Wal-Mart> Children Learning Tablets bilingual!

I went to Wal-Mart the other day and I was looking for letter templates and number templates and I was looking at it and it was English/ bilingual. So I was mad and I went looking for an employee and I asked is their any of these in English only? They said this is all that they have and that they don’t carry English only and I told them I recently purchased one a few months back and the lady asked what is wrong with it? I said last I checked I live in America, not Mexico! The women said what is the problem with it and I said I don’t need my child learning Spanish. She said I wish that I could get my children to and I said NO and she kind of got mad! The lady went on and on and said well my children are half white and Hispanic and I said well good for them. As I turned away I said this is America, not the third cesspool of Mexico! She said if I have a problem call the district office and I said I will and I still have to do that.

Also for the record my child is in second grader and she has speech problem, why would I want her to learn another language when she has problems with English? Well thank god I haven’t experienced anything of the introduction of any Spanish in the school she attends. Its bad enough I have to keep her from watching Dora the explorer, which speaks in Spanish and English! Its nuts.

That is INSANE, PRO. Just INSANE. It would only CONFUSE your daughter AND other 2nd graders. They are at an age when they are trying to master OUR language and it just makes it much more difficult for them if someone throws in something ELSE to confuse them. This is just unacceptable and we need to start SCREAMING at our representatives to put a screeching halt to this travesty.

Oh i know, i just trying to keep my kid on top of things and i cant even find activitie books without it being bilingual. I had to go to a teacher store to find what i needed. It just makes me mad!

I wonder if you could find something online that would help AND be in just English??? Wonder if they would even be afraid to STATE that it was in ENGLISH???? I am getting MADDER AND MADDER by the SECOND. Our children are being railroaded. I really feel for those of you who do have young children. My only grandson is 15 now so he has kind of escaped this madness. I ALMOST hope that I don't have any other grandchildren. No, I shouldn't say that because I would be THRILLED but it would be SO MUCH MORE FRUSTRATING today than it was 15 years ago when my other one came along.

I don't have any kids so I'm on edge about things like this. I don't plan on staying in the U.S. because I couldn't stand to see this happening to my child.
My anger would overtake me in a fit of perfect rage, after that it's anyone's guess...

I'm not against different languages, I'm against being forced to learn another person's language. The reconquistas, fifth colum groups, media and all of the other illegal alien cheerleader groups aren't even bashful about thier agenda. This is getting out of hand.

I contacted Walmart today and they have ordered english only tablets and they said they were sorry for the problem.

I hate that place. It's such a cesspool. Everyone I go to are jam packed with illegal aliens and muslims. I'm so sick of this trash. They don't care about offending us, but they surely would never think of offending a hispanic or a muslim. It makes me sick. Your right Prometheus, this is our country and these vermin are trying to strip it away from us all so they can have their multicultural, multilingual, cheap labor, PC paradise.

One more thing. I'm so sick of this we have to learn Spanish crap that's being forced on us. You know my families ancestory has many German and Russian roots, but you don't see me trying to force Americans here to learn German or Russian and I wouldn't want to either. After Spanish what's next? Are we then suppose to learn Chinese, Arabic, Italian, French, Russian, German, etc? Where do we draw the line? How many languages do we have to learn in order to appease the multicultural treason lobby?

I have been fighting that ENGLISH BATTLE with that idiot, Burghart, on the thread, "Beware the Center............" and I am TIRED! Read that thread and you will know where THIS AMERICAN stands!

I will have to say that, in my small North Carolina town, the people in Wal-Mart are still very nice. AND, it is RARE that I see a Mexican in there. Maybe they aren't UP when I shop at 7 AM! It CERTAINLY is running over with ANYONE at that hour!

Speaking of Wal-Mart, have you noticed that their once a month ads are always bi-lingual now? I even got one with an extra incert that was totally in Spanish, no English for "back to school items."
