Thread: Support for border security, without the Minuteman stigma?

I don't have all the answers. I doubt anyone here does. But I'm telling you, the Minuteman Project isn't going to last. People speak of illegal immigrants being unaccounted for. Well when you place a call for anyone to come to the border with guns, you're gonna have people who are unaccounted for in their own way. I already know of one guy watching the border who was seen doing drugs and talking about killing drug smugglers. He was promptly removed from the CMM group back when Jim Chase was in charge.

Observer, could you be more specific about the actions you have seen that are offensive at these sites? Does the IDEA of citizens getting out to OBSERVE illegal behavior and report it to appropriate agency( that is supposed to be handling it but doesn't do its job because of congressional sabotage by underfunding the program) offend you?

Or have you seen some specific racial name-calling coming from the Minuteman side? (I KNOW you've heard it from the other side, if you have been out there)

I'm not trying to bait you, I really want to understand why you find their behavior offensive.

Go to my link here to hear the stories of LATINOS who are against the breaking of our laws. Latinos, many of whom ARE Minutemen - and Proud of it! If you've been at the Day Labor sites, you may also have noticed how many of those wanting to hire the illegals are WHITE! The MM are putting alot of WHITE-run businesses up for public viewing of their traitorous behavior. Can you explain how that is RACIST,please?

Hey I know what I've seen from my interaction with the Minutemen. I spoke with one in the parking lot at Gilchrist headquarters who was explaining to me why certain people are called [mod edit]." He then referred to them as [mod edit] when talking about them. He was none other than Ray Herrera, who's often seen with Gilchrist and Lucca Zanna.

Who said anything about liberal education or Socialist whatever party? I'm just saying when capitalism is left to its own devices, you'll get things like hiring illegal workers for cheap wages.

And what do you mean by capitalism being left to its own devices. What its been left to here is DELIBERATE NON-ENFORCEMENT OF THE LAW - so you are saying that is natural and acceptable to have the Congress pass laws that they and the business community are going to wink at. I think you are confusing capitalism and Organized Crime.
