Poll: Bush job approval at 29 percent!

WRONG on Illegal Aliens, BAD For America!

Dim-witted liberals(are there any other kind?) need to understand the following: Bush is sinking like a rock because he has embraced liberal foolishness!

His ridiculous spending and idiotic position on illegal aliens are driving real conservatives away---which is why the man is radioactive.

Let us hope that Bush's nosedive will inspire GOP senators to do the right thing and destroy that stupid amnesty idea!

Poll: Bush job approval at 29 percent
    May. 11, 2006 at 10:53PM
U.S. President George W. Bush's job approval rating has fallen to 29 percent in a new Harris Interactive poll.

It is the lowest job approval rating of Bush's presidency, The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.

Of 1,003 U.S. adults surveyed by telephone, 29 percent said Bush was doing an "excellent or pretty good" -- down from 35 percent in the Harris Interactive poll conducted in April. Bush's job approval rating had been 43 percent in the Harris Interactive poll conducted in January.

Let it keep dropping like a rock and then we can impeach his butt, that will surely send the message we want to these corrupt politicians in our government, this immigration bill will be the catalyst that finally says that american citizens are fed up with the crap our government has been feeding us for years and we pay for it with our taxes. We have had it!!! As they say this is the straw that broke the camel's back

    Great.

15% for Senior Bush= goodbye Washington hello Mexico.

But this does not help the liberals either. As said above. I am against anyone that takes a timid stand on immigration issues.

Impeachment is a pipe dream. Besides, Congress passes the spending bills and the immigration laws. Now if someone could figure out a way to give the entire Disctrict of Columbia its pink slip, maybe we'd be getting somewhere.

Agreed. But how many Republicans would vote AGAINST amnesty if their GOP president was not such a complete idiot on this issue?

What if Hillary Clinton was president and was trying to get amnesty through a GOP senate. How much chance would amnesty have in that situation?

Like zero. Bush is the problem!

It think you miss the point. If Hillary had a democratic Congress or even a split majority with control of one or another house, she would get an amnesty bill as easily (more so?) as Bush likely will. Upon reflection, the gridlock of the later Clinton administration was not a problem but a blessing. If you ask me, a Congress that is not "doing the nation's business" is a Congress that is not ruining the country.

As for a vote, what on Earth makes you think rank and file Republicans will get a vote on the issue? Besides, no matter what laws get passed, all any administration has to do is ignore the ones they don't like as the last several administrations from both parties have.

YOU missed the point. I am saying if the congress was configured as it is now, what chance would Hillary have to get amnesty approved? Zero!

The only reason we have this mess, is because GW Bush is a closet liberal and the GOP does not have enough members with the gonads to tell a republican president to stick his amnesty where the sun do not shine!

If the rank and file Republicans do not have a vote, then America is too far gone! Mail in the flag and shut it down.

But rank and file DO have a vote. Which is why the idiotic Senate bill was shot down last month---rank and file Republicans did that!

Its back but people like Jeff Sessions et al are still there as well.

As far as ignoring laws, amnesty would require approval of a new law. Which, if Hillary was in office instead of Bush and with a Republican Congress in charge of both chambers, would be DOA.

Lets impeach Bush, then shut down the borders!
