Thread: Dept. of Justice Lawyers draft Challenge to Arizona’s law!

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

Disrespecting the law and forcing the public to support, educate and health care an invading army! I call that aiding.

I have been saying for 10 years...we need to look at what has happened to the constitution and bring it back as our first defense in understanding any new or existing law.

The argument is "it is an old worn out document...a living document that must change with the new times..." I think that the Fathers had an insight and a foresight FAR beyond the self serving usurpers of today.

I LOVE THIS DEBATE!!!! When the IA's started marching years ago I knew it would be to their demise. And if this horrible socialist anti American regime wants to go to court and challenge the true meaning and wording of the "peoples law" it will also be to their demise because it will make so very clear to the American people just how anti American the Federal government has become. The fight will be...do we want what was originally America or do we want a new obamanation?

We have a mess that started with the Act of 1871 in earnest to destroy and "change" America. That is a long time and a lot of damage to correct. It will not happen in most of our life times but at least we can take joy in knowing that this may be the start...the fuse is lit...on gaining back our independence our Republic and restoring the Constitution.

Did our founding fathers understand the distinction between these words?

I think the Fathers had a crystal ball view of the future when they wrote the Constitution. I think they also knew and understood how important it was to have an American seated as POTUS and understood the meaning of the three definitions of citizen.

I just want to pull my hair out when anyone...talks about the Founding Fathers like they were a bunch of bumbling idiots. I think that is the point that the author here was making also... These guys were not fools...

Those who take the time to following the links which I provided at the top of this thread will quickly learn our founding fathers were concerned about the very miseries we now suffer from an unfettered invasion of foreign nationals across our borders. Our founding fathers articulated over and over necessary rules required to be followed by our federal government with regard to naturalization. But what bothers me is the failure of those who have come to America recently, have followed our laws and have become citizens of the united states, and do not now speak out against those who are invading our borders and are demanding we ignore our laws, and in doing so wish to establish the very lawless and oppressive kind of government from which they have fled. When will these recently made citizens stand up and defend the nation they have fled to, which is now being destroyed from within?
