I just had a silly thought.
How long has she been in that church and what if she had a baby while she was there?

WE have to lean on ICE to go in and get her and deport her.

Cowgirl, I think you should keep the avatar as a statement until the lady is actually thrown in prison or deported!

Well, judging by the things she's saying, she certainly isn't taking ICE or anyone with government authority very seriously, is she?

I didn't know that President Bush had a "boss", other than corporate America, and the globalists.

A BILL
For the relief of Elvira Arellano.


Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS FOR ELVIRA ARELLANO.

(a) In General- Notwithstanding any other provision of law, for purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Elvira Arellano shall be eligible for issuance of an immigrant visa or for adjustment of status to that of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence upon filing an application for issuance of an immigrant visa under section 204 of such Act or for adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident.

(b) Adjustment of Status- If Elvira Arellano enters the United States before the filing deadline specified in subsection (c), she shall be considered to have entered and remained lawfully and shall, notwithstanding any provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act, be eligible for adjustment of status under section 245 of such Act as of the date of the enactment of this Act.

(c) Deadline for Application and Payment of Fees- Subsections (a) and (b) shall apply only if the application for issuance of an immigrant visa or the application for adjustment of status is filed with appropriate fees within 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act.

(d) Reduction of Immigrant Visa Number- Upon the granting of an immigrant visa or permanent residence to Elvira Arellano, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper officer to reduce by 1, during the current or next following fiscal year, the total number of immigrant visas that are made available to natives of the country of the alien's birth under section 203(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act or, if applicable, the total number of immigrant visas that are made available to natives of the country of the alien's birth under section 202(e) of such Act.

(e) Denial of Preferential Immigration Treatment for Certain Relatives- The natural parents, brothers, and sisters of Elvira Arellano shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Well, in that case, President Bush really SHOULD move over, she really is in charge!!

It's amazing how one person could manage to break the law, evade the law, hide from authorities, manipulate authorities and our laws and now be in charge of the USA!!

This is really dangerous. Bush and Gonzolas seem to be perpetuating her cause. The bill that Gutierriez (1557) is only a bill and it should be dismissed. This criminal has to go, along with her supporters.

The statement made saying that the longer this goes on, the uglier its going to get is absolutely correct. Bush is NOT going to move on anything related to the presence of illegal aliens.
