BobC--it is beyond outrageous at this point. It's a failure to uphold the Oath of Office. I believe it falls into treason against the people of the United States, because the US will not be part of the new administering order except to the clean the streets and make sure the toilets flush.

The President and Vice President would have to be removed simultaneously because Dick Cheney not two months ago on the question of illegal immigration said on national television:

That is a stunning comment because I've learned through the New York Daily News Article that they know WHO, WHERE and WHAT about 7,200,000 HOUSEHOLDS because they filed tax returns with the IRS. The IRS knows, the Social Securit Administration knows, the Medicare knows, the Medicaid knows, and all 50 State Departments of Revenue know where at least 28,000,000 of them live and work These are the ones that work for large companies that issue W-2 forms on the wages and pay the taxes as if they were legal. Because they don't have social security numbers, a law passed in 1996 under CLINTON allowed illegal aliens to file taxes so their illegal employers could file W-2s and not mess up their payroll system and assigned them a special illegal alien tax id number!!!!

Now, if the New York Daily News knows that and I know that from them, then the Vice President KNOWS the same thing!

Why would he not?

So if GOVERNMENT RECORDS in at least 5 different government agencies on forms signed by the aliens themselves show at least 28,000,000 illegal aliens assuming an average household of 4, then why are we being told that the best estimates are the Pew Hispanic Center estimate of 10,800,000!!

There are as many I would presume that do not file tax returns as do. These guys standing on the street corner probably aren't big on paperwork. Drug dealers and gangs don't file paperwork either. Neither do those millions working cash under the table jobs or running their own businesses and enterprises in many cases or the millions that for whatever reason can't find a job finding themselves in the same situation as unemployed Americans.

Yeah something is going on. I don't have your political contacts but I have a bullchit detector that's world class--and I have been noticing the chaos in Bush's camp too.

Regarding SS fraud--I do freelance art on the side and it's awfully funny that I mistakenly didn't report one job for $500 and the IRS instantly knew and wrote me wanting the tax money! And yet they just have no idea about illegal aliens working here. Gee let me pose a solution. Howzabout the IRS going through the database of SS numbers, and when they, say, find four or five hundred people filing under one ID number, then track those people down like they did me!

This is beyond outrageous.

It seems simple but it isn't.If they go through their database of ss numbers there will be an ever bigger backlog of fraud for law enforcement.Before 1989 ever wallet/ID I had ever lost got back to me by someone finding it and dropping it in the mail or calling me.Since 1989 I've lost my ID/SS card quite a few times and have never got one back.And having a name like Esteves doesn't help.I'd hate to have to prove I'm me and in the meantime sit in jail.

Rick I didn't say it would be simple. But if we can fly spacecraft to Mars, I think we can figure out when 27 people are using the same SS number. In Denver (I think) just a few weeks ago some woman in the Department of Motor Vehicles was busted for issuing fake IDs. People like her are exactly who we need to nail. There is an entire underground system of human smuggling named "To Be" (in Spanish) that is said to be more efficient than UPS-- if people like Frosty Wooldridge can observe it in action, why can't the feds move in on it?

I'm just saying there's the possibility that every American citizen with a Spanish/Portuguese,and sometimes Italian surname (which will also include many non-Hispanics like Africans,Asians,Europeans,and Pacific Islanders) may have their daily lives intruded on because their idenity has been used without their knowledge.Yes the database would be a good thing however we might end up bogging down efforts on other more nescessary endeavors trying to cope with what the database`reveals.
