On appeal? Appeal from what? You are not a citizen of the United States you have nothing to appeal!!!!! You can stay in Mexico and like it!!! The laws you broke can not be appealed!!!

Something is not right here. It sounds like a "voluntary" removal but I didn't think that was possible since she was already got a deportation order.






That's what I thought too initially, but if it was a voluntary removal, we can bet that her side of it would have made it known right from the beginning.....to have it believed that "Santa Elvirus"* was arrested like a mere criminal would not have been tolerated.

Lessee here, she hasn't worked in over a year, has an 8 year old son to raise. came here because she "needed to work".... and she has a team of lawyers on BOTH sides of the border???
