well, this is the problem with some persons thinking here..
Tancredo is a cool dude, but pretty much said he is gonna drop out if he does not finish 3rd or higher in NH. He raised a dismal amount of money last quarter and he is ignored in the media as much as Ron Paul. Hunter raised even less..
So, those two are out. I am sorry to say.
Now, for those of you who "like the war in Iraq and this talk of war with Iran, AND this Foreign Policy we have..." then you have not been studying. THESE ARE ALL GLOBALIST AGENDAS that are PART of the reason for these open borders.. ie, NAU.
If people do not like Ron Paul's philosphy on foreign relations, then they have not done their homework. IMHO.
Many of you here are looking at "illegal immigration" as a seperate problem from "terror war", "north american union", "socialism/fascism" etc.... IT IS ALL TIED TOGETHER.
Do you think its a coincidence that our borders have been WIDE OPEN, even though we are suppose to be having a war on "terror"? Does that make ANY SENSE? No, it doesn't. There is a plan in place.
We have the EU. Bush and Co. (elites) have been moving towards the North American Union, thus the wide open borders -- cheap slave labour - social incentives etc.... Now we are in IRAQ, for NO reason other than to nation build. Now we are hitting the drums for Iran. Then it will be Syria... then guess what? The world bank steps in and issues a currency. EU, NAU, MEU (middle east union)... Africa is already discussing a "one currency" and WHO do you think will faciliate that?
So while all of you are looking at "just" illegal immigration -- you need to understand that MOST of our issues are all tied together... and you cannot get rid of one, ie.. illegal immigration, unless you are against the WHOLE machinations.
Do you all realize we borrow BILLIONS a day from China? What kind of leverage is 3+ trillion debt gonna cost us? Perhaps those ports in Mexico?....
IT IS TOO EARLY FOR ALIPAC to endorse a candidate.

I know exactly what you're feeling, Arrow! I feel like indulging in a little primal scream therapy myself!
Unfortunately, Bush handed the Clintonistas the election on a silver platter. I sadly feel that there is NO ONE who can beat the Clinton machine...they are not even in full swing yet! I agree with Jack Cafferty...for the first time in my life I fear for my country! Everything is happening so fast...my head is spinning.
It seems terribly unconstitutional to me that Bill Clinton should be allowed a third and possibly fourth term BY PROXY!!! At the least, he should NOT be allowed to serve in ANY CAPACITY! In fact, he should be relegated to the family quarters with Chelsea! One Clinton is bad enough, but TWO CLINTONS is national suicide!
I can't even think beyond January...so I'm just going to concentrate on local politics and concentrate on getting rid of Fabian Nunez, Villaraigosa and the rest of the Mexican mafia. We have to save California!

Whatever happens, in order to win, we're going to need to stand UNITED together behind "the candidate" whichever one becomes the winner out of our choices. I feel sure that ALIPAC will do the best to input all of our thoughts and facts behind making that decision.
Some of us might be happy with the final decision and others a little disappointed, but I hope we will all be strong enough to get over our disappointment if the candidate of our choice is not the one, and to be smart enough to know that the ONLY WAY we are going to win is to stand UNITED and to work together towards VICTORY.
I feel confident that ALL of us will rise to the occasion!!
Personally, my first choice is Tom Tancredo, but I tend to think Duncan Hunter might have a better chance. However, ALIPAC may endorse Ron Paul and even though he isn't my first choice I will stand by and support that decision when it's made.
I'm ready, willing and able to support OUR candidate, and just like all of you, I can't wait until we can get underway in making that decision!! :PJoin our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Does Ron Paul support attrition through enforcement as a way to deal with the illegals who are here? If he doesn't, then he supports amnesty, or a "pathway" to citizenship (i.e., slightly delayed amnesty).
I still support Tancredo and Hunter over Paul among the 2nd tier candidates, but for the MSM-annointed major candidates, I'm leaning toward Romney -- who has said he supports attrition through enforcement and does not support "pathways."

Re: How can we win in 08????
Nice post danielsummars.
I copied it. I'm a sucker for charts and graphs like the first couple of links.
It just behooves me that people like my Congressmen and Senators can get reelected. It can sort of give you a, "We deserve what ever we get" attitude.
Still must must keep up the good fight despite ourselves.
P.S. This should give you an idea of just how behooved.

I support Tom the Tanc Tancredo. He has been bringing the problem of Illegal Aliens to the forefront for a long time. He has rallied enough members in Congress to stand up and do everything they can to correct the problems. He has taken the label as a single issue Candidate to keep the issue in the forefront.
Tom has the best interest of the Country in every decision he makes. He is solid as a rock, steady, and methodical. He is pro-life, he will defend the 2nd amendment, he will give the Schools back to the States and Parents, he supports English only, he is for smaller government, if we are at war under his leadership we will not be bogged down with outside interference, he will support our soldiers, he will bring us the respect we truly deserve, he will make us strong enough that the countries that would do us harm will think twice, I don't see him as a bully, I see him more as the type the bully will want to avoid.
I believe he will handle situations in a way that will not be to radical and will be more organized so as not to cause chaos. He has already proven he can do this. He is the one out there addressing the problems head on. Who went to New Jersey when asked to help the victims of that horrific incident. Who went to the border to address the statement made that the border patrol were not there to stop Illegals or drugs. Who went to New York to address the Drivers License issue.
He is not one bit intimidated by the likes of McCain, Clinton, Kennedy, etc. He will stand up for what he believes in and what he believes in is making are country a strong, secure, and productive place to live and raise our families.
I feel this in my heart and mind, he is soft spoken, but tough as nails. I believe he will lead us out of this mess and put the CFR out of business.
This may bring about some hard times for the near future, but in the long run and for our children's sakes, it will be a worthy sacrifice.
Take some time and check out Tom's website, he is working so hard to give us the voice we need to set our Country back on track. It will be a fresh start and everyone will have to pull their own weight, but we are a strong lot, and we love a challenge.
Patriotism and Love of God and Country. That is what made this Country strong in the past, and will again if we stand behind and support the person willing to lead us. He has stood up to the ridicule and defended us, I would not feel right abandoning and turning my back on him after all he has done for us.

Personally, I think Tom the Tanc Tancredo can handle all of America's problems.
I know that he would also surround himself with the best advisors as well and we know that we can count on his advisors to be good, honest, strong, American patriots who have what is in the best interest of America in the forefront of their minds.
(WHAT IS BEST FOR ALL AMERICANS)
That's what America needs!
No more dirty, rotten cheats like karl Rove trying to undermine the American people under Tom the Tanc Tancredo!

I love Tancredo...but????....so we all pull together... we can get Dr. Paul in...there is enough push happening and we can do it......look into your area for voting in Primaries...change parties now so you can vote in the primaries...they want us to split our votes so the NAU boys will be a shoe in... we need to make some hard decisions and do it...as long as someone will uphold our Constitution we can work with that ...and maybe Tancredo will have a place….in fact I feel sure about that....but he will not be President ...look at the writing on the wall...Their is a whole quite vote of Ron Paul supporters ...I am seeing stickers in places I would have never expected….and so does my husband who drive all over the US ...They are just waiting to shock the crap out of the front Runners...this is our chance and we must not divide it...or we are doomed... and this Nation will be gone...If we divide... it is OVER!!!
Never look at another flag. Remember, that behind Government, there is your country, and that you belong to her as you do belong to your own mother. Stand by her as you would stand by your own mother
