I don't think "Mark" has paid us Pilgrims a visit yet. :P It appears the e-mail was sent to ALIPAC and posted to the forum by ALIPAC.

Why the mexicans Mark? Maybe we should take in the 4.6 billion people in the world that are more impoverished than mexicans. Do you think this would be the thing to do Mark? It only seems fair that we should take in all of them. Latino's are so much better off than so many others, we need to help the others first Mark. Would you mind living in a country like this Mark? It could be standing room only. I think you should write to congress and make this suggestion. After all the statue of liberty cries, "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free." She's not talking about mexicans per se Mark, she's talking about people that are poorer than mexicans and people that come from oppressive nations. It's not just mexicans that want to live in the U.S. Mark, the whole world wants to live here. Expand your fight and fight for the whole world to live here Mark! Don't be selfish! We could take in the whole world Mark! We could have those little beds that stack up that are like compartments to sleep in, we could have 30 families of all different nationalities sharing one kitchen, and one bathroom, one chicken if we are lucky and some dandelion greens from the yard, we could even go to the woods and dig up some sassafras roots for some tea, oh, I forgot there wouldn't be any woods anymore, no room for woods, just think of the possibilities Mark, you could share a kitchen, a bath with us and a bed, all of us!! and you could forget about work Mark, there would not be enough work for that many. This is the reality of mass immigration over a period of time!

Mark , I think you lost some of the moral high ground when you changed your name from "Frolics with Bunnies 'or whatever. I believe the indigenous people sold Manhattan for $26 and the rest was just annexation.
I notice your letter is in English but hey it would have to be the Indians had no written language. The fact is we are now a sovereign nation with laws and the Illegals are violating our sovereignty and our laws.

Well hmmm. I read the first paragraph, and stopped there. I won't waste my time with the rest.

Do you realize that of all the nations that took over land from natives the USA is the only one to give so many rights to thiers? Reservations, casinos, soverenignty (many more rights that I could mention). Other counties simply tried to kill them all off. Look at Canada, Mexico, Australia... Give me a break with this cry baby bs.

As far as Mexican's being native, lmfao... They have sent what is left of thier native population into hiding for fear of being slaughtered.

I love this country, and I believe it to be the greatest nation in the world. I believe that we are all Americans... I will not stand by and watch these disrespectful idiots come in and ruin what we have.

im not into hateful things, But i am an native american who is married to a european(holland) and i want him back with me were he should be. The native american problem of lost land blah blah is in the past. We are living in the future. Maybe you should move out west.(wash. state) were the nats get all the health benefits for free from the state.Where they free houses from the government, where the schools are all bought and paid for by the profits from some of the richest nat casinos in the state, where every family get new computers and cash profits every year from the casinos wealth . The nats are being taken care of here. So tell me again what does this have to illegal mexicans. there hertiage is indian . We fought those battles a long time ago. I want immigration reform to happen and i want it to happen NOWWWWWWWWWWWW. im not going to live being married to someone who lives 5 thousand miles away .ITS not right i paid for my fees and did all the paperwork. If I have to do legally and i live here then every one else should too. Hey heres a plan if all the mexicans want to stay in the USA then they should have to fight for our country !!!!!!!!!! lets get together without hostility and get this job done...I have a co worker from fjii who went home and came back 4 wks later married and 4 wks after that she brought her husband over with a green card. and now he is working at our hospital. Something is veryyyyyy wrong with this system when the foriengers are getting in before the yanks are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Welcome cheryl!

I agree but there are several radical groups that are bringing this to the front on the coat tails of the illegal immigration issues.

Andyt, I would have to set you straight about the no witten "indian" language! I belong to the great Choctaw Tribe of Oklahoma and we certainally do have a written language,it is even taught in some public high schools here some college's offer it as an elective course. You can even take it for free online, the details are with the link I headed this post with. Cheryl, my tribe does recieve free health care and medications, I am proud to say now it only gets 10% of federal money from the government the rest is funded through the Choctaw Enterprizes of which they are great at. We have our own representatives and lobbyist in congress. We do not recieve free housing Cheryl, but can get a lower rate of interest and loans for the indigent people who need help with housing. I am very proud of my heritage, though I first and foremost consider myself an American, not separate from them in anyway because of my Choctaw heritage. the Choctaw code talkers were the "first" code talkers used in ww1 and WW2 I believe, though the Navajo code talkers were the next group to be used and were so valuable due to the fact their language was not written so therefore was unbreakable unless one of the code talkers were to be captured and broken.Anwyay just a little history of the Indian people who, Mark, are first and foremost American Citizens who for the most part would not have their great land invaded once again by these illegal aliens who have not thought of assimilating into the American society but invading with the intention of taking it over! One more little history lesson Andyt, you should have gotten this info in grade school american history, the Cherokee had the first written alphabet by Sequoyah, hope I spelled that right, leading to the first published Indian newspaper called the Cherokee Phoenix.I am also of Irish descent, like my other Irish counterpart here feel if any irish are here illegaly, they should be deported along with the rest of the illegals.

    A little added info...

Cherokee culture continued to flourish with the invention of the Cherokee syllabary by Sequoyah in 1821. This system, in which each character represents a syllable, produced rapid literacy. It made possible their written constitution, the spread of Christianity, and the printing of the only Native American newspaper, The Cherokee Phoenix, begun in 1828. A seat of government was built at New Echota.

However, that same year gold was discovered in north Georgia's Cherokee territory. Within a decade the Principal People's native home, their "Enchanted Land", would be theirs no more.
And thus began 'The Trail of Tears'...
