Should ICE actually deport the arrested illegals?
And should the border be secured so that deported illegals cannot re-enter the very next day?

This poll is ridiculous. The police can't just run around arresting day laborers without probable cause. This is America, not some fifth rate Third World police state.
That being said--what the police CAN and SHOULD do is monitor these day labor sites and figure out who is coming to employ these people and then do an investigation into whether or not they are playing by the rules. I want to see SS cards, W2 forms, all of that.
