Trump Should Not Reopen Obama's Illegal DACA Amnesty

DOJ Plan to Reopen DACA will Undermine Borders & Deportations

Democrats and Globalists have made it clear they plan to forcibly and permanently transfigure America by giving Amnesty to Obama's DACA illegals first and then use that penetration of America's legal and constitutional armor to give Amnesty and voting rights to the remaining tens of millions more illegals who will then dominate US elections forevermore. This "Dream Act" (DACA) Amnesty plot was devised after the American public and Congress soundly and repeatedly defeated Amnesty legislation in DC due to super-majority opposition by US citizens.

This past week, the Trump administration signaled in DOJ documents that they are willing to resume giving Amnesty to DACA-compliant illegals, even though several courts have ruled DACA is illegal, Obama said he lacked the authority to create it in the first place, and Trump promised (but failed) to end DACA on his first day in office. Trump's first administration ham-fistedly canceled DACA, which the Supreme Court ruled in 2021, 5-4, was mishandled, but did not rule whether DACA was illegal (as they should have). The illegal invasion supporting DACA Amnesty is supported and protected by traitors in the highest levels of the US Government.

Recent news reports claim that Trump's DOJ has submitted court documents claiming they may reopen Obama's DACA Amnesty to more illegal aliens, which would heavily undermine national efforts to prevent illegal border crossings and deport criminal illegal aliens.

ALIPAC is calling on President Donald Trump to identify the DOJ lawyers serving globalist plans to continue DACA Amnesty for illegal immigrants and terminate their employment immediately!

"Each day that Obama's unconstitutional and blatantly illegal DACA Amnesty for illegal aliens has remained in place since 2012 is another day that the United States operates under a form of tyranny," said William Gheen, DACA opponent and founder of ALIPAC.us. The Trump administration should put an end to this illegal DACA monstrosity today!"


While DACA Amnesty continues to protect half a million illegals unlawfully, it has been closed to new applicants since a court ruling by Judge Hannen in 2021, who found the program to be illegal.

The Trump administration will be sending conflicting and damaging signals to both the Trump voter base and illegals by reopening DACA to protect newer illegals.

Perhaps the ultimate bait and switch is in store for Americans, where voters thought they were getting mass deportations of all illegals, only to be told soon that another attempted deal with Democrats is in play to allow millions of illegals to magically become legal and stay in America under some form of Amnesty that politicians decry is not an Amnesty?

ALIPAC's prior successful efforts to stop Amnesty legislation in DC eight times made Donald Trump's Presidential wins possible by preventing tens of millions of illegal aliens from joining the Democrat voter ranks, because if the Bush era and Gang of Eight Amnesty bills had passed, illegal aliens would have made it numerically impossible for any Republican to win the White House from 2014 forward.

ALIPAC is calling on concerned American citizens, conservative podcasters, members of the media, talk radio show hosts, congressional candidates, and members of Congress to demand that DACA Amnesty currently protecting half a million illegal aliens from deportation be ended and closed forever and superseded by the existing immigration laws of America that we voted for and passed in Congress which means no jobs for illegals, no government benefits for illegals, no voting rights for illegals, and deportation of illegals when they are detected by law enforcement committing other crimes.
