I don't understand why they knocked him down and were punching him. That makes no sense at all. Security needed to escort him out which they eventually did, but in my opinion Trump supporters should wait for security and not have scenes like this broadcast all over the internet of them beating up on a protester.

I think this crowd was fairly restrained with their reactions to that very large black man that was acting so aggressively.

The crowd could have really beat the crap out of him but they did not. He was attacking their civil rights by trying to disrupt the meeting and their freedoms to assemble.

The police and security need to have plans to respond faster to disruptive protesters at Trump events in the future.

The Black Lives Matter protester also has civil rights to assemble and protest. Events have the right to remove those who are disruptive. But they shouldn't kick, punch or assault someone who is protesting at a political rally. He had a ticket to get in same as they did. Not all people who attend Trump rallies are Trump supporters. Some are coming to listen to decide whether they will be or not. Others come to see Trump the celebrity. Some come to see him and hear what he has to say. Some come to spy on the events. Some come to report on the events. And yes, some come to make a point.

When the Anti-Illegal Immigration protester was at one of the events. Trump said "don't hurt him". That was the right response and that needs to be the response at all these events.

I agree that police and security need to respond faster.

I don't support the Black Lives Matter movement because I think the movement's demands and reasons are ludicrous. More importantly though, I do not support physical violence against a protester unless provoked with physical violence. IMO, anyone that initiated the violence or participated in it, unless in self-defense, should have been arrested for assault.

I don't think this should be a reflection on the Trump campaign because he doesn't have the luxury of picking and choosing who his supporters are. However, I can understand how some folks would view the video clips negatively and associate them with Trump.
