“Any person subject to this chapter who—
    (1) violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation;
    (2) having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by a member of the armed forces, which it is his duty to obey, fails to obey the order; or
    (3) is derelict in the performance of his duties; shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.”
President Donald Trump is his Commander-in-Chief. Of course he doesn't have to "court-martial him" ...... just fire his arse!

    McMaster Purging Key Trump Allies

Deep State coup rooting out patriots from White House

National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster is targeting long-time Trump loyalists who have been at odds with the career government holdovers from the Obama administration.

The purge is part of an unfolding clash between Trump staffers committed to the president’s ‘America First’ agenda and Washington bureaucrats determined to maintain the “swamp” status quo.
McMaster has a list of targets loyal to Trump that he’s going to phase out over the next two weeks, said an administration insider.

“They’re taking out people who were chosen to implement the president’s policy that he articulated during the campaign,” he added. “McMaster’s agenda is different than the president’s.”

One of the latest victims of this purge is Rich Higgins, the National Security Counsel’s strategic planning director who penned a memo detailing domestic and international threats to Trump’s presidency, including the alliance between the globalists, bankers and Islamists seeking to destroy America.

“Globalists and Islamists recognize that for their visions to succeed, America, both as an ideal and as a national and political entity, must be destroyed,” the memo warns.

The memo was circulated among people who worked on the Trump campaign outside the White House, until it reached the desks of NSC members.

Higgins was called into the NSC office to be questioned about the memo, and was consequently fired by McMaster in late July.

H.R. McMaster told Susan Rice she can keep her security clearance: Report

by Melissa Quinn Aug 3, 2017, 3:30 PM

National security adviser H.R. McMaster told former national security adviser Susan Rice in April that she would continue to have access to classified information, and that he would waive a "need-to-know" requirement when it comes to accessing classified information contained in documents she saw or received during her time as national security adviser, according to a report.

The letter was sent from McMaster to Rice's home in April, according to Circa, and the president didn't know about either the letter or McMaster's decision to allow Rice to keep her Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.

"Going forward, the NSC will continue to work with you to ensure the appropriate security clearance documentation remains on file to allow you access to classified information," McMaster said in his letter.

"I hereby waive the requirement that you must have a ‘need-to-know' to access any classified information contained in items you ‘originated, reviewed, signed, or received while serving' as National Security Adviser," the letter continued.

Republicans have worried that Rice was involved in the "unmasking" of members of President Trump's team that were caught up in surveillance of foreign targets, as well as other Americans.

Rice, along with former CIA Director John Brennan and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, reviewed intelligence reports from the National Security Agency's "incidental collections" of names or conversations of Americans, and she and Brennan confirmed they asked for the unredacted names of Americans included in the intelligence reports.

But Rice has also insisted she never revealed the identity of anyone for political reasons, and has said there are legitimate reasons for unmasking people in certain cases.

The House Intelligence Committee has since launched an investigation into the Obama administration's unmasking of Americans, and the committee subpoenaed Rice in June as part of the probe. The former national security adviser agreed to testify, but has maintained she didn't do anything wrong.

Though it's common for top government officials to be given access to classified information, and have their "need-to-know" requirement waived, White House officials told Circa that Rice's security clearance should have been revoked or limited until the Intelligence Committee concludes its investigation.

Trump has continued to argue the Obama administration's "unmasking and surveillance" of those close to him are the "big story."

A senior West Wing official told Circa that the letter "undercuts the president's assertion that Susan Rice's unmasking was inappropriate." The official said anyone who acted as Rice did wouldn't have access to classified information.

"The point is, is that it lowers the bar for her," the senior West Wing official continued.

An intelligence official said McMaster's decision to give Rice continued access to classified information "raises serious legal, moral, and ethical concerns."

McMaster's letter to Rice is likely to elevate his tensions with the West Wing, and specifically White House chief strategist Steve Bannon.

McMaster fired Ezra Cohen-Watnick, the National Security Council's senior director for intelligence, on Wednesday, despite previous objections from Trump and Bannon.

Trump's national security adviser also fired Derek Harvey last week, the National Security Council's top adviser on the Middle East, who was reported to be close to Bannon.

Leaked Letter To Susan Rice Shows Who Traitor Is In White House… SEE BEFORE DELETED

Sara Carter of Circa News reported National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster granted top Obama official Susan Rice top-secret security clearance. The letter, in which McMaster notified Rice that such powers were granted to her, can be seen below.
    Circa News reports:
Almost one month after it was disclosed that former President Obama’s National Security Adviser Susan Rice was unmasking members of President Trump’s team and other Americans, Trump’s own national security adviser, H.R. McMaster, sent an official letter giving her unfettered and continuing access to classified information and waiving her “need-to-know” requirement on anything she viewed or received during her tenure, Circa has confirmed.
The undated and unclassified letter from McMaster was sent in the mail to Rice’s home during the last week of April. Trump was not aware of the letter or McMaster’s decision, according to two Senior West Wing officials and an intelligence official, who spoke to Circa on condition that they not be named.
This is the letter from McMaster to Rice. Names, phone numbers and personal addresses have been blurred.
“I hereby waive the requirement that you must have a ‘need-to-know’ to access any classified information contained in items you ‘originated, reviewed, signed or received while serving,’ as National Security Adviser,” the letter said. The letter also states that the “NSC will continue to work with you to ensure the appropriate security clearance documentation remains on file to allow you access to classified information.”
Circa revealed in March that during President Obama’s tenure, top aides — including Rice, former CIA Director John Brennan and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch — routinely reviewed intelligence reports received from the National Security Agency’s incidental intercepts of Americans abroad. They were doing so by taking advantage of rules Obama relaxedstarting in 2011 to help the government better fight terrorism, espionage by foreign enemies and hacking threats, according to documents obtained by Circa.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster has concluded key Obama official Susan Rice did nothing wrong in making numerous ‘unmasking’ requests.
    Breitbart News reports:
Two United States intelligence officials told Bloomberg’s Eli Lake that McMaster has concluded that Rice did nothing wrong.
That assertion is at odds with Trump’s thinking, as he repeatedly raised the Rice story during speeches and media interviews.
“I think the Susan Rice thing is a massive story,” Trump said in an interview with the New York Times, suggesting that it was possible that she may have committed a crime.
On April 12, Trump used the story to defend his accusations that the Obama administration was spying and leaking on his transition team in an interview with Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo.
“When you look at Susan Rice and what’s going on and so many people are coming up to me and apologizing now,” Trump said. “They say, ‘You know, you were right when you said that.’”
When Bartiromo told Trump that Rice denied doing anything political, he dismissed it.

Laura Ingraham ATTACKS H.R.McMaster For Firing Trump Loyalists! ‘Obama Holdovers Should Do Real Time For Leaks’

Conservative radio host and best selling author, Laura Ingraham took to her twitter account to attack NatSec Advisor H.R. McMaster following his purge of Trump loyalists while the leaks continue.

    From Gateway Pundit
Laura Ingraham tweeted, “Obama holdovers at NSC or State Dept who are leaking should do real time for the leaks. Why has McMaster fired actual Trump supporters?”

Laura Ingraham also tweeted out a New York Times articled detailing how H.R. McMaster repudiated language being used by the Trump administration such as ‘radical Islam’ or ‘Islamic terrorism’. “H.R. McMaster breaks with administration on views of Islam”.

As TGP reported Wednesday, National Security Advisor, H.R. McMaster fired yet ANOTHER Trump loyalist who was originally brought on board by former NatSec Advisor, General Flynn.
Ezra Cohen-Watnick was the senior director for intelligence on the National Security Council and has been dismissed as the purge continues.
The Atlantic also reported earlier Wednesday that NSC official, Rich Higgins, a member of the Nationalist faction of the White House, was fired after penning a memo outlining the Deep State threats facing President Trump.
TGP also previously reported, Sara Carter of Circa News said her sources told her that NatSec Advisor, H.R. McMaster has been communicating White House internal politics to Deep State Acting FBI Director Andy McCabe. Carter then implied that more White House shake-ups are perhaps on the horizon.

Again, the American people could do something about this.

Of course, we can try to vote out these so called Republican lawmakers when we get a chance.

We could, though, go a long way to make the illegal situation a moot point.

All we have to do is start withholding our monies from the companies (products) who hire them.

We could make sure we do not spend a dime in any sanctuary city/state.

McMaster Worked at Think Tank Backed by Soros-Funded Group that Helped Obama Sell Iran Nuclear Deal

    Evan Vucci/AP

    by Aaron Klein6 Aug 201711,102
TEL AVIV — White House National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster served at a UK-based think tank financed by a controversial, George Soros-funded group identified by the Obama White House as central in helping to sell the Iran nuclear deal to the public and news media.

From September 2006 to February 2017, McMaster is listed as a member of International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), where he served as consulting senior fellow. The IISS describes itself as a “world-leading authority on global security, political risk and military conflict.”
The IISS has been supportive of the Obama administration-brokered 2015 nuclear accord with Iran, and the group has repeatedly hit back against charges that Tehran has violated the agreement.
McMaster himself has been accused of purging the National Security Council of hardliners on Iran, and he is seen as a leading proponent of the Iran nuclear accord within the Trump administration. He has reportedly urged the White House to recertify Iran’s compliance with the Iran nuclear deal.
IISS’s website contains a list of groups, corporations and government entities that provide funding to the think tank, including during the period of McMaster’s work there. Curiously missing from the page of donors, however, is the controversial Ploughshares Fund, a grantmaking group identified last year by the Obama White House as central in helping to market the Iran nuclear deal to the news media.
An archived version of IISS’s donors page lists Ploughshares as a donor.
Breitbart News has found that IISS is listed as a grantee for Iran issues in Ploughshares Fund’s budget report for 2016.
That report spotlights IISS as a grantee for Iran work done by Michael Elleman, IISS senior fellow for missile defense.
In a recent IISS analysis, Elleman cast doubt on charges that Iran and North Korea are working together on ballistic-missile development, claiming “there is little evidence to indicate the two regimes are engaged in deep missile-related collaboration, or pursuing joint-development programs.”
Joseph Cirincione, president of Ploughshares Fund, is listed as a member of IISS in his Georgetown University bio.
IISS has not returned Breitbart News requests seeking clarification on the Ploughshares funding and inquiring about McMaster’s work at IISS, including any salary that he may have received.
Soros-Funded Ploughshares Part of ‘Echo Chamber’ to Sell Obama’s Iran Deal
Ploughshares Fund is financed by Soros’ Open Society Institute.
The involvement of Ploughshares in selling the Iran agreement to the public was revealed in an extensive New York Times Magazine profile of Obama’s former deputy national security adviser, Ben Rhodes, titled, “The Aspiring Novelist Who Became Obama’s Foreign-Policy Guru.” The article contains interviews with Rhodes and scores of top Obama administration officials.
Robert Malley, then a senior director at the National Security Council, expounded on the genesis and execution of the marketing plan to sell the Iran deal.
Malley explained to the Times that “experts” were utilized to create an “echo chamber” that disseminated administration claims about Iran to “hundreds of often-clueless reporters” in the news media.
    Times author David Samuels wrote:
In the spring of last year, legions of arms-control experts began popping up at think tanks and on social media, and then became key sources for hundreds of often-clueless reporters. “We created an echo chamber,” he admitted, when I asked him to explain the onslaught of freshly minted experts cheerleading for the deal. “They were saying things that validated what we had given them to say.”¯
Rhodes told Samuels that the marketing strategy took advantage of the “absence of rational discourse” and utilized outside groups, including Ploughshares.
When I suggested that all this dark metafictional play seemed a bit removed from rational debate over America’s future role in the world, Rhodes nodded. “In the absence of rational discourse, we are going to discourse the [expletive] out of this,” he said. “We had test drives to know who was going to be able to carry our message effectively, and how to use outside groups like Ploughshares, the Iran Project and whomever else. So we knew the tactics that worked.”¯ He is proud of the way he sold the Iran deal. “We drove them crazy,”¯ he said of the deal’s opponents.
Ploughshares says it has awarded hundreds of grants “whose aggregate value exceeded $60 million.”¯
A previous investigation by this reporter showed Ploughshares has partnered with a who’s-who of the radical left, including Code Pink, the pro-Palestinian J Street, United for Peace & Justice, the U.S. Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation and Demos, a progressive economic advisory group where Obama’s controversial former green jobs czar, Van Jones, has served on the board.
The group says its mission is to support the “smartest minds and most effective organizations to reduce nuclear stockpiles, prevent new nuclear states, and increase global security.”¯
Ploughshares is in turn financed by Soros’s Open Society Institute, the Buffett Foundation, the Carnegie Corporation of New York, the Ford Foundation, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the Rockefeller Foundation.
Another Ploughshares donor is the Tides Foundation, which is one of the largest funders of the radical left. Tides is funded by Soros.
Ploughshares has donated to the Institute for Policy Studies, which calls for massive slashes in the U.S. defense budget.
It has also financed the International Crisis Group, a small organization that boasts George Soros and his son, Alexander, on its board and where Malley now works as vice president for public policy.
    Ploughshares, McMaster and John Kerry
Last week, McMaster removed Ezra Cohen-Watnick, a Trump aide and Iran deal opponent, from the National Security Council in what the Jerusalem Post reported was a possible “sweep of Iran hard-liners.”¯
The Post reported on two other McMaster purges of Iran hardliners:
Cohen-Watnick’s removal comes after the revelation by The Atlantic on Wednesday of the dismissal of Rich Higgins, another Iran hawk who was the NSC’s director of strategic planning. Higgins was sacked for circulating a memo in which he alleged that there was a “Maoist”¯ insurgency within and without the government of “globalists and Islamists.”¯
Also gone is Derek Harvey, who held the Middle East portfolio at the NSC, and who also was an Iran hawk, and who may assume another role in the administration. McMaster tapped Michael Bell, a retired army colonel who has a conventional career portfolio, to replace Harvey.
Speaking at a recent event held by Ploughshares Fund, former Secretary of State John Kerry implied that McMaster is the best bet at keeping the nuclear agreement alive, according to a Ploughshares Fund description of the June 5, 2017 event.
IISS, meanwhile, has supported the Iran nuclear agreement and has defended Tehran against reports it has violated tenets of the deal.
Last month, IISS featured a piece by Mark Fitzpatrick, chief of the think tank’s non-proliferation and nuclear policy program, titled, “Three strikes against claims that Iran is violating the nuclear accord.”
The IISS piece argued that “criticism of Iran’s conduct in relation to the 2015 nuclear deal does not withstand scrutiny,” and that the Trump administration’s withdrawal from the agreement “would not convince other parties to re-impose sanctions, but could trigger a global crisis.”
In June, the IISS’s Fitzpatrick opined that “Critics are wrong: Iran remains in compliance with nuclear accord.”
An IISS strategic comment paper, titled, “Trump’s erratic Middle East policy,”¯ argued that Trump’s confrontational approach toward Iran is “unlikely to lend needed stability to the region.”¯
