Get ready birthers, Orly Taitz has won a small victory for those of you who think Obama is not a U.S. citizen. It seems that the US government may have to answer to why it seems that the Social Security number the President is using doesn’t quite seem legitimate.
Birther queen Orly Taitz has been filing one lawsuit after another to try to “learn the truth,” she says, of Obama’s true background. Is he a U.S. citizen? Taitz says no and has been trying for years to find the smoking gun that proves it.
But this time she has a small opening toward that end. Taitz contends that Barack Obama is using the Social Security number of a man named Harry Bounel. Taitz has filed with the Social Security Administration to get these records but the SSA has stonewalled Taitz when she has filed for Freedom of Information Act requests saying there is “no information” in their records to send to her.
Taitz went to court over the SSA’s stonewalling and has found a judge who has ruled that the governmentmust respond to her requests on Obama’s and this Harry Bounel’s SS number records.
In a press release, Taitz reports the following:

Judge Hollander in Maryland gives Attorney Orly Taitz 21 days to file a second amended complaint and add allegations in regards to an improper withholding by the Social Security Administration of records of Harry Bounel, whose Social security number is being illegally used by Barack Obama. When Taitz filed the complaint, SSA did not respond at all. After the law suit was filed, SSA responded by fraudulently claiming that the records were not found. Taitz responded that this is a fraudulent assertion, since the records were found before and denied to another petitioner due to privacy concerns, however Social Security has no right to claim privacy as according to their own 120 year rule they have a duty to release the records. The judge stated that the plaintiff Taitz might be correct, however at this time she cannot rule in her favor as her original complaint was filed before SSA responded, so the judge gave Taitz an opportunity to refile a second amended complaint and add new allegations, stating the SSA responded but improperly hidden the records . This is a great development. This all but assures that the judge will order the SSA to release the SS-5, Social Security application of resident of CT, Harrison (Harry) Bounel, whose CT SSN 042-68-4425 was stolen by Obama and used in Obama’s 2009 tax returns, which initially were posted on WhiteHouse.gov without proper redaction, without flattening of the file . Taitz will be very careful not to be Breitbarted or Fuddied in the next 21 days.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been one of the most outspoken critics of President Obama’s birth certificate and has gone to great lengths to prove it is in fact a forgery, as many of us already know. In a recent interview, the good sheriff let us know that he’s got enough evidence to make an arrest, he’s just trying to figure out who’s behind it.

America’s toughest sheriff appeared on KMTV 15 out of California for an interview with Chris Pareja, and explained that he’s arrested and placed people in jail for forging documents, but the reason he’s not rushing to act in this case is because he wants to get everyone involved.
For those unfamiliar, Arpaio started a “posse” of sorts to track down the origin and authenticity of Obama’s birth certificate. Led by investigator Mike Zullo, the group discovered that the long form birth certificate that Obama presented as his original had over 20 different forgeries within it, as discovered by professional document examiners.

Arpaio’s interview with Pareja was nearly 30 minutes long, however it has been shortened so that you can see the most important part, where he threatens Obama with arrest.

After first explaining that he’s already beyond figuring out whether or not Obama is guilty of forging the document, Arpaio explained that the focus of his investigation has pivoted to finding out who within the Hawaiian government was an accomplice in the matter.

“Nobody wants to touch it,” he said. “But I’m still trying to find out who was behind it.”

The sheriff told Pareja that nobody seems to care about the forged document and they seem to be turning their heads to the matter.
“It’s a felony! I’m locking people up every day for forged documents that are here illegally,” he said referring to Obama not being a legal citizen of America.

When asked if he’s still pursuing the case against Obama and his cohorts, Arpaio had very few, but very powerful words.
“It’s in the works. Don’t be fooled by it’s over.”

Press release

Attorney Orly Taitz received a response from Judge Hollander in [the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland]. It is limited to only [my] FOIA request of April 26, 2013, but not to the FOIA request of August 8, 2013, which Judge Hollander did not consider at all.

First, she denied a motion to dismiss by the Department of Justice, stating that there is indeed a controversy, which goes beyond a motion to dismiss.

However, she granted [my] motion for a Summary judgment in relation to [my] FOIA request from April 26, 2013.

She did not address [my] FOIA request from August 8, 2013, and I will need to resubmit [my motion], as [my August 8th FOIA request] was in the mail [while] she was reviewing [my] April 26th FOIA request.

I will attach her 30 page order. There are a number of important issues. I am not sure yet how these issues wil be resolved. [Resolution] might [require] Congress and [the] Inspector General.

In summary, what is at issue here:

1. Obama posted his [2009] tax returns, didn’t “flatten” the PDF file, and [his Form 709 revealed] that he [was] using SSN 042-[nn-nnnn, issued to a Connecticut resident], which failed both E-Verify and SSNVS [the Social Security Number Verification Service], show[ing] that Obama is using a SSN which was not assigned to him [but was assigned to someone else].
   
2. Investigators Sankey and Daniels found this [Social Security] number in a number of national databases, assigned to someone born in 1890.
3. Investigator Hendershot found that in one database, both Obama and Harry Bounel are listed at the same address in Chicago, using the same SSN, 042-[nn-nnnn]. There are only 2 people in this country who used this SSN: Obama and Bounel.
4. [Another] FOIA request was sent to [the] SSA, demanding a [certified copy of the SSN] application for Bounel. They responded that they will not release the docs [for] privacy reasons. See response here; FOIA Bounel.
5. Recently, the US Census [Bureau] released its 1940 census, which showed that in 1940, Bounel resided in [the] Bronx, NY, which is next to Connecticut, and he was born in 1890.
   
6. In 2011, the SSA revealed its new rule that the SSA has to provide the SS-5 Social Security applications of individuals born 120 years ago or earlier, because these individuals are presumed deceased.
7. Taitz requested Bounel’s application [for a] Social Security number, (the application by which he got SSN 042-nn-nnnn), which Obama fraudulently assumed in [or] around 1980, [after Bounel died in Hawaii]. In order to facilitate release of records, Taitz provided the SSA with additional info on Bounel, such as the fact that he was born in Russia in 1890, that he immigrated to the US in 1912, [and] that he lived in [the] Bronx in 1940.
8. [The] SSA did not respond, and Taitz filed a lawsuit. After that lawsuit was filed, [the SSA did respond].
9. SSA FOIA officer Dawn Wiggins responded that there are no records for Bounel in [the] SSA databases.
10. Taitz [contacted] Judge Hollander, advising her that Wiggins [was defrauding] the court, [that] in 2012, the same [Dawn] Wiggins found the records for Bounel, but refused to release them [then, on account of] privacy. Taitz advised the court that originally [the] SSA tried to obfuscate the records, claiming privacy. When they [realized that Taitz knew about the new 2012 rule, and they could no longer claim an] exemption for privacy, they made up a new excuse, claiming that the records [did] not exist.
11. The SSA claimed that they made a new assertion: that based on the new information, they claim that the records do not exist.
    
12. Taitz responded to the judge explaining that [the SSA was] using some minor discrepancy for this assertion - for example, if in their database there is a discrepancy that Bounel came [not from Russia but] from Moldova, which at [that] time was a part of the Russian empire, it would [cause] a discrepancy [between the FOIA request and the SSA record]. If there is a discrepancy in the age or the year of immigration, they can use this discrepancy to deny records.
13. The judge responded by telling the SSA to show her that they did [a] proper search, and that they did not use a minor discrepancy to deny [the release of] records.
14. Taitz submitted yet another request to the SSA, [asking] for information just on Bounel, [with no] other parameters: no date of birth, no date of immigration from Russia, and so on.
15. The same officer, [Dawn] Wiggins, responded to the judge that she searched and could not find [any such] records.
16. So the judge denied the [SSA] motion to dismiss, but granted the motion for summary judgment on the original FOIA request only, which asked for the records with all the parameters. The judge stated that since the new request was submitted while the court case was going on, and [it] was fashioned as an appeal, it was superseded by the court case.
17. Judge Hollander also misrepresented [my] request to submit the matter to the Federal Grand Jury for criminal investigation, [because] Taitz requested it not as an individual, but sought to do it as ex-relator, stepping in the shoes of the prosecutor. The judge state[d] that there are plenty of able prosecutors around the country. She does not take into consideration the fact that these prosecutors are Obama appointees, and [above] Eric Holder, Obama is their ultimate superior, which creates a conflict of interest.

At this [juncture], Taitz is undertaking several actions:

1. filing a motion for reconsideration and a motion for hearing and/or trial.
2. will provide [the] additional argument of [the] best evidence rule.
3. will provide additional argument on all the evidence of fraud in Obama’s IDs presented to the judge and omitted by the judge from her argument, when she claimed that [the] SSA acted in good faith.
4. Taitz will submit a new FOIA request to the SSA for info seeking [the] SS-5 [registration form requesting a Social Security number] for Harry (Harrison) Bounel, without any other info.
5. will submit a request to Mr. Rosenstein, US Attorney for Md,, seeking to forward all the evidence to the Grand Jury and [to] report to the judge on his willingness or unwillingness to do so, as well as a request for an ex-relator status, if he shows unwillingness to forward evidence to the Grand Jury.
6. Taitz is asking the public to provide her with the FOIA responses that they ever got from the SSA after they asked for SS-5s based on name and Social Security number of the deceased.
7. Taitz needs [certified copies of the] original requests for the SS-5 of Lucille Ballantyne, mother of of the SSA actuary Harry Ballantyne, as evidence exists of Obama using her SSN as well, and there is a suspicion that Harry Ballantyne was the one who changed the records in the database.
8. Taitz had evidence that several relatives of Harry Ballantyne had SSNs [in numerical sequence] immediately after or somewhere around the number used by Obama, which is suspicious.
9. Taitz needs any and all articles on SSA fraud and rampant use of stolen Social Security numbers to show the judge that examination of the original (wet ink) paper records is needed, [demonstrating[ that [the] numident [or] computer record is not enough.
10. Any and all articles and cases showing SSA employees falsifying SSA records and being prosecuted. I’ve seen a number of such articles and cases. Please, do it quickly before the regime scrubs those.

From my personal experience having dealt with the verification of [S]ocial [S]ecurity numbers being used by illegal aliens in violation of law, when there is a need for verification of the legitimacy of a Social Security number, certain information can be, and is routinely, obtained from the Social Security administration on questionable social security numbers that is permitted to be released under the Privacy Act. This information is of non identifying nature and includes, but is not limited to:
a. The exact date that the [S]ocial [S]ecurity number in question was issued;
b. The zip code to which the Social Security number card was mailed to;
c. The age of the applicant at the time they applied for the Social Security number in question.
d. The gender of the applicant who applied for the Social Security number in question.

8. While this information does not provide the identity of the account holder which is Privacy Act protected, it is beneficial in determining if a suspect social security number is being used fraudulently or being misused by someone other than the rightful account holder without violating the provisions of the Privacy Act. If the Social Security Administration should refuse to provide the requested information, a court order directing the release of the aforementioned non identifying information would be useful and beneficial in determining if a particular social security number was being misused in violation of Title 42 United States Code, Section 408(a)(7)(B), a felony cognizable under the laws of the United States.

Something tells me the continuous "Stall and Delay" tactics employed here are not only purposeful but are tactics against ORLY TAITZ. We should easily have been able to file CRIMINAL charges against OBAMA, then to pursue prison terms. Any ordinary citizens using the same technique would be charged with FRAUD and much more.

It is a FELONY to fraudulently use someone else's Social Security number. Furthermore, anyone with brain power would obviously recall that OBAMA [Sr. ?] clearly stated that he was in the United States to study. OBAMA [II] received FULL [???] scholarships on the basis of FRAUD, claiming he had been born in KENYA, AFRICA, not in the United States. [ED.: If that claim could be discovered and proved, it would not be fraud to get scholarships as a foreign student. But it would prove much of the rest of his life to be a fraud, including his purported Presidency.] The scholarships were approved on the basis of his impoverished background and statements on file which he made to that effect. [ED.: impoverished? Attending the Punahou School and partying with his Choom Gang, while living with his well-to-do Dunham grandparents in the general vicinity of Waikiki Beach? Woe is me! Such a wretched fate.]

Obama's Social Security number is yet another issue regarding several of the many Social Security numbers he has used, not to mention his sudden "NEW" Social Security number just recently issued by the SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION, only AFTER his use of several other Social Security numbers now being investigated were well covered up. The only question remains, why isn’t he being charged with a FELONY? Otherwise, all of us can start using his Social Security numbers on our applications for employment and retirement benefits and get away with it, without incurring FELONY charges.

This might seem a surprising thing for an American president to say. The fate of Soviet Communism taught many people to be wary of invoking History as if it were one's special friend or teammate. But Obama doubtless felt comfortable because he was quoting himself. Obama Apologists Can’t Hide It: Breathtaking Obama Scandals

Despite what some on the Left would have us believe, words mean something in the effort to describe reality:

Rachel Maddow and an army of Obama apologists are denying the V.A. situation is a scandal. They apparently think Vets dying at the hands of corrupt bureaucrats is only a problem awaiting a solution. They must therefore deny that Obama admitted the problem was serious six years ago, they must deny he promised to solve the problem, they must deny he failed completely, and they must deny V.A. officials have been morally and legally responsible for Veteran deaths due to lack of treatment.

Admitting you are denying real scandals is the first step toward recovery.

Ben Carson Defends “Birthers” - Alan Colmes Implies They Are Racist

Dr. Ben Carson does not fit the classic definition of a "birther" (whatever that definition might be). He does not seem to believe, or at least admit to believing, that Barack Obama was born anywhere other than Hawaii. He does, however, support the need for transparency and seems to hint that there may be an issue with Barack Obama's college applications.

Carson, like many others, seems to have a suspicion that Barack Obama may have claimed to be a foreign national or dual citizen when applying to college, in hopes of benefiting. In a recent interview, Alan Colmes attempted to bait Carson into saying that the birther movement was racially motivated. Here is an audio of that interview courtesy of Birther Report:

  Colmes: So what I'm saying is that the birther movement, questioning whether the president was even born here, saying he's really a Kenyan, he's really an African, and he's not even a Christian, he's really a Muslim, a white president never had to go through that.
  
  Carson: I don't think that it is racially motivated. I do think that people want to know, because, you know, be objective, you have somebody whose name is Barack Hussein Obama -

  Carson: – there is secrecy about some of his records, there's something that's been written in the past which I'm sure you're familiar with that says he was born somewhere else -
  
  Colmes: Do you believe that?
  
  Carson: I don't believe that's true, no, but what I'm saying is that there is reason that some people might be suspicious. I'm not one of them.
  
  The "something that's been written" that Carson refers to is likely the biography from his former book publisher where it was admitted that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, as exposed by Breitbart.com in 2012. After the dust cleared, this was dismissed as some sort of fact-checking error. That is highly unlikely. Either Obama was born in Kenya or wanted people to think he was at the time.
  
  
  However, for those who are unaware, this is not the only source that has ever claimed that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. Consider this article from 2004:

  Anyone who claims that there is not sufficient reason for suspicion has simply not been paying attention. There is plenty of evidence to justify a proper investigation, but it is doubtful that congress would ever sanction it.

  Remember… Oklahoma Republican congressman Markwayne Mullin basically admitted at a Town Hall meeting that Barack Obama was not eligible to be President. But he also said, "I don't even give a sh*t."

The marquee outside Tactical Firearms takes on two hot button political issues

KATY, TX -- Once a sign for advertisement, a Katy business uses its marquee as a sign of the times, echoing America's divided political views. And nothing makes a statement more than politics.Tactical firearms in Katy is known for igniting intense debate. Currently on the sign outside the business is a message that reads, 'I like my guns like Obama likes his voters. Undocumented.'

The store gained national attention last year when its owner discussed gun rights with rocker Ted Nugent and Texas politicians.

People who live near the store on Mason Road make it a point to check out its sign. It's known for its catchy phrases that appear every Wednesday.

"I think that so much is going on in the government that we need to speak up and say what we believe," said Katy resident Nancy Newbrough.

The phrases are apparently a team effort. Employees at the gun shop get together and come up with an eye-catching statement each week.

"Political statement, yes. Freedom of speech? Yeah," said Katy resident Jason Wilfon. "Some people might not like it, some will."

Tactical's owner, Jeremy Alcede, didn't want to talk on camera, but he released this statement to ABC-13: "Thank God for our 1st and 2nd Amendment rights. It's meant as a joke. It's meant to be funny."

Alcede is no stranger to the politics of gun control. Last year, he was on the now-defunct CNN program hosted by Piers Morgan, the vocal anti-gun zealot who’s since lost his show. The experience was not a happy one.

But Morgan’s show is history. Alcede's position hasn’t changed.
