Thread: I must leave...?

I have avoided this forum for a few days and I am going to leave for a while......This site is so frustrating reading all the posts by good citizens who have had it up to here and with rotten corrupted politicians who will do nothing to stop this invasion of our country. I cannot believe how stupid and IGNORANT so many people can be towards ILLEGAL immigration. As Bill O'Reilly says...."If a terrorist attack occurs and it is found out that the terrorists crossed our southern border..." then Bush is going to have to pay big time!

It is so sad that it has to come to this....Really, this debate has nothing to do about 9-11 as Tom Tancredo knows.

Unfortunately, CAFTA was passed the other day. It really is about OPEN borders is it not? Free movement of people no questions asked? The power brokers and their $ can only see profits! The Catholic Church? Gag me!

I sent William a picture of the house in Aurora, Colorado where the Mexicans have to fly the Mexican flag instead of Old Glory and I asked him to post it since I am not sure how? Be sure to see the car in the driveway that has no license plates or even temporary bill of sale sticker?
(I need to go over there and see if they got tags yet cause if they do not I can probably call the police?)

Yes, I am going to donate to the organization of Tom Tancredo and Bay Buchanan. Pat Buchannan has been one of the few politicians (Washington insiders) like Lou Dobbs, to show any concern towards working Americans! Don't let the labor union socialist communist leaders fool you, especially the ILLEGAL immigrant janitors union the SEIU. They only care about UNION dues and their six figure a year salaries! They endorse AMNESTY and we rank and file do NOT!

It is all a big sell out of our country! Our identity and our economy! I have 20 years of travel to Latin America and I know why they come here but it is now a cancer. I predict that in 20 to 30 years everybody with money will want to move to Montana, North and South Dakota and Wyoming to ESCAPE overpopulation and crime and schools that stink! Those are going to be the only decent states to live in and look at the statistics already about education and quality of life? Those states are looking better every day and why? Why do so many Hollywood stars with $$$$$$$ have ranches in Montana? Think they want to hang in Miami Dade along Calle 8 or South Central LA?

Maybe I am wrong? I don't think I will be....

I understand your frustration! Sometimes wonder if we're fighting a losing battle. If we lose hope, then we've lost everything. Take a break and come back re-charged and ready to roll.

I agree with what Steelerbabe said, sometimes we all get "burned out" on a forum/message board and need a little break.

I will admit this site gets depressing but it just steels my resolve to never give up.

Jack, fighting this is extremely frustrating. I understand how you feel. I hope you will come back soon, because several times your viewpoint on things has really enlightened and educated me. As I've said before, I'm not too knowledgeable about government and politics, but what I do know is that when our family finally got out of Miami, Florida....we were truly refugees in our own country....that's how much HEAVY immigration had taken over my husband's hometown, and how beaten down we were being native born Americans and trying to earn a living and have a life there.

We had many wonderful Hispanic friends, and they saw and knew exactly what had happened to us. A few of them actually said, even they could not believe they were watching Americans having no choice but to get out. There will always be some Americans who will claim that it is possible for native born Americans to live there, and it is...but only if you are fortunate enough to be self employed where you call the shots or holding a job which perhaps you've had for years. At one point I was a pre-school teacher and was given an assistant, as all of the teachers were given. My assistant from a Latin American country began to carry on and on everyday in Spanish with the parents of the children in my class, although prior to her arrival, we had managed to communicate fairly well with just a give and take of my shakey Spanish and their shakey English. It was good for them. Then along she came. She spoke to the kids all day in Spanish and it reached the point where she wanted to take over my job!! But guess what? Just as she was making some headway in doing it, the school found out that she was not even eligible to work in the U.S.!!! Can you imagine?

Now a bit farther north in Florida, we see the same scenario rapidly happening here. The invasion moves north.

Please come back soon, as you are very much needed in helping those of us who love people from all countries but who believe it is paramount that we protect the sovereignty of our country and get these borders secured.

My message to people who want to live in America is this: I welcome ANY person from ANY country to come to America if you have the desire to become an American. But come legally, and please make a major attempt to assimilate, do not ask me to give up my language, my culture, and my country's sovereignty in order to turn my country into your former homeland. If you don't like that.....stay put....fight to correct whatever it is that is driving you away from your own country. I love my country just as much as you love yours....and I haven't crossed ANY borders in an attempt to leave it.

P.S. Jack, just to clarify regarding that job, without meaning to brag, I was a good preschool teacher, the children and parents and I had mutual like and respect for each other. Many parents even requested to have me as their child's teacher. This event was plain and simply a matter of the woman trying to bump an American out of her job, and using the issue of language as her vehicle to achieve her motive. There was only one American administrator, if it were not for her, there wouldn't have been ANY native born Americans working at that school.

Jack, I completely understand your frustration. I want to spew out alot of nasty cuss words, but they would be deleted. I HATE WHAT FOREIGNERS, MOSTLY MEXICANS - YES! MOSTLY MEXICANS, ARE DOING TO OUR BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY!!! Whenever I think of illegal immigrants, while there are many of different nationalities, I AUTOMATICALLY THINK MEXICANS. Why? Because Mexicans are flooding into our country in such UNPRECEDENTED (this is the latest 'hot' word news people like to spit out) VOLUMES, that is considered an INVASION! They want to CHANGE our culture, our language, our history, and everything that is dear to us, AND MAKE IT THEIRS!!
You have to understand one thing. You can move to a different state, but you wont escape them. It will all come down to moving away from America entirely. But then they will eventually follow. And Butterbean, if the President was a good and decent president, none of us would be here. Being here isn't a picnic, fortuately sometimes we are able to have a good laugh about something, but overall....this is work!! As someone up the posts said, it can take it's toll on us. Sometimes we have to take a break. I've found even when I take a break...it stays on my mind.

Was she fired? Here its impossible to remove a school staffer, especially the teachers because of their tenure.

I know I have tried to break away. But it's impossible when the stakes are so high. Especially when listening to the news, it's entirely impossible not to want to join into the forum and have discussions. It helps to not only vent which is enormously important, but also to get all the latest facts.
