Thread: Graduation Picture of Kids Wearing the Mexican Flag

Schools were a topic of conversation on our local radio recently.

Callers were upset because at a local middle school graduation two of the presentations were in Spanish with no translations. They were furious really.

Also, some were furious/voices shaking when they described the high school graduation. When the colors were presented there were a number of people who did not stand. The callers were furious that the flag, a living breathing symbol of our country was ignored. When called out about it some stood but not all... One guy actually said, "This is the last straw for me."

30 years ago, the older generation would have kicked this kid in the ass and fired the school principal. Thanks to the pc crowd and a rampant case of chickensh*t among many of the younger population, this isn't likely to happen in this particular case.

The principal and administration should have told the kid to remove the
flag or he would not get his diploma. His education was paid for by
American and he should honor our flag and country! Not flaunt
Mexico's flag in our faces!

Take a few minutes and think about how many times that you have have heard the word "tolerance" preached to you in the last few years! My interpretation of the left wing msm and others spouting this word is acceptance. I did not! Now see where we are?

Political correcteness has gone too far!! How dare he disrespect this country and the ceremony!! If this idiot tried to pull this stunt when I graduated, the other seniors would have probably kicked his sorry ass, and he would have been pulled right out of line before entering the building.

I would send hard copy letters to the School District Office and the High School. You can send the other info by email but the editor will probably will not print it if you aren't a resident of Cloverdale. You can try though.
