Obama eligibility case will be heard on merits !!

Just got off the phone with Orly Taitz, the attorney in Keyes v. Obama.

At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:
1. There will be a trial.
2. It will be heard on the merits.
3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.
4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.
5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC.
6. Judge stated that if Obama isn’t Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

The DOJ will be involved with the case also…. I wasn’t clear if they would be trying to get to the truth or they would just be blindly representing Obama.

Orly will be adding members of the military from California as plaintiffs also.This is from what my interpretation of our conversation.Orly, asked me to disseminate this information out for her, she will be doing a posting later after she gets some sleep.

Please say a prayer of protection for Orly, her family, and Judge Carter. Please also pray that the truth will come to light regarding Obama and justice will be done.

Obama birth certificate deniers won a small victory in court on Monday. Meanwhile, one such conspiracy theorist refused to deploy to Afghanistan on the grounds that Barack Obama isn't a legitimate president.

A judge said he would listen to "the merits" of Alan Keyes' case challenging Obama's presidency. While a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office said the move was merely procedural, birth conspiracy proponents are encouraged:

Perhaps because of that history, Orly Taitz, the lawyer who filed the current suit, was greatly cheered by Monday's hearing. "He's very determined to hear the case on the merits," Taitz said, referring to the judge. "He stated, the country needs to know if Mr. Obama is legitimate, if he can legitimately stay in the White House."


Orly Taitz, the lawyer in Keyes' case, is also representing a soldier who refuses to acknowledge Obama as his president. U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook has argued that he shouldn't have to go to Afghanistan because the man sending him there isn't really president.

In the 20-page document -- filed July 8 with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia -- the California-based Taitz asks the court to consider granting his client's request based upon Cook's belief that Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Cook further states he "would be acting in violation of international law by engaging in military actions outside the United States under this President's command. ... simultaneously subjecting himself to possible prosecution as a war criminal by the faithful execution of these duties."


A hearing to discuss Cook's requests will take place in federal court this week.

Anyone want to bet well start to see the dark side of what our govt and media are willing to do now to protect Obama? It will rock the nation or it will fizzle out despite the facts. I hope we all get to see the real Obama soon.

Well, it already made the Huffington Post. If Fox News starts reporting on it then it will be hard to keep it quiet.
The best thing Orly did was to serve Obama with papers prior to him taking the oath of office. He now can't hide behind the Presidency because he was not the President when he was served.

The case, Alan Keyes, et al. v Barack H. Obama, et al. was filed on Inauguration Day and is one of a raft of suits alleging Obama is ineligible to be president because he is not a "natural born citizen.â€

And what if he doesn't "leave" the White House? Will he be compelled to leave, and if necessary, removed?

I've said all along that Keyes or another Candidates for President will have to bring the case because they are the ones directly harmed by him running for President. Keyes has the strongest case in my opinion against Obama. The claim would be that he potentially robbed them of the office they sought and the cost of their campaign.

Frankly, Obama is an irresponsible leader no matter the outcome. There are so many court cases in play and all Obama would have to do is reveal his birth certificate/passport to put the matter to rest, but he chooses to spend money on attorneys to fight the cases. Reasoning tells you why.
