Non-profit organization created by the Sheriff's.

They also have a Facebook account.

They have raised over $90,000...I would like to see them on Fox News with DHS Kirstjen Nielson and she tells us how much has been donated to DHS and what every dime is being spent on.

People will donate if they know this is legitimate and it is NOT going to illegal aliens detention centers, food, healthcare, education...nothing for them!

People want to donate...they do not know where or who is legitimate.

Our taxpayer money should not be spent on illegal aliens...buy them one-way bus tickets home...ALL of them!

End catch and release...NO foster care...no pregnant ones and NO asylum at our Ports of Entry.

    No papers

    No entry

    No rights!

    No asylum!

Trump’s New Border ‘Wall’ Resembles Fence Obama Constructed That Illegal Aliens Recently Hopped Over

A new fencing project underway by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) at the United States-Mexico border is being touted by President Trump’s administration as his border “wall.”

The barrier going up in the Santa Teresa, New Mexico, is similar to that of the fencing that was constructed in Sunland Park, New Mexico, under former President Obama. The slight difference between the two fences? Height.

A DHS official told Breitbart News that the Santa Teresa border fence, to be constructed this year, will stand 30 feet tall. In some areas, though, the border fence will range between 18 feet to 30 feet tall.

Meanwhile, the Sunland Park border fence project—which started under Obama and was completed under Trump—stands at about 20 feet tall, but is, for the most part, the same type of bollard-style fence.

Here are photos of Trump’s new border fence set to go up in Santa Teresa, New Mexico:

In 2013, Breitbart News noted how the only border fence in Sunland Park was a chain link fence. That fence was replaced by the Obama administration, which began building the bollard style fence in the last year of his presidency. The project was ultimately finished in mid-2017 under Trump.

Most recently, illegal aliens were photographed jumping over a portion of the Sunland Park border fence, crossing onto American soil. The photographs, as Breitbart News reported, went viral online.

Here, illegal aliens can be seen crossing the bollard border fence just last week:

The Trump administration has made headway with building new border fences without the help of the Republican-controlled Congress. For example, DHS is underway with a project in Calexico, California, building new bollard fencing in the region to stop illegal immigration.

Meanwhile, the Republican-controlled Congress has stood with Democrats in the way of Trump’s vision for a larger border wall project made from highly effective wall prototypes that he visited last month.

The recent spending bill that congressional Republicans and Democrats sent to Trump, and he signed, actually bars the administration from building a border wall along the U.S.-Mexico using the prototype walls, Breitbart News reported.
Instead, House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s Republican leadership tied the Trump administration’s hands on the border, leaving them forced to construct only about 33 new miles of border fence using fencing that has been used by DHS in the past, like the bollard style fencing being erected in New Mexico.

While dealing with an uncooperative Republican leadership, the Trump administration has seen border-crossings tick back up to Obama era levels.
Last month, the Trump administration saw a more than 200 percent increase in illegal immigration when comparing March 2017 to March 2018. Trump was warned this month by allies that his base of supporters is increasingly fed up with a lack progress on ending illegal immigration.

Taking matters into his own hands, Trump has called for 2,000 to 4,000 National Guard troops to be sent to the U.S.-Mexico border to shore up Border Patrol agents so that illegal aliens can be more effectively arrested, detained, and deported.

Donald Trump’s great border wall lie as chaos reigns

AS ANGUISH grows over Donald Trump’s border control policies, the truth about his pet project has been exposed.

    Emma Reynolds@emmareyn

    news.com.auAPRIL 5, 201810:56AM

AS a “caravan” of around 1000 desperate central Americans crawled through Mexico towards the United States border in recent days, Donald Trump worked himself into a frenzy.

“WE WILL PROTECT OUR SOUTHERN BORDER!” thundered the US President on Twitter. “Must pass tough laws and build the WALL.”

The immigrants, many of whom never intended to cross into the US but wanted to settle in Mexico, dispersed yesterday under the force of Mr Trump’s daily verbal assault.

The caravan is in fact an annual Easter event aimed mainly at raising awareness over the plight of migrants — although some have entered the US in the past.

Our Border Laws are very weak while those of Mexico & Canada are very strong. Congress must change these Obama era, and other, laws NOW! The Democrats stand in our way - they want people to pour into our country unchecked....CRIME! We will be taking strong action today.
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) April 4, 2018

The big Caravan of People from Honduras, now coming across Mexico and heading to our “Weak Laws” Border, had better be stopped before it gets there. Cash cow NAFTA is in play, as is foreign aid to Honduras and the countries that allow this to happen. Congress MUST ACT NOW!

    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) April 3, 2018

Honduras, Mexico and many other countries that the U.S. is very generous to, sends many of their people to our country through our WEAK IMMIGRATION POLICIES. Caravans are heading here. Must pass tough laws and build the WALL. Democrats allow open borders, drugs and crime!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) April 3, 2018

The infuriated President promised imminent action, on Tuesday vowing at a press conference: “We have to have strong borders. We need the wall. We’ve started building the wall, as you know, we have a $1.6 billion ($A2.1 billion) toward building the wall and fixing existing wall that’s falling down.”

US Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen on Wednesday announced that Mr Trump had deployed the National Guard to assist border patrol in the southwestern United States until the wall is built — adding that major construction was in progress.

Mr Trump has also described how work has started has started on his “great” and “beautiful” wall. But there’s a problem: it hasn’t.

Instead, there is simply confusion, chaos and despair at the border, and the President’s grand achievements are nowhere to be seen.

The $2.1 billion for border projects included in the omnibus spending bill Mr Trump signed on March 23 is for repairing fencing, not building his “powerful” wall, Politifact reports.

None of it will go to towards developing one of the eight border wall prototypes the President has extolled. In fact, the wall — which sounds increasingly mythical — will not look like any of these prototypes, but all eight will “inform future border wall design standards in some capacity,” said Customs and Border Protection spokesman Carlos Diaz.
Photos Mr Trump shared in a March 28 tweet about “the start of our southern border WALL” showed the replacement of a scrap metal barrier in Calexico, California with a nine-metre-high bollard-style wall, in plans initiated in 2009, according to the Los Angeles Times.

“This isn’t Trump’s wall,” Border Patrol’s El Centro Sector spokesman Jonathan Pacheco told the newspaper. “This isn’t the infrastructure that Trump is trying to bring in. … This new wall replacement has absolutely nothing to do with the prototypes that were shown over in the San Diego area.”

The Calexico barrier was built back in the 1990s. In fact, much of the border has had some kind of fencing for years.

The President lashed out on Twitter this week as he became infuriated by the slow progress of a ‘caravan’ of 1000 Central Americans towards the US border, despite many never intending to cross. Picture: AFP Photo/Victoria RazoSource:AFP

Mr Trump has also deployed troops to guard the border until the wall is complete, a plan that Democrats have blasted as expensive and unproductive.

“We have enough border control,” Arizona Congressman Ruben Gallego told CNN today. “This is just a political fix for the President because he ran a stupid campaign.
“All they’re going to be doing is draining our resources.”

The former reality star’s wacky proposal is on track to waste billions of wasted taxpayer dollars, not to mention the human cost.

Mr Trump had been pushing for around $32 billion to be included in the omnibus bill to fund the wall. Much to his irritation, he failed to gain agreement.

The Republican President recently spoke of using Defence Department funds to pay for the wall, after his promises that Mexico would pay for it have so far come to nothing.
The United States’ southern neighbour did, however, agree to help disperse the people camping out with the caravan as Mr Trump’s furious rhetoric escalated to terrifying volume and he threatened to axe the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Mr Trump has not received any of the $32 billion he wants for a wall, only $2.1 billion already assigned to replacing an old scrap metal fence with a bollard-style barrier. Picture: Mario Tama/Getty ImagesSource:Getty Images

In Mexico, couples and families are drifting away to find a new life, with some staying and some trying to make it to the US alone. “We didn’t leave our countries just because we wanted to,” El Salvadorean asylum-seeker Elmer Gomez told AFP. “It’s for the safety of our children.”

He said he was concerned about the complications of “robberies, kidnappings, and all of that”, but his family would push on.

Homeland security secretary Ms Nielsen today warned in her speech at the White House that “border security is national security”. She spoke of the need to control illegal immigration and the Mexican border, claiming that a flood of arrivals was driving “unacceptable” levels of drug smuggling and crime that “threatens our very rule of law.”

The wall — “so big” and “as beautiful as a wall can be” — is still very much top of the agenda, whether it is really a wall or not.

We will not be taken advantage of anymore.

Iowa rally on right now. Will Trump once again lie about his border wall?

I'm not completely blaming Trump for his failure to keep his border wall promise, however, I don't appreciate being hoodwinked.

LOL!! If you mean by "lie about his border wall", when he tells his supporters that he got funding for the wall on the border and that it's under construction, yeah .... so you might as well get used to it, because anytime Trump gets something good done, he's going to tell it, and if it's on the border, he's going to call it border, and if it's a barrier, steel, concrete, other or some combination thereof, he's going to call it a ... wall. That tune isn't changing.

Oh, pleeeeeease. Same old excuses, same old obfuscations, same old manipulation of facts. Trump received zero funding on his campaigned for wall. What's under construction is fencing replacement with a couple miles of bollard fencing that illegals have already been climbing with ease. Fencing is not a wall. The couple miles of fencing replacement was already planned before Trump took office. I'll concede that it's a minor upgrade, but it's far from the wall Trump campaigned on. Like I said earlier, don't piss on my boot and tell me it's raining. Just be honest and tell the truth. To date President Trump has accomplished nothing where a border wall is concerned.

No about of spinning is going to change the actual facts.

FINISH THE WALL. VOTE REPUBLICAN IN 2018!!!!
I think you intended on saying, start the wall, because you can't finish something that has yet to be started.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials pointed out last month that the Calexico construction had been planned for years and clarified that it’s not Trump’s wall.

Trump Says His Border Wall Is Going Up Right Now. It’s Not.

“You can see a chicken as a penguin, but it’s still a chicken,” a panelist on CNN quips.

    By Mary Papenfuss 03/30/18

    <font color="#000000"><span style="font-family: ProximaNova">

Donald Trump tweeted a series of photos as he hailed the beginning of the construction of his long-promised border wall. “Great briefing this afternoon on the start of our Southern Border WALL,” he gushed on Wednesday.

In a speech in Ohio on Thursday, Trump called the construction a “thing of beauty.”

One problem: The construction isn’t part of Trump’s border wall. It’s the replacement of a fence dating back to the 1990s in Calexico in Southern California. The fence, made mostly from metal scraps, is being torn down and replaced with a 30-foot-high barrier using steel bollards, or posts, along a two-mile stretch.

    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 28, 2018

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials pointed out last month that the Calexico construction had been planned for years and clarified that it’s not Trump’s wall.

David Kim, assistant chief patrol agent for the Border Patrol’s El Centro sector, told The Desert Sun: “We just wanted to ... let everybody know that this is a local tactical infrastructure project that was planned for quite some time.” He said he wanted to ensure that “there is no confusion about whether … this is tied to some of the bigger immigration debates that are currently going on.”

The Border Patrol identified the project in 2009 as a priority, Kim said, long before Trump proposed his wall. Funding for the Calexico project ― about $18 million ― was allocated last year, the Sun reported.

Calexico’s mayor, Maritza Hurtado, told CNN: This is “not the beginning of a wall project for the Trump administration. It is completely different.” A border barrier has existed there for decades.

A CNN panel went bonkers Thursday debating the barrier. Stephen Moore, former senior economic adviser for the Trump campaign, insisted: “The wall is being built, but they don’t have enough money to finish it.” Host Anderson Cooper responded: “It’s not being built. Where actually is the wall being built? ... Am I going crazy?” Christine Quinn, former speaker of the New York City Council, quipped: “You can see a chicken as a penguin, but it’s still a chicken.”

Trump was given $1.6 billion for border projects earlier this month in the new spending agreement, but that didn’t include money for wall construction. The Department of Homeland Security has estimated a wall would cost at least $21.6 billion to build, though other estimates are substantially higher.

USA Today has created an interactive map of the barriers that exist along the Mexican border here. Check it out.
