Thank You Everybody (summary of illegal activity)

Thank You Everybody!!! especialy those how do not live here for their support, as you know NC like most states have been over run by an invasion from mexico, I never understood why the dmv would give these people the time of day???? Common sense definately has been shoved under the table these last few years as far as giving out drivers licenses of all things! Now if our local goverment will just enforce these laws!!! Most were already on the books to begin with!!!!

I just wish there was a hotline to report folks that are hiring/paying/employing/ illegals!

This was not written by me but it IS THE TRUTH!!!

Here is a true summary of illegal activity from long term illegals, and as you can see it's not just about sneaking across the border, and it's not just careless breaking of the law, it's carefully planned to cheat the hated Americans.

    1. Illegal entry into the United States - Misdemeanor - deportable offense.
    2. Failure to register as a foreign national - misdemeanor - deportable offense.
    3. Fraudulently applying for a state driver's license with counterfeit ID - misdemeanor
    4. Applying for work or working in the United States without a work visa - Misdemeanor - Deportable Offense.
    5. Fraudulently operating an unregistered business under a false name - misdemeanor - Deportable Offense
    6. Fraudulently applying for and accepting welfare using counterfeit ID - Felony - Jail Time- Deportation
    7. Fraudulently applying for and accepting food stamps using counterfeit ID - Felony - Jail Time - Deportation
    8. Fraudulently applying for and accepting mother's assistance using counterfeit ID - Felony - Jail Time - Deportation.
    9. Fraudulently applying for work using counterfeit or stolen Social Security Number - Felony (Perjury)- Deportation
    10. Fraudulently claiming excessive deductions for Federal Income Taxes to avoid paying any taxes - Felony - Jail Time - Deportation
    11. Registering to vote in states with Motor Voter programs and voting without being a US Citizen - Felony (Perjury)- Deportation
    12. Buying counterfeit auto license tabs instead of paying the sate - Misdemeanor
    13. Buying phony auto insurance from Mexican operatives so automobile with counterfeit tabs can be registered - Misdemeanor
    14. Claiming poverty in a household with high income (for you less than informed - illegal households can easily make as much $100,000 a year tax free) so children can apply for free lunches at school - misdemeanor
    15. Claiming poverty to get free medical care from free clinics - Felony - Fraud (hundreds in LA alone) and using first class hospital emergency rooms as family doctors for non-emergency medical - ALL ILLEGALS HAVE 100% MEDICAL COVERAGE AT NO COST TO THEM - PERIOD - Misdemeanor - Deportation.
    16. Traffic citations and accidents - Illegals have no real name or address - if they are get a citation or are involved in an accident - they just disappear and surface again with a new counterfeit license and address- and good luck with your insurance company - misdemeanor - Deportation
    Etc, Etc, Etc,

It's a damn shame that we as country men have let it get this bad!

We are pleased to announce that North Carolina can now be added to the list of over 30 states that have passed state laws restricting illegal immigration.

To be perfectly honest, we did not originally expect our Battle for NC efforts to manifest in any legislation this session. The most we had hoped to accomplish was to show the public who was responsible for our illegal immigration crisis on the state level. We have achieved that and much more than we had originally hoped!

We are pleasantly surprised that we have emerged with four very important pieces of legislation in the 2006 short Session.

One, NC Licenses will now require a valid social security number thus blocking illegal aliens from getting licenses in NC if the law is properly applied.

Two, starting Jan 1, 2007 all new hires in state government must be screened for legal presence or citizenship. The school systems have till March of 2007 to implement this change.

Three, the technical corrections bill (S 1523, page 18.) authorizes our local and state police to begin enforcing immigration laws!

Four, S 1896 places new laws in place regarding human trafficking!

We are sending a second, corrected copy of this announcement as we just received word about the last two laws. The end of session is a hectic time where a lot happens in a short period of time. We are still clearing the smoke to see where we are at on this effort.

With these 4 new laws, the message is being sent today in North Carolina "Illegals Go Home!"

The Paul Revere Riders event with Frosty Wooldridge went great today and ALIPAC supported their event, took them to dinner last night, and fueled up all of their gas tanks on the way out of town today.

There are many more details to share and a full report with all of the details will be sent to you shortly. This short note is just to announce our victory in NC.

It is an absolute fact that YOUR calls, letters, and e-mails made this happen. The full report will explain more about your impact.

A year ago, when ALIPAC defeated the In State Tuition for Illegal Aliens Bill, I told the media "This is just the beginning." Our promise was true and we have shown that today.

We have beaten incredible odds through our efforts. We blew our horns and the walls came down!

When we file our full report on the passage of HB 1942, local enforcement of immigration laws, human trafficking and the increased license security, I will make them this promise anew "This is just the beginning!"

    JCalex,

Don't rain on our parade. We already have a plan in the works to monitor the new law and test it.

The lawmakers just caved in to the pressure from the public on this issue in an amazing way.

There is a strong chance the agencies will be respectful of that and we will monitor, observe, alert and take action as necessary to stick with these laws after passage to do all we can to assure they are enforced.

I'm being honest about where their window of opportunity is to trick the public again and I have fought them over this trickery and we all will continue to do so.

We have to start somewhere and this is a fabulous beginning!

Now, NC has a something to monitor and a reason to hold their feet to the fire. They sure don't like Hot Feet!!!

    It's all good
