Palm Beach Elections Overturned After Hand-Count Reveals Op-Scans Mistallied Results

    Exit polls are very important.

It is good that this issue is getting more attention. The machines must be eliminated so they can not flip-flop the vote anymore. That smug mittney knows the machines are rigged and thus his bloating out how he is going to win WI.

The PPP Polls Confirm: The Republicrats are Losers

An article from the Gary Johnson 2012 campaign makes the same point that we often make about Ron Paul. The key to the white house is through Paul's stone wall of support. Maybe the bigger point is that people just don't like mainstream Republicans and Democrats.

    GARY JOHNSON AT 7%

The general election hypothetical poll with Obama, Romney, and Johnson breaks down in this way:

    Obama: 46%
    Romney: 39%
    Johnson: 7%
    Undecided: 8%

Another bold, very encouraging article points out that only Paul can beat Obama. Yes, we know this already, but it's nice that PPP confirms it. (-:

What the New PPP 3-Way Race Poll Shows: Only A Ron Paul Led Republican Ticket Can Beat Obama

There is so much to pull from the polling data. Any experts want to make any other observations?

One of the best things to remember is that MSM shows hypothetical two-way races. There's no such thing as a two-way race.

    What do you think?

Rumors of Ron Paul Campaign Demise Greatly Exaggerated

Submitted by Tom Mullen on Sun, 04/01/2012 - 18:45
    Blog

TAMPA, March 31, 2012 – In their mad dash to create the long awaited general election narrative, media outlets have pronounced Ron Paul’s campaign dead.

They now speculate about what his supporters may do when he drops out. The Associated Press reports that Romney has over ten times the delegates that Ron Paul has secured.

Reuters reports that Paul is far behind in Wisconsin and that his supporters have finally conceded that he can’t win the nomination.

None of this is true. Romney has not secured 568 delegates. Hundreds of those delegates won’t be determined until Republican state conventions, many of which haven’t happened yet.

As I’ve reported before, there is very credible evidence that Ron Paul will emerge from those conventions with the majority of delegates in many states. Texas, New York and California haven’t even held their primaries yet. Those three states alone control over four hundred delegates.

In many states, there is no cause-effect relationship between the popular vote and the delegates awarded to each candidate. Delegates are awarded via a completely separate process that doesn’t utilize the popular vote totals in any way. The purpose of the popular vote is to inform the eventual delegates of the preferences of voters in their states.

That’s why many of those states allow Democrats and independents to vote. They want the eventual delegates to know who those voters prefer. That tells them who has the best
chance to win in the general election.

Nassim Taleb Fundraiser For Ron Paul On May 1st

Initially I was wondering why Nassim Taleb is holding a fundraiser on May 1st when Dr. Paul's campaign can probably use the money right now. However, maybe he's looking to help Dr. Paul win California. I just checked and the California primary is June 5th.

Ron Paul Nevada Team Continues Winning Streak In GOP County Conventions

Nye, Douglas victories provide convention momentum despite establishment shenanigans, and affirm delegate-attainment strategy

HENDERSON, Nevada – 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul swept all state delegates from Nye County and a strong majority of state delegates from Douglas County in these areas’ respective GOP county conventions held Saturday. Yesterday’s success story from Nye County is especially notable because the county party establishment leadership attempted to break the rules in order to win, and ironically this effort destroyed their ability to send any representation to the state convention.

Nye County Republican Party leadership attempted to fill empty precinct delegate slots with people who failed to be elected or even participate in the February 4th caucus precinct meetings. Ron Paul supporters, however, worked tirelessly to ensure that the Republican Party rules were upheld and that Nevada State statutes were complied with. The 12-term Congressman from Texas’ supporters refused to allow the convening of a convention with unelected delegates. This delay in starting the convention ultimately frustrated the less-dedicated establishment attendees who refused to play by the rules.

After a tiring circle of threats from the chair to shut down the convention unless attendees would turn a blind eye to the cheating, Paul supporters elected a chair determined to conduct the proceedings in a fair manner. When this blow was dealt to the current Nye County Republican Party leadership, they all departed – forfeiting any intention to represent or lead their county to the state convention. The end result in Nye County was a fair, compliant election of a slate of delegates and alternate delegates to the state convention, all backing Dr. Paul.

Farther west in Douglas County, Ron Paul supporters locked down more than half of the 108 state delegates and many alternate delegate positions. Fortunately, Douglas County citizens were able to make their voice heard loud and clear without having to circumvent the obstacle of an establishment determined to override the people.

Reflecting on the powerful impact the Paul conservative movement has in Nevada, Ron Paul 2012 Nevada State Chairman Carl Bunce said, “Supporters of Dr. Paul are reshaping Republican politics in Nevada. They have the stamina and determination to bring the party back to its limited government roots, county by county.”

Unrest over ND GOP national convention delegates

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Supporters of Republican presidential candidates Ron Paul and Rick Santorum protested the North Dakota GOP's process for choosing national convention delegates on Saturday, with a former state party chairman calling it a "railroad job."

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Supporters of Republican presidential candidates Ron Paul and Rick Santorum protested the North Dakota GOP's process for choosing national convention delegates on Saturday, with a former state party chairman calling it a "railroad job."
The two candidates' backers claimed a suggested slate of 25 national convention delegates was stacked with fans of Mitt Romney, who finished behind Paul and Santorum during North Dakota's March 6 presidential preference caucuses.
The group's names were printed on a ballot that was distributed to North Dakota Republican convention delegates Saturday. It included seven state legislators, first lady Betsy Dalrymple, Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem, U.S. Sen. John Hoeven, R-N.D., and U.S. Rep. Rick Berg, R-N.D.
During a convention floor session Saturday, Paul and Santorum backers lined up to nominate additional candidates for North Dakota's national Republican convention delegation.
However, their appeals for a second printed ballot to list the additional delegates in alphabetical order were rebuffed. There were slightly more than 100 names.
Instead, the North Dakota GOP chairman, Stan Stein, ordered the names displayed on two giant screens at the front of the convention hall. Some delegates complained the names were difficult to read, and the display changed periodically because there were too many names to list on the screens at once.
Stein's decision was backed by a show of hands from a majority of the state convention delegates, who numbered almost 1,700 on Saturday.
Gary Emineth, a Santorum backer and a former North Dakota Republican state party chairman, said the process was unfair. He believed so even though he was part of the group of 25 suggested delegates, Emineth said.
"This is a railroad job, and you've been making it about Ron Paul, and it's not," Emineth told Stein in a brief speech from the convention floor. "What's wrong with putting all (of the suggested delegates) ... on the ballot, and letting all of the delegates vote for their (national convention) delegate of choice? That is all we're asking."
Palmer Reising, of Williston, who described himself as a Ron Paul supporter, said the process was unfair to "the people who want to be delegates, who have never had a chance to be a delegate."
"I don't want to live in the Soviet Union, where we get things done quickly that are unfair," Reising continued, a remark that drew hoots, boos and some applause from delegates.
Late Saturday, Jim Poolman, the state GOP vice chairman, announced that the original slate of 25 North Dakota delegates to the Republican National Convention had been elected. The convention is being held in Tampa, Fla., in August.
The slate was put forward by a North Dakota GOP party committee, said Sandy Boehler, of Fargo, who is a North Dakota representative on the Republican National Committee.
Potential delegates were evaluated in part according to how much party work they have done and how much money they have contributed to GOP candidates, Boehler said. Statewide elected officials and legislators also have an advantage.
Ryan VanderWel, 24, of Williston, said the selection criteria put young party activists at a disadvantage.
"Is that fair to my generation, who does not have years and years and years in the Republican Party? I don't have lots of funds to give," VanderWel said in a speech from the convention floor. "This battle of ideas isn't going away any time soon, and we need to be a part of this."

Earlier today on Face the Nation, our resident Hero of Liberty declared his allegiance for the fight once again. He will never stop fighting for us and for our freedoms. We truly are blessed to have such a consistent leader for the movement. After all, his refusal to compromise is legendary.

I cannot WAIT to vote for him this tuesday in Maryland.

    Onwards!

[HUGE] Delegate Vote Anomaly In Alabama VERIFIED!

As pointed out by dsw in the Daily Paul's post below, a really strange gap is visible between Paul's popular vote in Alabama's primary and the vote count in favor of his delegates, as it all happens on the same day through the same ballot. If you are not familiar with the enigma addressed here, I can only encourage you to read the post linked below first.

[STATISTICIAN NEEDED!] Voting anomalies in Alabama ... nothing subtle about this one | Peace . Gold . Liberty | Ron Paul 2012

I think that it is worthwhile separating the discussion of this one in its own thread as the mathematical analysis and speculative interpretations are quite different from the other issues raised elsewhere.

As per Republican Party Rules, you could only vote for 1 candidate, and then only for the delegates of that candidates. For each of your candidate's delegate proposed, you had to choose between a Mr Jones or a Mr Smith to get the job. A rather complicated affair as illustrated by the typical ballot:
