Trump drops DACA Deal faced with primary threat and caravan of illegals

An American activist Political Action Committee is willing to take U.S. civilians to the southern border to physically intercept and block the rapidly growing caravan of illegal aliens marching towards the U.S. to take advantage of Trump's DACA Amnesty policies if the President does not both end his policy of Catch and Release and send the U.S. military to the border immediately.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) was encouraged to see President Trump finally drop his efforts to cut a "deal on DACA" Amnesty for illegal aliens in his Twitter announcement a few days after ALIPAC's suggestion that prominent American author and political pundit Ann Coulter challenge Trump in the 2020 GOP primary received national press attention from the Daily Caller, NH Journal, and The Huffington Post.

ALIPAC was also encouraged to see Trump admit his continuation of and advocacy for DACA Amnesty is responsible for the new surge on America's southern border and the massive caravan coming to pierce America's defenses, yet ALIPAC takes issue with many of Trump's other statements.

"This caravan of illegals is coming to show the world that President Trump, his hollow rhetoric, and America's existing borders and laws are meaningless because the USA has been sabotaged from within by deep state operatives serving powers not enumerated in our Constitution," explained William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "We call on Trump to end all efforts to pass legislative Amnesty, stop misinforming Americans that his catch and release policies are laws made by Democrats, instruct the Border Patrol to end the catch and release of illegals immediately, and order the U.S. military to secure the border swiftly. If Trump does not defend America from this illegal alien caravan's rape of our nation, we will call on American citizens to utilize all of our freedoms in the Bill of Rights to quickly organize and uphold Article 4 of the Constitution. We will call this effort 'Operation American Shield.' Either Trump uses the military to repel this invading caravan or we will call on U.S. citizens to do it."

Article 4 of the US Constitution requires all states to be protected from invasion. The U.S. Government has been in violation of Article 4 for many years as millions of illegal aliens, who are foreign nationals beholden to foreign governments, have invaded American soil, killing thousands of U.S. citizens each year. Citizen freedoms of speech, gun ownership, and assembly are enshrined in the Bill of Rights to empower U.S. citizens to protect themselves and the entire nation if the government fails to do so or becomes tyrannical.

ALIPAC's "Operation American Shield" will call on U.S. citizens with no criminal record and no affiliations with racially discriminatory organizations to quickly organize to defend America's borders from this caravan to prevent the U.S. government from using taxpayer money to transport these illegals into America while providing them with taxpayer-funded healthcare, education, cell phones, housing, and other public assistance.

Other points ALIPAC is circulating to the organization's extensive network of activists, who played a key role in stopping Amnesty legislation in many states and in Washington seven times since 2004, are:

-- Catch and release is not a "law passed by Democrats" as Trump tweeted. It is an Executive Branch policy practiced by Bush, Obama, and now Trump. Trump could end catch and release with a call to the head of the U.S. Border Patrol instructing all illegals to be returned to the Mexican side of the border.

-- The U.S. Senate should not exercise the "nuclear option" by removing the 60 vote filibuster rule because the filibuster rule saved America from Trump's Amnesty legislation in 2018, from Obama's and Durbin's Dream Act Amnesty in 2010, and from Bush's Guest Worker Amnesty bills in 2006 and 2007. Trump needs no new laws, nor Democrats, nor members of Congress in order to do his job and enforce America's existing border and immigration laws.

-- Illegal aliens from everywhere on Earth are flooding into America because they know President Trump is not keeping his campaign promises to secure our borders and enforce our existing immigration laws (including large-scale deportations) for many years with no talk of Amnesty. Trump's focus on Amnesty legislation and DACA is causing the new surge and massive caravan.

-- If President Trump does not immediately end his catch and release policies and deploy the U.S. military to prevent the illegal alien caravan from entering the USA, then ALIPAC will call on U.S. citizens to converge on the border to physically obstruct their entry through an activism effort dubbed "American Shield."
