Just an opinion but Tom Tancredo and Duncan Hunter, both supports the war, and to win the election te candidate has to get many independent votes as well as some democrats.
Ron Paul is against this war and wants to redeploy all our troops.
Also Tancredo ( I compltely trust him ) made a bad comment about stoping legal immigration (which i think he is not wrong ) but alienated all the "new citizens" especially here in Florida and I believe it will happen all over the country.
The comments I've been listen here are the worst possible about him.

Redeploy is a term the liberals like to use for "immediate withdrawl." IMO, "immediate withdrawl" would be a serious mistake and would be extremely costly to the segment of the Iraqi population that has supported our efforts! Furthermore, it would not be conducive to our best interest in the region or to the safety of our citizens in the United States. Immediate withdrawl would not be a thoughtful plan, it would be a disaster. My son, who done two tours in Iraq, feels the same way as I do on this issue.

    MW,
I want to thank you and to tell you how much I respect and admire the patriotism and the sacrifice you and your son are doing for all of us who love this country. G-D bess him and protect him.
I really get revolted with all these kids fighting a senor boosh fabricated war
If you believe Iraq has somethink to do with senor Boosh's war on terror you can be right, but I don't believe it and I think this was an inside job and also a way to put his hands on the Central bank of Iraq (in order to administrate the fiat money these traitors have "out of the books") and oil.
Our Kids unfortunately were manipulated for greed.

Yes! Ron Paul would be my 1st choice. We need to get him noticed more. Through emails to our "address lists", newspapers, "political blogs", and other news forums, we can give the canidates alot of exposure that they need.
RIP Butterbean! We miss you and hope you are well in heaven.-- Your ALIPAC friends

I agree that we should not have an immediate withdrawal....But in my view at least, redeployment sounds like an excellent idea. That is, gradual withdrawal, with the men and women being "redeployed" to the Mexican border. You have great reason to be proud of your son, and I bet he would also like to defend our nation from the Mexican invasion.
Serve Bush with his letter of resignation.

    See you at the signing!!

    First and foremost

    we need to de-rail Hitlery.

I read a brilliant idea on another forum. First, re-register as a Democrat for the primaries....voting for one of her opponents.

Then, reregister as your designated party.

My choice is still Tom Tancredo--but I'd be willing to abide by another as long as we could stand united --- and to get the word out to the general public because it ain't gonna happen via the MSM.

I read an article in the New American about how the Ron Paul Team is doing real well with the use of the Internet.

He said something that I though was very interesting about him. We all know that he is very solid in his belief in the United States Constitution. He also has other solid beliefs that give him a solid foundation.

    Quote:

TNA: Besides age, what are the other demographics of the majority of your supported?

Ron Paul: The wonderful thing about freedom is that it allows people to best unleash their own passions and creativity. That means all kinds of people support our campaign: Christians who don’t want the government telling them how to run their religion, health-freedom folks who want to be free to use vitamins and supplements as they see fit, hard-money people who want to return to constitutional money, immigration activists who want to make sure we secure our border — these are all examples of people who support our campaign, because my position of following the Constitution and the rule of law would take care of the issue they care most about.

I think that is the true beauty of this kind of man with solid core beliefs. Even though he may not see things on a personal level the way some of us might he still respects a persons right to fight for their beliefs.

Oh wow! I just typed all of that out from a hard copy and I could have just cut and pasted it.

At first I was thinking it was in this article on him.

This is the whole magazine I think.
