Quick Reply from Local Dallas Affiliate NBC 5:
Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately, this decision is not being made here on the local level. I am forwarding your note to NBC Sports in New York, I hope they will respond in a timely fashion. Thank you for the feedback and for understanding our predicament, we had no information the network would be running anything in Spanish tonight.

Did you guys catch the NFLatino.com commercial?
It featured a freak that appeared to be practicing some sort of Santiria ritual.

You guys are just now learning NBC stinks? I stopped tuning into that channel years ago. Terry Bradshaw was playing for the Steelers last time I watched anything on NBC.

I didn't catch it, BUT our local talk show host did and was mad as well. She said it was the company -Jimmy Johns. Interestingly enough, she said the first thought that came to her head was, "I will never buy another sandwich from them again."

I'm flabbergasted they would have Spanish commercials during American football -an institution.

Who's Jimmy Johns? I've never heard of that company, is it local?

Nationwide sub chain. They actually have a commercial where a Japanese family is speaking spanish to each other.....

I've seen it once and only once a while back. Someone tell her it wasn't just Jimmy Johns, expect more of this crap for the next few weeks.

Call the NFL and tell them you've had enough of their racist programming:
