Did these people go to college and learn anything.
    Here's a clue for them.

    NO GOOD JOBS=NO GOOD COUNTRY

80% OF THE PEOPLE MAKE CRAP WAGES=THE 20% THAT MAKE GOOD WAGES PAY ALL THE TAXES.
IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY ALL THE TAXES, SPREAD THE WEALTH SO WE CAN ALL HELP PAY IT. OTHERWISE, STOP WHINING.

    Bottom line.

Actually that is not true. The top 10% and more than likely closer to 1% pay 40% of the taxes. A lot of people pay NO taxes. I bet most people didn't know that. So this class warfare that the Dems keep trying to put out there is a lie.
Actually, anyone keeping up with things does know this. I was just using those figures as an example, not literal facts, but it still has the same meaning.

We also know that when the Bush tax breaks came along, the local governments went up on they're taxes and added so called fee's but they are really taxes. Everyone pays those, even someone with a car making $12K a year has to pay a car tax.

I would also like to see anyone who has had taxes withheld from they're paychecks say they got all the money they paid in back at tax time.

Either way, if the workers don't make enough over the poverty level to pay taxes, then I guess the only ones who can pay it are people with the money? The top percenters you indicated. So, they can pay more of the taxes, or they can pay people more, and let them pay part of the taxes, but they don't want to do either one do they? No, they would rather keep paying slave wages and hiring illegals, and if they do that, they have no right at all to want subsidies, tax breaks or anything else, in fact they should be paying more taxes because the illegals are using those tax dollars up and keeping our paychecks down. They don't mind whining all day about making millions of dollars.
Businesses also get major tax breaks, every dime they pay for gas to go to work is deductible, mine isn't. So they need to stop the whining.

Also the figures show that the top percenters have had an enormous pay increase while the large gap at the middle and bottom have saw wage decreases.

The good part is now many of these criminal businessmen will now go out of business and they will have to work for the same peanuts they were paying the people they hired, Sounds kinda sweet doesn't it?

I don't really listen to DEMS or THE NEW REPUBS, they are both corrupt.
That is unless your talking about REAL REPUBLICANS like Ron Paul.

    ALSO....
I read how everyone is complaining about how they pay all their bills on time and don't spend money on junk, I don't either, I have very good credit but you could be in a car accident tomorrow and guess what? Even if it isn't your fault chances are, your going to have some big bills to pay. And guess what, you might even get sued, even if it isn't your fault, and guess what you might have to find $2, $3 or even $10K to get back healthy, you might be out of work for 6 months, you never know.

Many of these people had good credit just like us and they went to many banks for a legitimate loan and were told by every bank they could only get a ARM loan, and they figured since all the banks were telling them this, they had no other options. They aren't at fault and the banks doing this should be held accountable for racketeering and fixing loans because they basically prodded good credit people into bad loans with high interest rates. Of course after they got the loans, everyones wages dropped and now they are having a hard time paying the increased rates with the lower wages they are getting paid. Now many are having a hard time refinancing because they're wages have fallen below the amount of loan they originally qualified for.

Basically, we need to get back to a sound proven business model, enforce the laws and regulations to level the playing field and enforce the immigration laws, stop outsourcing and stop bringing in more legal immigrants during this reccession.
Unless we get those criminals & make them pay for what they have done to our country and the lawlessness they have sponsored, we are just another Mexico ourselves!

Yes, that sounds really sweet. One of my relatives is a successful small business owner whose company hasn't been doing well lately. He's a "rich" three-percenter who primarily employs family members and he's really worried that the Bush tax cuts won't be renewed in 2010. Given the current economic climate, he said that he'd have to "trim the fat" if he ends up paying more taxes in the near future and that means firing a 60 year old employee. The dems and marxists want to knock successful business owners down a peg or two, but in so doing, many middle class workers will lose their jobs. Class warfare ( a basic tenet of socialism/communism) has never worked and will never work.

Emphasis mine. Ever heard of saving up for a 20% down payment? I'm not made of money so I've been saving up for a down payment for almost ten years and will probably have to save for another 3 or 4 years before I have enough money for a down payment. And my reward for doing it the right way is having some of my tax dollars "redistributed" to irresponsible people who bought shady sub-prime loans and were too stupid and/or didn't care to read the fine print. Am I bitter? Hell yeah I'm bitter.

They aren't at fault and the banks doing this should be held accountable for racketeering and fixing loans because they basically prodded good credit people into bad loans with high interest rates.
Maybe all of the people who don't want to accept personal responsibility for their actions should move to Cuba and let Castro make decisions for them.

Now many are having a hard time refinancing because they're wages have fallen below the amount of loan they originally qualified for.
Many people who bought these shady sub-prime loans lied about how much money they made in order to get them. Should loan officers be forced to do a better job of checking this info? Yes. Do I feel sorry for people who lied in order to get one of these loans? Not one bit.

Basically, we need to get back to a sound proven business model, enforce the laws and regulations to level the playing field and enforce the immigration laws, stop outsourcing and stop bringing in more legal immigrants during this reccession.
-"Level the playing field" is just another way of saying we should "redistribute wealth" and take away the incentives for being responsible and working hard.

-Even though my 401k has been taking a beating lately, we are not in a recession. Congress wants this bailout so they can avoid the lynch mob that is knocking on their door because they know that we now know what they've done and they'll do just about anything to avoid taking responsibility. (Just like some of their constituents who bought houses they couldn't afford because they felt that they were entitled to them.)

I would never call Tom Harkin and thank him for anything. The Democrat party USED to be a true labor party and had ethics and morals but badly lost its way. ELITISTS!

Obama said it best at a San Francisco fundraiser "...all those bible holding gun toting hicks..." He was mocking we AAmericans and our values. That is today's Democrat party! That is Tom Harkin. House REPUBLICANS are the ones to thank!

Tom Harkin can say what he wants, but he intends to vote for this bill.
