There will be a Senate Committee hearing on Operation Streamline or "mass migrant prosecutions" TOMORROW On July 29, in Sen. Ron Johnson's Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. The usual groups are protesting these efficient, speedy methods of identifying a criminal element. This is separate from normal border control, nonetheless groups like Human Rights Watch find it a problem. http://www.hrw.org/news/2015/07/28/u...t-prosecutions
According to them:
"(Washington, DC) – A proposed United States Senate resolution to support the criminal prosecution of migrants in mass, rapid-fire hearings would perpetuate unfair processes, at great human and financial cost, Human Rights Watch said today.
Senate resolution 104, scheduled to be considered in the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on July 29, 2015, states that the program, called Operation Streamline, has been a success and that refusing to prosecute “first-time illegal border crossers” would undermine that success."
Why? Let's show that we support this as a way of saving taxpayers dollars by quickly identifying certain persons and sending them back before they become a bigger concern to us. You can leave a message for Sen. Johnson's Committee via their webpage:
http://www.hsgac.senate.gov/contact
or his webpage, as Senator

Just say that you support Operation Streamline and support Senate Resolution 104 and want to see the program continue protecting Americans in an efficient way."Men of low degree are vanity, Men of high degree are a lie. " David

Santorum has the best score in immigration on NumbersUSA (A). He has never been for amnesty.

Yes, and I really like Santorum. Unfortunately he is getting zero traction. Right now Walker is the way I'm leaning. I am extremely disappointed in how fast Trump folded under pressure from pro-illegal immigrant advocates. Of course it's very possible Trump has always been an amnesty supporter and it was just a matter of time before his real feelings were made public. Honestly, what have we really heard from Trump that we can sink our teeth into? All I'm hearing is a bunch of hot air and no real solutions. For example, he's going to build this huge fence and make Mexico pay for it. Exactly how is he going to get Congress to side with him on such an endeavor, and more importantly, how is he going to get Mexico to pay for it? Heck, Bush signed the Secure Fence Act of 2006 ....... we see how well that worked out.

Better to die on your feet, then to live on your knees-Emiliano Zapata
I must admit that I am disappointed that Mr. Trump has flipped flopped, maybe it was only a matter of time, or maybe his campaign advisers told him that if he wanted the Mexican vote he would have to 'eat crow' and pander to the Mexican/hispanic community. I was hoping that he would NOT be gutless, but ales, he is either kowtowing to Latino political pressure, or he outright lied.. A true disappointment and a huge mistake on his part. I am all for Securing our Border and halting immigration (putting a moratorium)!

But you notice she still says "Go Trump! Go!" at the end of the interview! So despite Trump's weaking on immigration she STILL supports him. It's shocking because wants ALL immigration stopped for 10 years and wants to deport ALL illegal immigrants but she still supports Trump! I wonder why?? At least she should be speaking up for him to get tougher on immigration. I'm sure she could easily talk to Trump if she wanted to which is something we couldn't do except maybe William.

I'm not so sure saying, "Go Trump! Go!" necessarily mean she supports or trust him. It could mean she just wants him to continue keeping the issue of border security and illegal immigration in the media spotlight .... just a thought. What say you, could that be a possibility?

Well, now we know it was all just another "Border Security First!" charade which in political practice means "Mass [and unquestioning] AMNESTY Now, Security NEVER!" Was Trump just caught by the media being stupid, or was it all a ploy to provide COVER for GOP candidates shilling for the Cheap Labor Lobby?

When I read the news about Alipac and NumbersUSA and Donald Trump, my heart sank a bit. We have seen a renewed and constant focus recently in the media and elsewhere on the devastating results of illegal immigration. We have seen and heard from families of victims, some using words of "hope" and "thank you" for the fact that Donald Trump brought a big, bright light to the issue of illegal immigration and those hurt and killed by illegal aliens. We have seen other candidates, who have been strong on illegal immigration get more noticed, too.
I think of Mr. Trump as somewhat of a "bucking bronco" or a "bull in a china shop" as he garners attention from the public and media and politicians. I would like to see illegal immigration stay as the top message as he stays in the forefront. I would like to see the bronco tamed on the message of illegal immigration by informed messengers.
I would like to see the tens of thousands of supporters of Alipac and NumbersUSA and other groups and the tens of millions of American citizens who use social media storm his twitter and facebook pages and email sources if available with a singular message of enforce the laws, no amnesty or look-a-like amnesty, fine and jail employers and strip any benefits to illegal aliens. Remind Mr. Trump of what wishy washy attitudes toward illegal immigration and amnesty will result in, a failed campaign.
This is not about determining who is "good" or "bad." This is about enforcing the law and securing the border. The illegal aliens will have to figure out what to do just as they originally plotted to violate our borders, steal identities and jobs, and help to destroy lives and alter our communities.
To "Make America Great Again" we must deal with illegal immigration and secure our borders. The foreign trouble makers must stop dictating to us and the citizens need to be in control.Last edited by GeorgiaPeach; 07-29-2015 at 01:28 PM.

There is good news! Yesterday Trump was interviewed on CNN by Dana Bash and he said ALL illegals must be returned to their native countries! He then said then they can reapply to come back but he clearly got tougher than just the day before when he said some can stay. Now he says ALL must go! He didn't even commit to letting the DACA kids stay and they have gotten more sympathy than any other group!
He's not as tough as William or the rest of us BUT Trump is heading in the right direction and INFINITELY better than any Democratic candidate and even most other GOP candidates!

I predict Trump will be annihilated in the debates, things are going to change quickly.
