    I haven't paid for a couple of years. Actually what I did was adjusted my umm.. income to be less than my deductions, and didn't file a return since I didn't owe any tax. Haven't heard a peep from the IRS. Heck our government is Unconstitutional anyway for a number of reasons, so as far as I am concerned they have no authority over me.

    Yep. I'm just saying that it's not a proposition to be taken lightly, even if you are on sound legal footing (and even most professional "tax protestors" are not on sound legal footing.)
