PAF: I had some communication with other folks involved in the reviewing process...

I think what we need to know first, is if in fact, that this bill is identical to last year's S2611. If you could spot check a couple sections that would be a nice to have right away.

Many of us are reasonably familiar with last year's bill (unfortunately), so we have a bit of a jump start on understanding the details of it pretty well.
(I am presently going over sections 201-235 or so (Interior Enforcement related) I'll do more as time allows...
