Two suspects accused of killing a Texas teen while she was on vacation in Milwaukie, Ore. were arraigned on charges of murder, rape and sex abuse Tuesday, authorities said.

A Clackamas County grand jury added the attempted rape and sex abuse charges against Alejandro Rivera Gamboa and his cousin, 23-year-old Gilberto Javier Rivera Gamboa.

If convicted, both men could face the death penalty.

The Gamboas admitted they came to the United States illegally.

Made the subject line - A Blackout of News - Why would you do this?

I even suggested that they do their job without bias!

My closing was absolutely furious.

Earlier, I sent a letter to Governor Easley... doubt I will hear anything substantial from him!

Just e-mailed them and rated and left comment on u-tube.

This story just breaks my heart and my prayers go out to the family.

It wasn't bad enough they were victims first by the illegals but then too become victims a second time by the news media is unforgiveable.
Especially when you have already suffered a horrible loss.

There's one man and one man only that you can directly place the blame on Dani's death. If he had sealed the border when we were all yelling about our security shortly after 911, this might not have ever happened. God bless her sweet little soul. As a father of a 9-year old little girl, I weep for this precious one. So inocent.. DAMN THIS PRESIDENT!

What is it going to take to get everyone to wake up and do something about all of the illegals that are commiting crimes in this country. We house enough of our own criminals. Stop deporting them, which amounts to setting them free. Put them in prison and keep them there. Reinstate the death penalty. Hang a few of them, put them in the electric chair...sentence them to death for the life that they have taken. Then you will see how fast this begins to curtail the problem. Right now they are literally getting away with murder and nothing is being done to stop them.

Congress and the President are responsible for this mess. They live sheltered lives in their own special world. Get your ass off of your couch and get out and vote everyone of them that is up for re-election out of Office. Replace them with real people, not YES MEN........
