Well, on the bright side of the wool, Rubio claimed "he gets it" on amnesty and comprehensive immigration reform. I'm very confident that Rubio will be very Trump-like in his new Senate term if he wins the General which hopefully he will. Rubio said he's heard the people and he will not fight for amnesty or path to citizenship and all that crap any more. An alliance between Rubio and Trump could be very helpful in getting important matters through the US Senate. Rubio has also distanced from the TPP and will probably vote against it now, because of Trump and the clear will of the voters.

Ryan is a lost a cause. He's the big promoter of the TPP and the big promoter of open borders.

    Ryan's Gotta Go!

    Support Paul Nehlen!

As to Pence, it made no sense for him to endorse anyone. He's a VP candidate.

Sen. Marco Rubio is a lost cause too! I'm not so naive as to believe he has all of the sudden seen the light after fighting for illegals his entire political career. He was even doing it in Florida before he was elected to the U.S. Senate. Heck, he wrote a bill in Florida to give illegals discounted tuition. Furthermore, he fought against every get tough on illegals bill that was floated on the floor in Florida. Nope, Rubio has always been an illegal alien supporter and Trump doesn't have the magical powers to change what is solidly ingrained in his soul. Nope, there is absolutely no mistaking what Rubio is and has been his whole political career. Don't fall for it, Judy.

Pence: Trump 'strongly encouraged me to endorse Paul Ryan'

. . . “I talked to Donald Trump this morning about my support for Paul Ryan and our longtime friendship,” Pence said. “He strongly encouraged me to endorse Paul Ryan in next Tuesday’s primary and I’m pleased to do it.” . . .

I'm sick and tired of your insulting and demeaning responses to my posts. I am not naive. I am informed. Rubio said during the campaign that he gets it and won't be pursuing immigration reform, path to citizenship, amnesty, legalization, etc. He's heard the people, he said. Is he lying? We don't know, we'll see. If Trump wins the Presidency I don't believe Rubio would cross Trump on trade or immigration. If Hillary wins, then I'm sure Rubio will be her new best friend. That is my informed opinion. Everything we've been working towards rides on a Trump victory. I hope you realize that.

Trump: I Gave Pence Go-Ahead to Endorse Ryan

    by ALI VITALI

PORTLAND, Maine — Donald Trump may not be ready to endorse Speaker Paul Ryan, but he didn't take the opportunity away from his running mate.

Trump told a raucous crowd here that Gov. Mike Pence called him to ask if he could endorse Ryan, checking first if Trump would "mind" the announcement, which would mark another mixed message between the GOP nominee and the second half of his ticket.

"So Mike called me and he said yesterday, 'Would you mind if I endorse? I won't do it if it causes any complications or problems. I would absolutely not do it,'" he said. Trump, for his part, told the crowd he gave Pence his blessing - and even called Ryan "a good guy, actually," although the crowd was quick to boo the mention of Ryan's name.

Trump, rehashing a conversation he says he had with his running mate, said, "I said, 'Mike, you like him?' 'Yes.' 'Go ahead and do it, 100 percent.' And he endorsed him."

    Ryan shrugs off Trump non-endorsement5:19

The GOP nominee stoked party ire on Tuesday when he told the Washington Post he was "not there yet" with his decision to endorse Paul Ryan in his upcoming primary.

But Pence called Ryan a "very close personal friend" in an interview on Wednesday, noting that Trump "encouraged" him to endorse. The Indiana governor sought to bridge the gap between his actions and Trump's past words by saying the two have developed a "close working relationship" despite "different styles" on the trail and in interviews.

Trump echoed the sentiment, pushing back on reports of "fissures" and message inconsistencies between the two men. "It's so dishonest," he said, continuing his tirade against the media, who he has called his "biggest obstacle" currently.

But one of Trump's other obstacles has often been the veracity of his assertions - and his latest claims about a video he says shows the U.S. dropping off $400 million in various currencies have yet to be validated by any such video evidence. Trump first mentioned the supposed video Wednesday during rallies in Florida and followed up on his claims once again on Thursday.

"You know it was interesting because a tape was made, right? You saw that? With the airplane coming in - nice plane - and the airplane coming in and the money coming off, I guess, right? That was given to us, has to be, by the Iranians," Trump said.

Trump's campaign, when asked about the video, told NBC News that he was referring to "b-roll" that he saw on television, meaning footage that often appears on screen during conversation of a given story. A campaign official said that the footage could be found in NBC's own package from the Today Show but that footage shows detainees coming off a small private plane in Geneva, Switzerland — not a cargo plane unloading money in Iran.

This isn't the first time Trump has doubled down on videos that cannot be found or authenticated. The GOP nominee frequently spoke about Muslims dancing in New Jersey on 9/11, saying that he saw footage of it on the news. Such footage has yet to be found by NBC or other news outlets.

And while protesters have been fewer at Trump's rallies, Thursday's was interrupted almost half a dozen times by people calling Trump a "racist" or standing in a group holding pocket-sized copies of the Constitution. One man, who chimed in as Trump spoke about this tax plans, called out for Trump to release his tax returns. He was promptly escorted out.

Trump has said that an ongoing audit prevents him from releasing his returns - something that is legally inaccurate - and that once the audits are over, he would release them. No timetable for that has been given.

Hope Trump gets rid of Manafort - never liked him from the beginning, comes off like a double crossing con man to me.

Manafort on Trump: 'He’s going to support Paul Ryan'

Eliza Collins, USA TODAY 10:02 a.m. EDT August 4, 2016

Paul Manafort, campaign manager for Donald Trump, is interviewed on the floor of the Republican National Convention in Cleveland on July 17, 2016. (Photo: Win McNamee, Getty Images)

Donald Trump’s campaign manager said “there’s conflict within the Trump campaign” over the Republican nominee not endorsing the House speaker, but that Trump will eventually support Paul Ryan in the election because his opponent won’t win the primary.

"Of course he's gonna work with Paul Ryan, of course he’s trying to bridge the party with Paul Ryan," Manafort said on ABC’s Good Morning America Thursday. "But Paul Ryan is running against someone who's not going to win but nonetheless he is a strong supporter of Mr. Trump."

On Tuesday, Trump told The Washington Post he was “just not quite there yet” on endorsing Ryan. He also said he has "never been there" with Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., and criticized Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H. Trump’s running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, has enthusiastically endorsed Ryan.

Trump and Ryan’s opponent, Wisconsin businessman Paul Nehlen, have exchanged praise of each other.

Also Thursday on CBS This Morning, Manafort echoed that Trump would work with the House speaker, saying “there’s no issue about that.”

He’s going to support Paul Ryan, he does support Paul Ryan, he said he’s going to work with Paul Ryan. There’s no issue about that. He didn’t take a position in the primary, he didn’t take a position in many primaries. That’s not the news,” Manafort said. “The news is the two of them working together to elect a Republican Congress and a Republican president, and I think you’re going to see that,”
Manafort said that he personally supports Ryan and then had a strange slip-up: “I support him as a speaker and I know after next week I’m going to be supporting him as a candidate for president, too. Uh, I mean, for —"

When pressed about what he meant (there have been rumors and speculation that Republicans are trying to get Trump to drop out following a rough week for the candidate), Manafort dismissed the slip-up.

Manafort also attempted some clean-up following a tumultuous week for Trump’s campaign by saying that there was plenty of time to get things together because “campaigns don’t even start until September.”

Excuse me, but please, Trump, rehire Corey Lewandowski. The role of Paul Manafort to win the nomination and manage all those delegate issues is over. You need Corey for the rest of this. You really do. In your heart you know it. Trust yourself, don't let young people who may know a lot but don't know enough tell you who to hire and who to fire. Please.

GET COREY LEWANDOWSKI BACK ON STAFF TO STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT. And tell anyone who doesn't like it, thank you for your time, but this is my campaign and we've got to WIN IT.

There should be no conflict within the Trump campaign over a loser like Paul Ryan. Ryan is not the "leader" of the Republican Party. He won't even be reelected Speaker in 2017. He'll be challenged and rightly so. His policies are completely CONTRARY to the majority of Republicans who voted in the primary election. The complete opposite. He supports open borders, he supports amnesty, he supports pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens, he supports TPP and is BAD FOR AMERICA.

Trump should never endorse Ryan. We all want Paul Nehlen to win the primary in Wisconsin on Tuesday because he's with US, he wants border security, he wants the wall, he wants our bad trade deals fixed, he supports Trump overwhelmingly and has asked for nothing in return for that support, he stood by Trump during the Khan attacks. Paul Nehlen is our guy!! He's on of US trying to save our country. He's a Trump Supporters through and through.

    Ryan's Gotta Go!

    SUPPORT PAUL NEHLEN!!

This is not the internet, JD2. This is the Forum for Americans for Legal Immigration, a political action committee, dedicated to the very policies of Donald Trump concerning trade and immigration and a PAC who has both endorsed Donald Trump for President of the United States and is actively working to elect Paul Nehlen in Wisconsin to replace Paul Ryan, and Kelli Ward to replace John McCain in Arizona. If you think we're irrelevant to political candidates we endorse, then perhaps you should keep that sad pathetic opinion to yourself.
