    Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

About to hook y'all up with the wings Mrs. Linda makes and then this is the dip I like to use when eating them! YUM YUM!

    Avocado Ranch Dip

    1 avocado
    1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
    1/4 cup mayo
    1 1/2 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add the vinegar, mayo, buttermilk, sour cream, dill weed, garlic and Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Put in fridge for about 30 minutes to chill.

    Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

Southern Fried Corn on the Cob

6 ears corn, cut in half (fresh or frozen)
    1 cup milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1˝ cups all-purpose flour, sprinkled with Beazell's
    Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
    Vegetable oil, for frying

If using fresh corn, remove husks and silk. If using frozen corn, thaw in refrigerator and pat dry with paper towels.

Combine milk and egg in a shallow dish; mix well. Place flour in another shallow dish; season with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Dip each piece of corn into milk/egg mixture then roll in seasoned flour. Shake off any excess flour. In a deep fryer, heat oil to 360 – 365 F. Add a few pieces of corn at a time, and fry until golden brown (approx. 3 minutes on each side). Drain hot corn on paper towels before serving.
