President Obama Elected with Illegal Votes?

European leftists prefer American presidents who are critics of capitalism and fans of redistribution. The same is typically true of others foreigners, according to various surveys that show a Democrat candidate could win in presidential contests where foreigners had a voice at the ballot box. Polls like that are hypothetical, of course, because it is illegal for foreign nationals to vote in federal elections. But a new academic study shows foreign nationals have been in a position to help Democrats steal elections. In fact, the study demonstrates that is likely that President Obama won the presidency thanks to non-citizens illegally voting for him in 2008. On top of that stunning conclusion, the study also concludes that "non-citizen votes likely gave Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress."

If this study's results are accurate, the implications are startling: Obama is president as the result of election fraud. We have Obamacare because of election fraud. We have Dodd-Frank because of election fraud. We have Solyndra because of election fraud. Without the election fraud that put Obama in office, there'd be no lawless amnesty for illegal aliens, no Operation Fast and Furious, no Obama IRS assault on Americans.
Don't take my word for it, you can draw your own conclusion from the alarming assessment that comes from the Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES), which is operated by teams of researchers from across the country. Non-citizens are inclined to support Democrat candidates - and President Obama - pulled in more than 80 percent of the vote from non-citizens in 2008, according to CCES. There were enough ineligible voters to cast ballots in the 2008 election cycle to pull out Democratic victories in close elections nationwide.

The results of the CCES study show how serious this problem has become. The non-citizen vote was large enough to account for Democrat victories in a few close elections, according to a Washington Post article written by two of the political science professors who authored the study. It is possible that non-citizens were a significant factor in Obama's 2008 victory in North Carolina. How do they know? This conclusion is based upon extrapolations from the portion of the sample with a verified vote that show 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010. They may not sound like big numbers, but they are big enough to make a difference in tight, competitive races.

And there is little doubt that these votes helped put Obama into the presidency. The study notes "it is likely though by no means certain that John McCain would have won North Carolina were it not for the votes for Obama cast by non-citizens." North Carolina's Electoral College votes were the difference between Obama's winning and losing the presidency.

Judicial Watch has long maintained, and this study confirms, left-wing opposition to voter ID laws makes perverse sense. The Democratic candidates mostly favored by the left are the biggest beneficiaries of voter fraud. In this coming Tuesday's mid-term elections, American citizens may have another election stolen from them - again - in North Carolina. In North Carolina officials have found at least 145 illegal aliens who are still in the country as a result of Obama's lawless amnesty and are registered to vote. North Carolina has one of the closest U.S. Senate races in the entire country, John Fund, a columnist for National Review explains. The non-citizen vote in North Carolina alone could help determine which party controls the U.S. Senate.

This is not a partisan issue, one can imagine many a Republican, desperate to obtain or retain federal office, happy to look the other way if illegal votes from non-citizens can help win an election.

This is a major story and confirms JW's working theory that foreign nationals illegally vote in federal elections in large numbers and have assisted Democrats, including this president, to steal elections.

This is why the Left, led by this Obama administration, does not want voter ID, loves same-day registration, by-mail voting, etc. and craves amnesty (by hook or by Obama crook) and open borders. It is not about the Hispanic vote - it is about the illegal alien vote (and the legal alien vote), it is about stealing elections.

Fellow American, you simply cannot take for granted that your vote counts. This new study confirms that there is a real chance your vote can be cancelled out by an illegal vote cast by legal or illegal aliens.

Judicial Watch does not take our basic freedoms for granted, and we are acting to protect the lawful votes of United States citizens. Judicial Watch has been working hard for a long time to protect our nation's elections from fraud. Through our Election Integrity Project, Judicial Watch has taken the lead in fighting voter fraud and protecting the integrity of the ballot box nationwide. Judicial Watch's examination of data published in 2013 capturing 2012 voter rolls and population data showed that at least 11 states plus D.C. had substantially out-of-date voter rolls, with multiple counties where the number of registered voters exceeded the total voting age population. According to Pew Charitable Trusts Report published in 2012, "24 million - one of every eight - active voter registrations in the United States are no longer valid or are significantly inaccurate."
The problem is big, but we are winning. In 2014, we successfully resolved lawsuits in Ohio and Indiana related to cleaning voter rolls in order to comply with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA). Judicial Watch has threatened NVRA lawsuits in Colorado, Iowa, and the District of Columbia. Judicial Watch has ongoing NVRA investigations in Alabama, California, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, and West Virginia. Voters in all these states should be aware their voting rolls are dirty and susceptible to fraud.

Judicial Watch is also defending voter ID and other election integrity laws in the courts through amicus briefs or other participation in cases in North Carolina, Arkansas, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Kansas, and Arizona.
We've been particularly effective in North Carolina, calling out the Obama administration on its canard that election integrity suppresses the minority votes and highlighting how the hypocritical race hustlers in the Justice Department are actually belittling black American voters with your tax dollars.

Non-citizen voting is swaying our elections. Voter ID, as the Old Dominion University study concludes, can minimize but won't eliminate this lawlessness. Proof of citizenship requirements, clean lists, diligence by election officials and other election integrity reforms are also part of the reform solution.

That is why, when the Obama Justice Department opposes voter ID and other basic election integrity measures in North Carolina, we are there to fight in court. And when it opposes proof of citizenship requirements, we are there. And when the compromised Obama gang wants to "fix" elections by actively opposing in court Judicial Watch's successful effort to remove non-citizens from the rolls in Florida, we are there.

You can see "election integrity" is no academic debate. It is a day-to-day battle waged by our committed team at Judicial Watch. Our right to govern ourselves is under assault by an administration and a leftist movement that gains and keeps political power by negating your vote. Please support our cause as if the future of the country depended on it...because it does.

First case of voter fraud confirmed in Rio Arriba Co.

    Created: 11/01/2014 9:35 PM
    By: Kristen Garcia, KOB.com

The first case of voter fraud in New Mexico this election has been confirmed by the Rio Arriba County Clerk's Office.

According to the Rio Arriba County Clerk's office, a voter trying to cast an early ballot in Espanola Saturday was told he had already voted three days prior.

The man told poll workers he hadn't voted. He was then shown the signature of the voter, but he says it wasn't his signature.

Officials say they were able to confirm that the signature on the original ballot did not match the legal voter's signature on file.

Poll workers allowed the man to vote on a provisional ballot, but election officials will have to determine whether the provisional ballot can be counted. Elections officials have no legal means of actually verifying signatures or confirming identification of a voter.

"The poll workers and the Rio Arriba County Clerk’s office did a good job in responding to the situation, following all the procedures available to them," said Bobbi Shearer of the Secretary of State’s office Saturday, "I have nothing, but praise for their efforts to try to ensure integrity in the election. It is just that under current law there are no means available to poll workers to help them determine if a voter is actually the person he says he is."

Shearer said the fraudulent voter's vote has already gone through a tabulator and cannot be identified or separated from all the legitimate ballots in the machine.

Rio Arriba County also fell under scrutiny just two years ago when campaign workers were caught offering alchol to voters.

If voters have any concerns or wish to report an irregularity of any kind, they are encouraged to call the Secretary of State’s office: 1-800-477-3632.

Republican Voter Fraud Found as Scott Walker Supporter Charged With 13 Felonies In Wisconsin

    By: Jason Easley

It turns out that voter fraud is real. A Republican Scott Walker supporter in Wisconsin has been charged with 13 felony counts related to voter fraud.

    According to WisPolitics.com:

Robert Monroe, a 50-year-old Shorewood health insurance executive, was charged Friday with 13 felonies related to his voting a dozen times in five elections between 2011 and 2012 using his own name as well as that of his son and his girlfriend’s son.

According to those records, Monroe was considered by investigators to be the most prolific multiple voter in memory. He was a supporter of Gov. Scott Walker and state Sen. Alberta Darling, both Republicans, and allegedly cast five ballots in the June 2012 election in which Walker survived a recall challenge.

According to the John Doe records, Monroe claimed to have a form of temporary amnesia and did not recall the election day events when confronted by investigators.

Hallelujah!!!! Republicans have found their voter fraud. Unfortunately for them, they are the ones committing it. The Monroe case is even worse, because he voted multiple times in the April 2011 Wisconsin Supreme Court race that required a recount. This isn’t the first episode of Republican voter fraud in the state. In 2011, a Republican legislative aide was investigated for voting multiple times.

The greatest irony of all is that the Monroe case exposes why voter ID laws don’t do what Republicans claim they do. Since Republicans benefit most from absentee voting, they have refused to address the glaring potential for fraud by absentee ballot. The Republican in Wisconsin was able to commit multiple acts of state and federal voter fraud by using absentee ballots for state elections, and driving across state lines for federal elections.

Republican voter ID laws address none of these issues, and instead focus on suppressing the vote by requiring voters who are more likely to vote for Democrats to show identification. A person is least likely to have identification if they are living in the city, and don’t drive. Voter ID laws are being used to suppress the votes of women by making strict rules about acceptable names on the identification.

It turns out that voter fraud is real, and Republicans are guilty of doing it.

GOP Seeks to Take Back Congress

    Print article Send a Tip

by Breitbart News 4 Nov 2014, 8:38 AM PDT 487 post a comment
Republicans need to win a net of six Senate seats to take back Congress. Stay with Breitbart News throughout the day and evening for live updates from across the country.

If Thom Tillis and Scott Brown win their races in North Carolina and New Hampshire, respectively, it'll be game over early in the night. Republicans can also wrap things up if their candidates win in Iowa and outright in Georgia and Louisiana. But if Tillis, Brown, and Sen. Pat Roberts (R-KS) lose, Republicans may have to wait well into early morning hours until the final votes trickle in from Alaska, the last frontier state. Republicans may even have to wait a month or two until potential runoffs in Louisiana and Georgia are completed to officially take back the Senate.
The battle for the future of the GOP and the 2016 jockeying will begin in earnest tomorrow as well.
Stay with Breitbart News for updates on the congressional races and important gubernatorial and state-level contests (newer updates at top). Clyburn said Grimes's polling numbers plummeted "after she botched that question" and accused Grimes of not knowing how to properly "finesse" the issue.
TEXAS: Are Some Voting Machines Omitting Greg Abbott's Name on Ballots?
Abbott asked voters to report any "ballot irregularities" to state officials. Abbott is on his way to defeating Wendy Davis, the pro-late-term abortion one-trick pony whom the mainstream media and out-of-state liberals desperately and breathlessly tried to build up, essentially attempting to force-feed Texans something they refused to eat. Davis has gotten more nasty and spiteful as her poll numbers plummeted, even after she was resoundingly mocked and condemned for her "wheelchair" ad attacking the disabled Abbott.
VIRGINIA: Voting Machines Malfunction & Democrats Getting 'Nervous'
The Republican Party of Virginia informed the Virginia Department of Elections that, “Voters have difficulty selecting the candidate of their choice using the touch screen because the screen’s touch sensor is not properly aligned with the text that appears on the screen."
Meanwhile, Democrats are reportedly getting "nervous" about Sen. Mark Warner's (D-VA) race against Ed Gillespie.
Election Officials Worried 'Absolutely Nothing Stopping' Non-Citizens from Voting:
Old Dominion professors determined that non-citizens may have tipped elections for Democrats like Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) in the past. And elections officials told Fox News that there is nothing stopping non-citizens from casting illegal ballots.
"In terms of a check and balance that would prevent an individual who is a non U.S. citizen from registering to vote, that doesn't exist. There's absolutely nothing stopping them," Neal Kelley, the Orange County registrar of voters and chairman of the California Association of Election Officials, told Fox News:

The problem, officials say, dates back to the 1993 federal Motor Voter Act, which requires states to offer residents the ability to register to vote when they obtain a driver's license or ID card. In some states, the driver's license and voter registration application are on the same form, and the applicant simply signs. In small print, the form says applicants acknowledge they are U.S. citizens. In other states, voter registration is a separate form and applicants check a box. In either case, once signed, the forms are automatically sent to the county or state registrar of voters, and the name is added to voter rolls.... There are two ways to eliminate or slow the problem. While only U.S. citizens can vote, only four states require proof before registering: Kansas, Arizona, Georgia and Alabama.... States can also compare voter rolls to a federal immigration database known as SAVE, or the Systemic Alien Verification System for Entitlements. Four states tried, but the ACLU and others sued, stopping Virginia, Iowa and Florida from purging voter rolls of non-citizens.
Non-citizen voters have already been found on the rolls in battleground states like North Carolina. And the problem may get worse if the Obama administration grants more immigrant identification cards and work permits to millions of illegal immigrants after Obama's forthcoming executive amnesty.
KANSAS: Joe Biden Blows 'Indepedent' Greg Orman's Cover: "We have a chance of picking up an independent who will be with us in the state of Kansas."
The "independent" who has been playing up his "independence" to a fawning media may be a stealth Democrat after all. White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest, though, insisted the White House has no idea whether Orman will caucus with Republicans or Democrats if he wins.
Sen. Pat Roberts (R-KS), a staunch opponent of amnesty and fervently for life, is trying retain the seat for Republicans.
UPDATE: The Roberts campaign is reportedly planning to use Biden's remarks in robocalls to Kansas voters this afternoon.
White House Spins: Midterms Not Referendum on Obama
A day after spinning that it would not be "wise" to draw conclusions from the midterm elections, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest declared on Tuesday that the midterms have nothing to do with President Obama, who has not campaigned for congressional candidates because he is such a liability. Earnest said voters are voting for names on the ballot and "not the name that's not."
A Gallup analysis, though, found that Obama's approval rating was lower than his national average in five of the six most important battleground states. Earnest did say that Obama, who declared that his policies were on the ballot, has "aggressively made the case for Democrats" and taped a number of robocalls for Democrats that will be airing today. Obama has been so toxic that Alison Lundergan Grimes, the Democrat running for Kentucky's Senate seat, refused to say whether she voted for Obama.
Earnest was responding to a question about whether Obama could effectively use his bully pulpit after the elections if Democrats are resoundingly defeated and Republicans take back Congress.
Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC): Black Voters May Not Vote for Democrats Who Run Away from Obama
Black Democrats love President Barack Obama. Reagan Democrats and independents have soured on him. That's the dilemma many Democrats in red states must face. On Tuesday, Rep. James Clyburn said Kentucky Senate candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes may have turned off black Democrats by refusing to say whether she voted for Obama. Clyburn said her poll numbers plummeted "after she botched that question" and Grimes did not know how to "finesse" the issue.
Rand Paul: Let D.C. Voters Legalize Marijuana if They Want (via Roll Call)
As District of Columbia voters are seemingly poised to approve a ballot item to allow cultivation and possession of small quantities of marijuana for personal use, the Republican in charge of a subpanel with D.C. oversight says home rule should prevail.
“I think there should be a certain amount of discretion for both states and territories and the District, you know,” Sen. Rand Paul said outside his polling place at an elementary school here. “I think really that when we set up our country, we intended that most crime or not crime, things that we determined to be crime or not crimes, was really intended to be determined by localities.”
COLORADO: "Senator Uterus" Heckled by Own Millionaire Donor; Voter Website Crashes in Arapahoe County
Sen. Mark Udall's (D-CO) obsession with the phony "war on women" has backfired big time on him. And even his own donors called him out after a campaign stop. Rep. Cory Gardner (R-CO) has a substantial lead heading into election day. He and Ernst may have been lauded for running good campaigns this election cycle.
    From the Guardian:
An angry voice from the crowd jeered: “That’s not the only thing you stand for! Jesus Christ!”
Udall turned to a short, dark man on his left. The senator look genuinely stunned. “I’m sorry?”
“That’s not the only thing you stand for!” The heckler was Leo Beserra, a 73-year-old who made millions on Wall Street and, since the early 1990s, has shared a generous slice of that wealth with Colorado Democrats.
Beserra’s grievance – that the senator’s narrow focus on abortion has backfired – is shared by others in the party, but rarely voiced in public and never in the middle of the candidate’s campaign speech.
In Arapahoe County, which may be the nation's bellwether country, the election website crashed on Tuesday morning.
    According to ABC:
The Arapahoe County voter information website crashed on election day morning.
Visitors trying to access ArapahoeVotes.com on Tuesday morning got a message that said the website was "Forbidden You don't have permission to access/on this server" or they got a blank page.
    NEW HAMPSHIRE:
Republican Scott Brown closed a double-digit deficit against Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) in a purple state by hammering the illegal immigration issue. On Monday, a bombshell report found that Shaheen was complicit in the IRS's targeting of conservatives. The race is a dead heat, and some clever campaign signs are reinforcing the message that a vote for Shaheen is a vote for the unpopular President Obama. Breitbart's Matt Boyle has been on the ground in the Granite State.

IOWA: Joni Ernst accepts Tom Harkin's Apology, Tells Hecklers, 'I've Seen Worse, Usually in Iowa
Republican Joni Ernst, who is trying to become the first woman in Iowa to be elected to federal office, accepted Sen. Tom Harkin's (D-IA) patronizing remarks about her looks, saying on Fox News on Monday that, "it is regrettable that he said those things in the first place, but you know what, just like Taylor Swift says, we’re going to shake this off. We’re going to drive on and share my message with Iowans."
Ernst also had the perfect response to hecklers who crashed a campaign event at an Iowa State fraternity: 'I've seen worse, usually in Iraq': The Iowa State Daily has the details:
As Joni Ernst began to speak at Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity at Iowa State Nov. 3, protesters scattered across the room stood up and began to yell, "People in, money out."
Ernst came to the fraternity Nov. 3. as part of her 24-hour tour across Iowa before Election Day. As a mix of students and Story County residents began to shout over Ernst, attendees of the rally ushered them out the door, clapping and chanting, "Joni."
“I’ve seen worse before, usually in Iraq,” Ernst laughed as she continued her speech.
Protesters stood on the public sidewalk outside the fraternity for the remainder of Ernst's speech.
Ernst has the advantage heading into election day:
    PPP: Ernst 49, Braley 46
Des Moines Register: Ernst 51, Braley 44
    Quinnipiac: Ernst 47, Braley 47

After Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) refused to endorse Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) for Majority Leader, Sen. Rand Paul, who defeated McConnell's handpicked candidate in 2010, expressed his support for his fellow Kentucky Senator on Monday. Paul and Cruz are potential 2016 rivals and McConnell survived a primary challenge because he secured Paul's endorsement, perhaps in exchange for some institutional help if Paul runs for president.
"I don't have any comment on that," Paul said when asked about Cruz's remarks, "but I'm going to support McConnell for Leader."
Voters Report Slew of Problems at Polling Places
It wouldn't be election day without problems at polling places. In Connecticut, voting machines were broken and registration books missing. In D.C., thieves stole digital voter books. In New Mexico, dead people received absentee ballots. No word yet on how often people in Cook County have voted.

Matt Drudge, expecting a shellacking, declared Tuesday "is be kind to a liberal day."

Ted Cruz Won't Commit to Supporting Mitch McConnell for Majority Leader; Rand Paul Pledges Support

When Democrats Lose Elections the Media Push to Annihilate the Constitution

Although I have no idea what will happen tonight, based on the insane, anti-Constitutional, and un-American proposals being floated by the New York Times, Vox.com, and CNN, I do know what the media believe will happen: a historic shellacking is in store for Democrats and President Obama.

How else to explain why the New York Times wants to forever cancel the midterm election. You read that right, cancel them. Outright. According to the Times, midterm elections no longer make sense. The problem is that the midterm electorate "has been whiter, wealthier, older and more educated than during presidential elections."
Mind you, no one is stopping the non-white, non-old, or non-educated (i.e., Democrats) from voting in midterms. There is no law against Democrats voting (except for that pesky citizenship stuff). The only problem, according to our media overlords, is that voting every two years is something conservative-leaning voters are more willing to do than Democrats.
The answer to this hideous crisis, obviously, is to rewrite the Constitution so that voting is more convenient for Democrats -- meaning you only have to make that arduous journey to the polling place once every 4 years instead of 2. The way to do this is easy: Congressional terms become 4 years instead of 2, and Senate terms move from 6 to 4 or 8.
    And…
    Voila! Democracy is fixed.
Other than taking away the vitally important power We The People currently enjoy to make a national course correction every 2 years, the Times also believes that eliminating the midterm election will strengthen the power of the presidency -- as though more power in the hands of one person is a virtue.
Finally, the Times believes that national elections taking place only every 4 years will weaken a "grotesque campaign finance system." As the media repeatedly makes clear, they hate, loathe, and despise unlimited outside corporate money affecting American politics -- unless of course the unlimited outside money is being spent by a media corporation to affect American politics.
In summation: the gatekeepers believe that only gatekeepers should gatekeep.
Vox.com not only loves the idea of eliminating the midterm, Ezra Klein's yellow-ey Web site sees an added advantage of less congressional gridlock. To understand this thinking you first have to wrap your mind around the fact that the media actually see gridlock as a bad thing. There will never be enough laws, regulations, and controls on the books to satisfy this crowd.
Without irony, Vox attempts to sell this idea based on the argument that midterm elections were recently eliminated by the French … the French.
The people behind Vox.com and the New York Times are not dumb. They understand perfectly that the framers of our Constitution knew what they were doing, which was putting in place a system to actively encourage gridlock and to discourage exactly what it is the elite media want: less democracy and more power in the hands of a central government, the president, and America's elite (like the media).
This 4 year proposal would also greatly diminish the power of the states. Elections would be driven more by national concerns than local ones. Sorry Democrats, but it is vitally important to the health of our democracy that local politics have a profound effect on national policy.
Elections only every 4 years, believe it or not , is not the worst idea floated by the media this week.
CNN is so worried about tonight's outcome that the left-wing network is championing outright fascism: Every American should be forced to vote.
"Let's imagine a future in which Americans must vote, or face a penalty," CNN writes, as though that's not terrifying.
The left and media (please excuse the repetition) believe that higher turnout benefits Democrats. I'm not convinced of that, but they are so that's why the left wants us all forced by a coercive government to vote. Also, leftists pretty much love any law that gives a central government the power to tell the rest of us what to do.
Yes, boys and girls, we now live in a country where one of our two major political parties and almost all of our media want to criminalize you not doing something -- not voting, not buying health care.
Finally, Vox.com and the Los Angeles Times are floating the idea of dropping the legal voting age to 16. Naturally, this is due to the fact that young people are more likely to vote Democrat because young people are more likely to be ignorant and narcissistic.
Originally, the voting age in America was 21. Keep in mind, though, that when the Constitution was drafted more than 225 years ago, 21 years of age meant a full-fledged mature grown up. You were more than likely married, had children of your own, and were making your own way in life. Today, more often than not, 21 means you’re still a child, still living at home or in school.
Either way, a massive majority of 21 year-olds today have absolutely no concept of the real world. In short, too many are lazy, self-involved morons easily swayed by Soviet-style HOPE posters and the promise of Big Daddy Government ensuring they will never have to step away from the video game controller.
Stupidly, in 1971, America agreed to drop the voting age from 21 to 18. To drop it further would certainly help Democrats, and by logical extension hurt our country. It would also violate the spirit of a Constitution that wisely understood that a democracy influenced by children cannot survive. Vox, the L.A. Times, and the left in general don't care about the spirit of our Constitution. It's the spirit of Scotland that has them excited.
These proposals from our media elite come from a place of frustration; a place that makes them believe that they would not be losing a major election tonight if things were structured in the "correct" fashion. Then there's the left's natural and unceasing desire for government order and control. Everybody in America being forced to vote every four years is "neat and clean."
The media love neat and clean because the beautiful messiness of freedom and democracy will always make those who want to control others uncomfortable.
