i have a very long story to tell for all to listen if interested.it has made me a changed man and has happened to lots of others.everyone this has happened to i urge you all write get the story out to news or whoever.deport these frauds!!!ok ok,,i was blinded,,i went overseas to marry a chinese.i admit i shouldve just stuck here and found someone here.(now i know that,,stupidity doesnt pay) i find out she has been cheating on me with these other guys here and she didnt start really wanting to leave me until after she got her PRC card.ok,,so now im thinkin divorce??? hmm,,no ,,better idea,INS,BCIS.get here out of the country and barred.complicated situation it seems.but,if anyone knows the right people i can write to for help.i will gladly appreciate and do more to help others too.also,,theres a bookstore she works at called B&N.i think you all know the place.and they wont even let me in there to even serve her with papers without getting out of control.im confused about this.but i do know what im gonna do.wish me luck all.i will be going to a
BCIS/INS office on this monday.im dropping sponsorship if possible in any way.and i am a changed man now. good day to all

Yes, Dixie's advice is good:

1). Talk to an attorney - especially one knowledgeable in immigration law.

2). Talk to ICE as well. They may or may not have a keen interest in following up. But, they should be made aware of the situation at the very least. I do know that they (ICE) do investigate cases of marriage fraud vigorously (it is seen as a 'softer' method for potential terrorists to infiltrate the US and gain long-term residency).

In any event, it sounds like a pretty crappy thing she did and I believe that being 'un-invited' is the appropriate solution here.

Dixie nailed the info. Sorry to hear about your problems. Tough enough these days trying to make a relationship work without wondering if "papers" was the true reason.

I think most mail order brides (and grooms) are just out for the green card. A guy I worked with who went to China and married a lady even said as much up front. "I know she only has to stay with me for two years to get her green card, two years is enough for me". Pretty pathetic. I am not talking about you Gomer, obviously you didn't know it was a scam ahead of time. But this other guy did and married her anyway! I told him he was an idiot.

that is pathetic.cause i was looking for a wife.at the time.no wait,,i was blind.i always said i would never marry.whether as an american in the usa or elsewhere.but i fell for it.anyways...i will not allow her to get away with it.i am going to the local papers.the news.you may one day see this on national news.i am furious about this in a positive way.she will be kicked.reguardless of what her employer(B&N) thinks.another thing,,,remember this,,,the B&N here is taking up for her.which means they prob like to hire alot of green card holders.WE AS AMERICANS NEED OUR JOBS BACK!!! and as for that other guy.why wont just send his ass to china to stay!if he likes doing that.i was blind and stupid.but,,it was a hard 6 year lesson.and she only has her green card for almost 2 years.also,,,she never carries it like shes supposed to.but they wont ever check that either.if i were a cop or immigrant officer,whatever. peace to all my follow american brothers and sisters.thanks again

Unfortunately Gomer, most of these gals can and will turn the tables by claiming (and often times rightly so) that their American husbands expected them to be compliant and submissive in every respect. I am a woman, and honey, I can tell you that it don't work that way.
