The grammar I admit is atrocious and your story does sound a bit off keys. But if true there are ways to handle your complaint. For one if there was a threat made to you,call the police and as others suggested call ICE. But ICE will not take any complaints by e-mails ( as posted on their web site)

Big, I think many ALIPACers that spend a time on this website see there are too many new recruits that sign up to ask about legal advice in their first post, which none of us are able to give nor will we. And often, that is the last time the person posts anything anywhere else.
I would start with the police, saying you have received a verbal threat. Let them take your complaint, investigate (and hopefully, there is someone who was a witness) and let them give you direction as to what other actions to take.
