I'm hearing him blame everyone but the illegal aliens and not taking responsibility for the non-enforcement of immigration laws. The same behavior which got us into this mess.

I have called my Senators offices to let them know that I do not appreciate being insulted by this man, and his attempts at amnesty. I also let them know that I have no respect for them not mentioning our lack of border security on their websites, in press releases, or news. I told them that they do not see what Americans see, they do not go to city council and county commission meetings to hear people say that they cannot get jobs because of illegal aliens, they do not stand in line behind people in Wal Mart while they pull out vouchers, or see their housing ordinances ignored. They do not live around the crime.

We may have more boots on the ground, but we have more illegal aliens too. 1986 - 2.5 million, now truthfully it is more like 20 million. I would say that we are woefully short of people on the border and inside the nation to help deal with illegal immigration.

This speech is making me physically sick! I have a bad feeling about this folks.
I keep waiting for him to say "that is why I will sign an executive order for amnesty"

This guy's "oratory" has grown tedious.

I know Bush couldn't string 3 words together, and at first it was nice to at least have a leader who could give a speech... but the magic is gone.

It's become more like a sleeping potion of dumb, pie in the sky, platitudes that have absolutely nothing to do with real life.

Just enforce the laws we have, idiot.

We don't need NEW anything. Just make the stuff we have WORK.
