    Hi CrocketsGhost,

india. Writing style, spelling approximates, even mirrors what is on their websites. Constant rhetoric that globalism cannot be stopped is total BS. Globalism and its components (H-1B, L-1, NAFTA, CAFTA, etc and offshoring) can be stopped dead in its tracks in short order provided the right laws are passed!

All that "can't compete" BS is pure BS. Who the hell in India would buy the few things we still manufacture - the dalits?

Sadly, John Cornyn and the future president and friend of Tata Hillary (The taxpayer funded FRIENDS OF iNDIA CAUCUS) won't allow that.

Need proof, Shakes? Totally documented proof? Read this!

What part of "We don't owe our jobs to India" are you unable to understand, Senator?

I get where your comming from. In spite of being and irreprssable liberal. i am patinet on the idea of globalization. I advocate a policy which focuses on the american worker even at a cost to goods and services.

I believe that american citizens control land, labor and capital in America and american business and investors lease these tools from american citizens. American citizens can survive without the global economy. It is american business and wealthy investors who need it.

But.... It will be in my grand childrens best intrest to be good globalist. If you want to go that direction lets use careful planning and education to achive that end. Dont try to shove it down american citizens throats. While we are mostly dumb, fat and lazy, we do hold the machinery to control the american political system and economy and have for a couple of hundred years.

I do like your questions and challenges and hope you stay. But .. as for me. American workers first.

    Wow.
I see that people are really taking this debate personally
    having to call me names.

As far as my intent, if I am for amnesty,
why would I point out the fact that the illegals are
    1. A security concern
    2. Burden of our tax money on hospitals, schools, jails, ...etc.

Both of these facts are not arguable.

If my intent is a bad one,
why would I be nice and try to get you guys to seek
innovation, creativity, and improvement to compete on global level?

    =======================================
Now for people who gave me negative remarks

    Yes
    I feel like a coward because I can't debate w/ 15 people
@ a time for more than a day and have no life.

I could be a black man in Detroit, a white man in chicago,
an asian man in LA, an alien from out of space.
Please provide a credibility score for each race
so I can make my arguement stronger to prove my point to
bunch of people that I don't know.

I am sorry to have caused you any anger.
You are right and I am wrong.
    Let's support total isolation.
Since we decided to do that, I can no longer reply your
messeges because I have to throw away my keyboard that
was made in China. I will also have no time because I will
be explaining to my wife why we have to return the wedding
ring because it's got blood diamond from Africa.

    ======================================

I can see no value for me to stay on this forum.
Even though I am against Illegal immigration but trying share my view
resulted anger from people. Not having the time to reply resulted
the appearance of my cowardness because my courage is easily shaken
by loosing an argument w/ bunch of people that I don't know on-line.

Only time will tell who is correct.
However, you guys have really enlightened me on how the
future of America may turn out.

With that being said, I will remove this forum from my
bookmark, take a bow and and still wish you guys good luck.

I do thank the previous gentleman for the link of the companies
    that hire illegals.

    Shakes,

You're leaving - and willingly? Just please make sure the door doesn't hit your backside on your way out. Okay! :P

Don't just discredit me, come up w/ a solution. I did.
The answer to global competition isn't globalism and cheap labor, but INNOVATION. That's what made America wealthy, not cheap labor. Only when you can't innovate, you need cheap labor to compete.

That's what we have patent laws for, to encourage and reward innovation. Coca Cola isn't sold the world over because it's cheaper than other brands, but because it's BETTER than most. Same with US microchips, airliners and other products.

So if you want to compete globaly, INNOVATE, or encourage your employees to do so. We certainly don't need illegal aliens to stay competitive in the world market.

In other words, if you're trying to sell your products cheaper than your competition, you're NOT a good businessman. Your goal should be to make BETTER products than your competition. If you can do that, then you need not worry about low sales even if your prices are higher than your competitors.

Hey guys shakes had a very good point which we all knew anyway. The UN would fold without the US supporting it. How do we get the US out the UN? and the UN out of the US.
