First it will go to the House floor for a vote. When that is done it will then go to the Senate floor for a vote. If there are changes made in the Senate, it will than go to conference for an agreeance on a single budget. Once that is done it is sent to the President for approval or veto.

Thanks "MW" don't know why I forgot that, all I could remember was the House controls the purse......but is conference allowed to change it after that...like take out amendments?

Yes, House-Senate conferees can strip and/or modify amendments from the final version of a bill.

Yes, that is how Kay Bailey Hutchinson, in conference, after both the House and Senate voted for money for the fence, literally changed wording to gut the building of the fence. Hunter blew her cover on that one. Now with the border becoming soooooooooo violent she's supposedly "keeping a close eye on it." What a laugh.

In the weeks following our July 4th event at Camp Vigilance, we will have a resolution to this lack of funding for 287G for all LEO offices.

Please stay tuned for additional information!

We will resolve this issue once and for all and reallllly make the fools who killed it look like the BIG fools they really are!

There is no way ICE can get these criminals out of our country without the help of state and local police. But, then, I guess that's their intention, to leave them all here with defacto amnesty. This big show of enforcing our laws and securing the border is a joke. They are playing people until the new election, then watch out.

I agree! People like Lou Barletta and others running against incumbents need to use this information against them.
