Please explain by what you mean by arbitrary moderating? Our rules are clearly printed and the moderators enforce the rules. Sometimes when we have a new situation we discuss what to do. Please give us an example of unfair moderation you have observed.

We realize that our board members do not view the moderation process because the offensive post and material is often removed before you get a chance to even see it.

Eagleeye and anyone else please raise any questions or examples you have about unfair moderation.

It is a fair question, but only if there is some example.

So EagleEye feels we should shut down the boards Vs. current moderation levels. Anyone else want to second that motion?

There is no need to worry about anyone watching your posts if the place you are posting is absolutely no threat to the OBL agenda. That's one way to fix that worry.

Just so Im clear EagleEye, do you mean shut down the boards and put ALIPAC's resources more on traditional organizational efforts off the web?

Since i do not have problems with nobody well sometimes i made a little trouble and MODS are here to help us with the comments i am studing how to be a better person in my real life and in the forums.

I found this definition in wikipedia and it is similiar to what i am studing
and that may help us to MODERATE our COMMENTS in our lifes. I am pretty sure we can control our Behavior just studing.

The ETHIC of Reciprocity or the Golden Rule, is a fundamental moral principle found in virtually all major religions and cultures, which simply means "treat others as you want them to treat you." It's universality suggests an innate human altruism, and is arguably the most essential basis for the modern concept of human rights. Principal philosophers and religious figures have stated it in different ways:

    "Love your neighbor as yourself"
"What you do not want others to do to you, do not do to others."
"What is hateful to you, do not to your fellow man."
"Do to others as you would have them do to you."

Thanks for the explanation. I guess we have all seen, heard and read so much about crimes among the hispanic population that it FEELS like they are guilty as charged. And, they do commit a disproportionate number of crimes in our country.

I just didn't take that comment the same way most of you did evidently.

These kinds of threads are why I feel we need (for lack of better expression) a private (away from the public eye) board for members. Airing our dirty laundry out in public like this makes no sense, gives the other side ammunition, and gives them a false hope there is dissention in our ranks. If I were moderator, would be tempted to delete the whole sad affair.
These seem to be good observations and suggestions, PintoBean.

And do you include our Hispanic supporters and allies in that comment? Do you include the LEGAL Hispanics in America that have committed no crimes?

    Mopehead and Pinto,

That is what we do. We conduct these deliberations in private and then we face attacks and ridicule from people on our boards saying "so and so was banned for no reason" and "Things are too PC here for me" etc...

So we are damned if we do and damned if we don't.

Ten regular participants here that are a core part of this community are our site leadership as mods and admins, maximum community input is allowed on the rules and enforcement of them, the doors via PM and email are always open, but this is not enough.

In the last few days we have been openly attacked by people here that claim they support our cause because they do not like our moderation's.

As of now, two days of productivity has been squandered on these issues instead of the fight thanks to those that have acted in a passive aggressive fashion and trying to cause trouble.

NO. I didn't mean that at all. When I refer to "hispanics" in general, I MEAN ILLEGAL ones and I have seen enough of those to FEEL that they are committing a disproportionately large percentage of crimes in this country. I didn't mean to imply that ALL Hispanics were criminals. BY NO MEANS. When I post on this site, I am being SPECIFIC about ILLEGALS ALIENS--NOT Hispanics in general and I think that is true of everyone here. Sorry if I was misunderstood.

Sometimes by just thinking about John McCain, Bush, Kennedy, or any other politician that is selling us out, I get so frustrated that I know I need to keep my fingers away from the keyboard because I offer nothing good to say about these traitors. I will in my best effort try to respect the rules of this site even when I feel I need to put the smack down on somebody When I get this frustrated I just a say a prayer
Badges? We don't need no stinkin' badges!

    EagleEye,

There is no implied agreement that just because you are posting on this site that you are being "SPECIFIC about ILLEGALS ALIENS--NOT Hispanics in general"

There is no way for us to gauge what you meant to say as we are not mind readers. There are people with racist motivations that often try to come to our site to say such things and they mean that they don't like Hispanics.

This is America and you don't have to like anyone, but that kind of talk is not allowed on our boards.

If you want our moderators and supporters to know what you mean and if you want to avoid handing our enemies bullets to fire right back at our heads at ALIPAC then ALWAYS qualify what you are saying if it has anything to do with race, religion, etc...

Bbean did not do that. It was a mistake. Me and the moderators started to take action.

Our moderators are working long thankless hours and facing criticism from people that do not want to recognize they are working to keep this board open and avail to you. They are trying to help those that share our cause.

Now do you understand what is going on here?

(Hispanics have a history of crime and corruption, and sexual abuse is no stranger to them." )

In all fairness people, I think if everyone really looked at this statement, did a little soul searching about his or her own race, this could be said about every race probably in history much to all of our dismay!

all you have to do is to turn on the news and pay attention esp. to the sexual abuse part, also check out the statistics of prisoner's in prison and their races. in fact, from what I can see, it seems to be more white then not that committ this kind of crime. Corruption, all you have to do is look at our own Senate and Congress, I have not seen that any one race has been any worse then another race. Crime, we all know that extends to every race associated with humans, I think all races are representated equally to the crime aspect of this statement.
