I liked the idea of one poster to keep these types of threads out of public view.. I would say, put them in a subtle topic line just for discussions such as this.. This way, the flow of discussion on topic under the particular subject heading is not side tracked by topics not even close to being related to them.

on a side note, one of the biggest counterfeit kingpins was taken down in Mexico and this is a good step towards hurting the illegal immigration efforts.
