Even if you wuss out and let her stay, dropping her precious citizen at YOUR door, you should still work to deport her. I hope the government makes that kind of deportation mandatory. The little citizen can come back as soon as he turns 18, and then petition for his family.
If the 14th Amendment is to be used against us, I say we should fight back.

People, there have been some of the strangest posts on here lately.
They register and immediately post something like, "I really hate this illegal immigration, but """
Then put out some scenario, usually entailing a relative or themselves, etc.
I think these are 'visitations' and I believe this is one of them.
We have had several -
I think this is a kind of ''phishing" - or trying to get someone to say something they can use against the site.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

If, in fact, it is a 'case'.

Visitation?!?
I really was just looking for a little knowledgeable advice. Like who I can call, what options I have, etc. They are DEFINITELY leaving my apartment, I just don't want them in this country PERIOD. Their parents live back in Mexico. I walked in the other day and there was a social worker here talking with the sister, but they never spoke with me.
I didn't realize my letter would get lumped into the "strange visitation" category!.
