Exactly, this is what is going to make the difference....BTW I sent and do send them right out as I receive them in e-mail from Numbers...but I also send e-mails, news article, and my opinion to Senators several times a week. Friends and Foe! Dems and Republicans.

I believe we really need to hit the Dems this time around we ignored them way to much last round.

I 've been emailing my Congressmen, too, pretty frequently. But the ones here are liberal and getting worse. I think we need to concentrate on the conservative Democrats a bit more. Here is a list of those in the Senate:

I've seen you post this before Bowman but don't think I've had the chance to tell you what a great idea this is. Sorry, but I'm notorious for getting lost in here

This catering to the latino, and foriegn national, population is most definitely discrimination, and blatant as well.

And I believe that other racesand Americans need to start screaming bloody murder over it and, eventually, begin litigating.

There is much which can be accomplished using OUR rights and the laws to our advantage and we had better start doing it. Quickly.

I don't think we have anything to worry about where Sen. Byrd and Dorgan are concerned, Captainron. I seriously doubt we'll ever see them support an amnesty.

Great list Captainron....MW is right there are some we don't have to worry about "BUT" when we make contact with them they talk to their friends and they will be the ones to sway the others, hopefully by passing on the information to their own party, thereby persuading them to vote against an amnesty.


"Bowman" also has a great idea on how to fight this!!

The place to stop amnesty will be the SENATE - we have to have filibuster proof 41 Senators to block amnesty. Pray that Chambliss wins on Tuesday.

The House will pass whatever Pelosi wants - you can't stop it in the House - not the way the rules are there.

I totally agree sosad. Democrates are supposed to be on the side of the
average working class citizens. Let's lay that point on them.

I agree with all of you on the fact that some Democrats do fail to represent working class citizens. The problem with many Democrats is that sometimes come from families with money. They are many who are lawyers who make good livings. The probably have no idea how much a factory worker or school teacher makes. Money and power makes people oblivious to certain problems. Obama is a good example. He and his wife are lawyers. Michelle came from a working class background. She grew up on the South Side of Chicago. But now she makes a six figure income. The Obama kids probably have more privilege that most American children. The Obama family doesn't know the struggles of living on income of 50,000-100,000 dollars a year. Michelle Obama goes on tv and talks about how hard it is for her being a working mom. Many women are working moms and that the same time they worry about supporting their families or if they can survive. Barack and Michelle don't live in states along the border. Their daughters attend a private school. The Obama needs to meet the families of Jamiel Shaw, The Bolongna, Amy Kortlang, Jennifer Erwin and Elizabeth Pena. Many Democrats have become oblivious to the problems their working class voters deal with on a daily basis. The Obama family should be forced to participate in a special experiment. They should be taken to an area in the Southwest and have their daughters enrolled in public school. I bet after two weeks their views on illegal immigration will change and they finally see what their voters see.

Good list Captainron. Sen. Dorgan has career and recent grades of B grade from Numbers in (opposing) amnesties (and an overall career grade of only C+), so I'm glad he's on your list.
