Thread: French Actress Faces Charges for Anti-Immigration Remarks!

It has been reported that noted French actress Brigitte Bardot faces her fourth conviction merely for speaking out against Immigration that has been escalating in France due to that country’s former Socialist regime. As the problems caused by Socialism grew to enormous proportions, France's citizens have recently elected more conservative leaders to try and stem the tide, but it may be too late.

As it is, the former internationally acclaimed actress stands accused of inciting racism by speaking out against France’s growing tide of Muslim immigrants who have openly declared animosity over historic and traditional French culture. The actress spoke out for animal rights in the face of the Muslim ritual sacrifice of lambs and she is being villified for publicly stating that France should do something to stem the tide of immigration into that country, especially to stop those people from entering the country who refuse to assimilate into the French culture!

So what does this have to do with us in the United States? Does this all sound too familiar? At least for one thing, we should be very grateful that we live in the United States where our First Amendment Right of the Freedom of Speech is still intact… at least for now! Don’t forget that there are factions out there that want our First Amendment Rights taken away, all in the name of “Political Correctnessâ€

Ms. Bardot is BRAVE! The SAME simply CANNOT be said of the ILLEGAL alien COWARDS!

BARDOT SHOULD MOVE TO USA AND START A RADIO SHOW.

Even back in 1985, the first time I was in France, there were quite a few unauthorized refugees from Africa, especially in the southern cities--although I didn't understand it at the time. You could see them out on the street corners selling small leather items--maybe some of them came from the francophone countries.

If the West cannot stop the giveaway of its civilization I have been thinking of where I would flee to--nearly everywhere else is hard to get into. America just let's it happen. I've been wanting to get down to Australia, but I'm too old to emigrate and they have a time limit on tourist visas.

There is a solution for developing world poverty---but if we help them now how do we not know that it will be our future undoing. I know the poverty-solution is building new, well planned communities that third world inhabitants work together to build. I've been in some famous meetings discussing this. But if you provide them modern communication features, like the Internet, they are going to start making a beeline for the wealthier countries. They say they only emigrate because of poverty--I can't see why someone from a tropical country would feel comfortable in the cold North.

If they had nice, well panned tropical communities to live in would they stay there? The Muslims on the other hand see a new crusade shaping up.......

This is so shocking, especially since Bardot has been a famed, international animal rights activist for 50 decades! I only hope that Sarkozy is serious about stemming the tidal wave of immigration, but it might well be too late. I read that he is offering cash for immigrants to leave! I'll bet he doesn't have many takers...who would leave Paris only to return to Morocco, Africa, or wherever!

It won't be long before OUR First Amendment rights start disappearing...and we could end up just like France. We are already being shouted down by the marxist regimes from Mexico and Latin America. But the difference between the US and France is land mass...we have so much of it! If you just picture CA as a separate country, you can see the catastrophic effects of illegal immigration...CA is Mexico now and the damage is irreversible. How long will it take for the rest of the country to be balkanized??? Everyone has their territory staked out...and the Muslims are already embedded in parts of the Northeast. The culture wars have already started!

This is very disturbing and something all Americans should be concerned about.

Also, does anyone know what law she is charged under and if the French put that law in place before or after the formation of the European Union?

Actually, this may wake more people up. She's an idol for many of today's actors/actresses. Where's Pam Anderson and PETA when illegal aliens cock-fights and dog-fights are exposed? Illegal immigration will be the downfall of PETA, abortion rights, free speech, etc.

Brigitte Bardot went on trial in a Paris court yesterday, charged with "inciting racial hatred" over remarks in a letter to the French president Nicholas Sarkozy. The 73-year-old former actor did not attend the court in person, claiming that she was physically unwell.
Bardot, a vocal animal rights campaigner, wrote to the French president last year, complaining about the Muslim festival of Eid al-Adha. The festival traditionally involves the slaughter of a sheep. "I am fed up with being under the thumb of this population which is destroying us, destroying our country and imposing its acts," she wrote. The letter was later published by Bardot's foundation.

It is the fifth time that Bardot has been charged with inciting racial hatred. She has previously railed against what she termed "the Islamisation of France" and claimed that the nation was being invaded by "sheep-slaughtering Muslims", comments that have led to her being fined four times since 1997.
Prosecutor Anne de Fontette is pushing for a two-year suspended prison sentence and a fine of 15,000 euros (£12,100). "I am a little tired of prosecuting Ms Bardot," she told the court.

The verdict is expected in a few weeks.
