    Marshmallow Sweet Potatoes

    Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes or yams
    1/2 cup sugar or splenda
    2 Tablespoons margarine or butter
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg
    Marshmallows (fruit flavored or plain)

    Instructions:
Peel and cut up sweet potatoes. Cover with water and cook until tender.

Drain. Mash sweet potatoes with potato masher or mixer. Add margarine, sugar, cinnamon and milk. Stir well. Add egg and blend well. (If you add the egg to the hot sweet potatoes, it will begin to cook before it is blended and you will have scrambled eggs in your mixture) Pour sweet potato mixture into oven proof dish. Cover with marshmallows. Place in 350 degree oven and cook until marshmallows are puffed and slightly browned.

    Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

♥♥♥SHARE to save to your timeline ♥♥♥

Beazell's Stuffed Jalapenos w/ Bacon by Craig Wilkins

    24 Jalapenos, stemmed and seeded.
    1 pound of Boudin
2 pounds of center cut bacon
1 cup of cheddar or jack cheese

Remove the casing from the boudin. Heat for 2-3 minutes in the microwave. (This allows working with boudin easier).

Stuff the jalapenos with the boudin, wrap with bacon and skewer with a toothpick.

If you don't have a pepper rack, you can use 3 toothpicks stuck in the bottom of the jalapeno to make a tripod of sorts so they will stand up on a cookie sheet.

Once upright on the cookie sheet, sprinkle with cheese and lightly dust with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning.

Place the cookie sheet in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Remove, allow to cool and they are ready to enjoy!

I am thinking of adding some cooked shrimp to this too! What y'all think????

    Beazell's Warm Crab Dip

1/2 lb. Lump Crab Meat, free of shells
    8 oz. package cream cheese
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 shredded parmesan
3 Tbsp. minced green onions (green & white)
    3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. hot sauce
    Beazell's Cajun Seasoning to taste

Combine all in a bowl (leave out a little parmesan cheese to place on top), place in baking dish and put remaining parmesan cheese on top, bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, then broil for about 3 minutes at 450 degrees. Great on toasted French bread or crackers!

    Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

These are the wings that are awesome just by themselves, but dip them in our Avocado Ranch Dip......your tongue will definitely do a happy dance!

Linda's Fried Hot Wings by Linda Gros

20 pieces chicken wings, thawed if frozen
1 bottle of La. hot sauce
    3 Tbsp. Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
    2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
    Vegetable Oil for deep frying

Mix the Louisiana Hot Sauce, Beazell's Cajun Seasoning and crushed red pepper in a bowl. Add chicken wings, making sure they are all coated, and soak for few hours or all day the refrigerator.

Season your buttermilk by sprinkling Beazell's Cajun Seasoning in a bowl and adding the buttermilk. Season your flour in a separate bowl using the same method. After wings have soaked, pass them in the buttermilk then through the flour. Fry the wings in deep hot oil at about 350 to 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes until they turn golden brown.

The sauce I made was with mayonnaise, ketchup and Beazell's Cajun Seasoning and they was so yummy there's not one left!!!
