I often have wondered the same thing about this current situation we are in, then I thought "what would make me think these boneheads have that much going on inside of their pee-brains that they could formulate such a plan, let alone do the jobs we actually hired them to do?" (and we all know they are just pawns for special interest groups and big money).
I think we are, in this country, where we are due to gross mis-management on the part of our leaders, and we can also thank many Americans who have been so enamored with their I-Pods, Wii's, big homes, Direct TV and other toys, who could not notice what was happening around them if they were slapped in the face with it.
We need to have a real shakedown to wake some of these people up, and I think many are, as the gas prices and rising grocery prices have been getting a lot of attention by people who do have the money to burn, as I have even seen them complaining. Maybe it will just take a bit more time and some more hurt for those to come around......we can hope anyways.“In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, Brave, Hated, and Scorned. When his cause succeeds however, the timid join him, For then it costs nothing to be a Patriot.â€

I have lived long enouh to remember when there was a chance for life, liberty and happiness in this nation . That is almost gone now after 50 years carpetbaggers running the nation . Socialist took over in the late 50s and the fall started then .
