obama had registered to vote in the District of Columbia 22 days before the elections of November 6, 2012 — but as Barry Soetoro.

This, in turn, suggests that Barry Soetoro, not Barack Hussein Obama, is Obama’s legal name. That, in turn, means that if he had voted in previous elections, including the all-important one in 2008 which elected him President of the United States of America, Obama was voting under a fraudulent name — that of Barack Hussein Obama.

This information is sure to be scrubbed from the D.C. Board of Elections website. [ED.: yes, it was removed within 15 hours of this posting.] So I’ve taken a screenshot of the above, but this time showing the time and date on my laptop computer when I accessed Barry Soetoro’s voter registration information:

Just to make sure, I did another search on the D.C. Board of Elections website, this time typing in “Barack Obama” as the first and last names; the same birthdate (August 4, 1961); and the same zip code (20500). This is the result:

Whoever did that — whether he’s Obama himself or an imposter — committed voter fraud.

Whether he was Mr. Obama or just someone pretending to be Mr. Obama, he's an impostor, a poseur, and a fraud, either way.

That is a common misunderstanding of Marie Elizabeth Elg's status by lineage (ius sanguinis). In 1906, a wife's citizenship defaulted to that of her husband, just as a minor child's status still follows the status of his or her father (or custodial parent) today.

Marie Elizabeth Elg's father was naturalized as a U.S. citizen in 1906, the year before she was born. Her mother became a U.S. citizen automatically, "without benefit of clerk," without the naturalization process or the naturalization oath of allegiance, without doing anything at all - just by being the wife of a man who was a U.S. citizen. In 1934, Mr. Elg expatriated himself from the U.S. and preserved his allegiance to Sweden. His wife (if they were still married after being separated by the Atlantic Ocean between 1911 and 1922) may or may not have had a change of status, depending upon the laws of Sweden and whether women's suffrage had affected how a change in a man's status also changed his wife's status.

But in 1907, a wife's status of citizenship and nationality followed that of her husband. In 1907, when Marie Elizabeth Elg was born in the U.S., both of her parents were U.S. citizens, and therefore she was a natural born Citizen.

Former Navy SEAL Ben Smith addressed the South Carolina Tea Party Coalition Convention.
Mr. Smith discussed the real state of the union, not the theatrical presentation provided by the occupier of the White House on Tuesday. He speaks of the occupier in terms of his communist, socialist assault on America which includes Islam, the Muslim Brotherhood and al-Qaeda. Smith recognizes that they are all here in the United States as well as in the White House.
He describes how we have an admitted Marxist in the White House, who has all of the typical trappings of that philosophy, with a heavy strain of Islam thrown in as well. He questions whether the Caliphate that is described in the Koran is not in some ways what we have just witnessed in the Arab Spring. He holds up a Koran as the source of his comments, but then old butterfingers Ben drops the book on the floor.

An American citizen who is a member of Al Qaeda is actively planning attacks against Americans overseas, U.S. officials say, and the Obama administration is wrestling with whether to kill him with a drone strike and how to do so legally under its new stricter targeting policy issued last year.
The CIA drones watching him cannot strike because he’s a U.S. citizen and the Justice Department must build a case against him, a task it hasn’t completed.

Four U.S. officials said the American suspected terrorist is in a country that refuses U.S. military action on its soil and that has proved unable to go after him. And President Barack Obama’s new policy says American suspected terrorists overseas can only be killed by the military, not the CIA, creating a policy conundrum for the White House.

Two of the officials described the man as an Al Qaeda facilitator who has been directly responsible for deadly attacks against U.S. citizens overseas and who continues to plan attacks against them that would use improvised explosive devices.
